Joe has always gone above and beyond any other insurance agent Ive dealt with in the past. His customer service is second to none. Ive had two accidents while being insured with him and the claims were taken care of swiftly and his office communicated with me through the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough of Joe and his entire staff. A+++.

We’ve always been pleased with our insurance coverage. But the customer service is really great, as well. Recently on a trip to Perdido, I left my wallet behind at a gas station. The kind person who found it, called the number on my insurance card to track me down. Within minutes joe’s office called and emailed my husband and I to make sure we retrieved it. Very grateful!

They dont even deserve one star. I was looking to switch from GEICO and I did a few online quotes.I was contacted by a guy named Lloyd from this agency and quoted a really good price for renters and auto together. Much better than what I was paying with GIECO for just auto. I saved almost $40 by switching to State Farm and I only had to pay $2 to start the policy. It seemed too good to be true. Well that was because it WAS. I set up automatic draft payments. The first month I noticed my insurance did not come out of my account I called to notify them of that and they sent me paper work to fill out for the payment to be drafted from my bank every month. For the next 3 months that did not happen I still had to call each month and give the payment over the phone. Not to mention I drive a dodge and the first insurance card I received had a Chevrolet listed as the car on my policy. So I called and had them fix that. Because they had the wrong car, I was quoted the wrong price. I paid a different price for 3 different months. The final straw was when I was billed over a $100 more for October and I called at 8AM for answers I was told they would call me back after researching the problem by the end of the day no one called back. I just ended up switching to a different agency.Trust me this is the very short version of the long frustrating, irritating and most unprofessional experience with this company. When I called to cancel my policy after they told me my last bill was suspended and that I would e covered until the end of the month....of course that changed too and I now owed another $80. So like any other human being I am expressing my frustration for the unprofessionalism and the lack of customer service and Mr. Lloyd told me he would pray for me. LOL. We are all human and mistakes are going to be made. My issue is not the mistakes that were made. My issue is they neglect of fixing these mistakes, and that their mistakes cost me time and money literally. Please save yourself and do not get insurance from this agency you have been warned.
