Ive been a rental insurance customer of Anhs since late 2018. The process of buying, renewing, and updating my policy each year has always been seamless. I had insurance with this agency when I lived in the area. It was only when I moved away to a state they couldn’t service that I had to change. Their customer service was wonderful. I was very pleased to be a customer. Most notably after I moved and had to deal with insurance communications with the state of MD, which seemed impossible, I was able to make a quick call to the Anh Nguyen agency, speak with someone right away and have my issue resolved same day. I will admit that Im picky and have struggled with other agents to get the tailored experience that I strongly believe should be expected from insurance agents especially given the level of trust we put in those folks.I understand sales and know that people dont buy products and services, but rather we part with our money to purchase value.
