I have been working directly with Tim for about three years and he has always been a pleasure. My orders typically require offset printing and we order batches of materials at varying times throughout the year, occasionally requiring rush service. The materials we receive are always flawless and Tim is very personable and accessible when I have questions or special requests! Happy to recommend him and the team!To consider, in regard to the Covid-19 pandemic, they have experienced difficulty much like the rest of us that may cause some delay but in my conversations with Tim, the team is working hard to pivot and respond.

Great experience! Fissha helped me and was able to get my order in just before closing and schedule for pick up first thing in the morning. Communication over email was also very clear and diligent and their pricing is way better than big store competitors.

I signed in on their Las Vegas website to get a quote. As you can clearly see on their website, they state to produce the product in the location that is closest to where you live.I ordered with them, they produced the item in Washington, DC and charged me another $16.50 shipping costs (Item was $25) for their mistake!Edit: I had to fight hard but eventually they solved the problem and refunded the shipping costs. Thats why I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

They are extremely responsive and get things produced and delivered quickly, rush job or not. Really enjoy working with them and will continue to do so.

Ive worked with ABC Imaging Alexandria for the past year and I always prepare for the experience to be a headache. In order to have a job done right AND on time, just keep in mind that youll have to micromanage them constantly. We are actively seeking an alternative.

Updating again: manager called after I wrote the below review rectifying the situation in a few minutes by proving a reprint of the order and had them delivered within 24 hrs. Thanksupdating this review after my most recent encounter: had documents to print and specific instructions for cutting / folding. the folding of cardstock was not completed and I received the documents the day before I was leaving for meetings so could not have them rectify the issue. I had to set aside time to perform a sub standard job on something that should have been completed professionally. Their resolution was to remove the $25 labour associated with the invoice ($117 total). After advising that I had sub standard material and had to reallocate my time and waiting 11 days for a response they then reduced it by another 3.95 (courier charge) without acknowledging my recommended resolution of providing a new completed set.Existing review: reliable and good quality. Havent had a problem with them in several orders placed with them.

They will not answer my calls and hang up immediately. And I can’t get through I’ll just have to go somewhere else better
