Stephanie and Abril have been so helpful. I had to transfer from State Farm in Kentucky to Virginia, and I was nervous my insurance would go up and it would be a hassle to switch. Abril really worked with me and kept my premiums almost the same! She also added more to my insurance for essentially the same price I was paying in Kentucky. My deductible went from $1000 to $500 and she included life insurance.Then, I got into an accident about three months after my switch. I was so worried my premiums would sky rocket and it would be a hassle to file a claim and get everything together. State Farm took care of everything! They called and set up my rental , the towing, and the collision shop. It was ALL covered under my plan. When you’re already flustered from the accident, it’s nice to know they have thought of everything and they take care of it. I was able to follow the whole process on the app.In the end, they did decide my car was a total loss but I feel they paid me fairly for the worth of my car and I had more than enough to get another car and finish the car note on my previous car. I called and set up the insurance on my new car and it was easy and I’m paying the same price as before! I couldn’t be happier with Stephanie and State Farm. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was worth mentioning!

We have a bus we changed into a tiny house registered as a motorhome, and Ms Martha helped us to get it insured at the absolute lowest rate with best coverage! Now our regular house and ALL our cars (inclusive antique cars) are insured through her, also at best rates. They are the best in business and gives the best quotes. Everybody was quoting my customer over $500 a month because of his age he was 22. Today for the first time I were forced to use the Assistance on the road and really starting from Abril who assisted me by phone and Manuel the towing person were excellent. When I needed service on my Drive Safe thingy, Stephanie checked up to make sure it was working, and when it wasnt, she put me in contact with another amazing team member, Abril.Abril came out to my house at a time that was convenient for me, (I invited her in, otherwise she would have gladly done it outside or in either of our vehicles) and she walked me through troubleshooting and understood my frustration.
