Chris and Kevin were great. They were very knowledgeable about my moisture issue and provided several options. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

Twice in the last two months I had to call Servpro to help clean up and sanitize my basement (once for ground water & once from county sewage)!! Paul was wonderful both times! Came when he said and did a quick efficient job and explained things to me as well!! I highly recommend this company and this particular franchise!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE!! We made the appt for 10:15 then had to change it for 12:30. They showed up at the neighbors house at 10:15. I didnt know this until I called at 11:30 to confirm arrival and that they could do spot treatment. He originally wanted to charge me $450 for 800sq feet and a couch cushion.I told him that I thought this was a high price. He then said it wasnt worth his time and didnt think we would pay for service??? What? Why would we do that? So now we have guests arriving in a couple of days and no carpet cleaned. WEIRD & A RIP OFF!
