This person pulls up behind me about 100 back. Contacts USAA, my provider, lies to them, says he can not complete service at this time. Then drives right by me. All I needed was a jump. My good is up and my vehicle matches description sent to no nuts. Very unprofessional, I will file a law suit against no nuts, simply because I was already late for an interview, now waiting for another service, I most likely will not get the job. F me, f them.

Driver was extremely nice.He called me on the phone as I was broke down on the interstate. After my roadside asst.from my phone carrier that I pay for.and told me a 2hr 45min wait they guys here saved me from impending doom. Eventhough he had trouble finding me at first. He was able to locate me and get me fixed up. These guys at Jack Rabbit are the genuine article.If you ever need them Im sure youll be more than satisfied with the service. Thanks alot guys you rock.

Called roadside for lockout service and they accepted the request only to having to wait for 2 hours and I call to check and was told it would be another 20 minutes and they still not show up or answer the phone. JACK RABBIT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB!

Second time Ive used them. Friendly and professional.

Had my keys locked in my car. Two different times. One time with it running and called for assistance. They dispatched someone right then and I had my keys in hand in less than half and hour. The other time it was less than an hour. Great response. Both technicians were nice and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

It’s took over 3 hours To come. However I don’t think it’s their fault I think it’s my insurance company’s fault. This was a roadside assistant job and they waited way too long before they got to me

Asked for them to bring fuel. Thats it. Just fuel. Two hours later I called my insurance company to check. They driver said he assumed I needed diesel fuel so he cancel. Nope. Did not call me or my insurance. Just assumed. So a helpless person stuck on side the road and the decision made on an assumption. Not even once call me or insurance to say, hey find someone else. Why start a business if business is not your focus ?

While traveling from New Orleans to Shreveport we blew tire. It was getting dark and we called for a tow. Not only did they not show up after we waited over an hour but their dispatcher was rude and uncaring. We had to wait another hour for anoter tow driver from a different company. Jack Rabbit lied about coming to our location and about calling us to let us know. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM and I will be reporting them to several entities in the morning.

My insurance company request tasking and my guess is that Jack Rabbit automatically accepts all requests.... only to cancel it after an hour of my waiting when it turns out they dont have any drivers available after all

Customer was locked out of her vehicle. Insurance company assigned this company to help. They canceled a after an hour of accepting and did not communicate.

Terrible. Non professional. They told me after 5 hours of waiting that there jack is to small to lift up the left rear of my pick up. Are you kidding? How can you call yourselves the leading roadside assistance, lmfao.
