I own a small family operated company that I started in 1993. Ive had ups and downs as we all do. I got bamboozled by a tricky salesperson that works for this establishment in the off season approximately the beginning of March 2021 when I was recovering from injuries and had been unable to physically work for 9 months. I received a cold call from what seemed to be a trustworthy smooth talking gentleman whom I will not mention his name. Top Floors call center sales reps clicked on an my existing Adwords ad (costing my company money), then called me via a tracking number (costing my company MORE money) to sell me what I can assure you is subpar marketing services. This is a pretty despicable sales tactic and should be stopped.

I hate to leave anyone a two star review, but in this case it is deserved. We contracted Top Floor to manage our Google Ads. We paid for the service starting in April 2017. We were billed each month accordingly, but our ads did not start until July. The majority of the ads contained misspelled words, therefore were not shown to consumers looking for our products. I corrected the misspelled words and our ads started showing. However, Google billed our card directly, instead of Top Floor. We paid Top Floor to create the ads, manage the ads, and to purchase the ads for us. The ads were created, but were incorrect. The ads were not managed by Top Floor, but by us, and we paid for the ads directly and paid Top Floor. Before we signed on with Top Floor we read their reviews from others that used their service. Many were very satisfied; we expected the same service and performance. Their representatives were polite and had good customer service skills, but not good at writing ads and following through with their commitment to us. We did ask for a refund for the three months we paid, when ads were not ran. Another option we proposed to make the situation right, was for Top Floor to run our ads three months without charge. Neither option was approved. We not only lost the money we gave Top Floor to create and manage our Google Adwords, but also potential customers.

These people are rude. I got a call randomly from William Garcia last week while I was busy expecting a quarterly review about my AdWords. No formal introduction by email whatsoever. After the second attempt of the meeting the following week, he immediately tried to have me recite my customer access ID without introducing himself, his role, and the name of the company within 3 minutes of the conversation. I had to stop him and ask because I was not familiar with Googles Premiers Partners and what he was doing. It could have been a scam!After he finally explained that the company is an authorized Google partner, he then forwarded me to a strategic analyst named Lawrence who did not do anything but criticize my website in a very unprofessional manner. He said he doesnt know what I do and doesnt understand why I would have pricing tab on my website etc. There was nothing positive he said about my business and it really angered me. I would love to answer those questions if he asked respectfully and done his homework. Please say, May I ask the purpose of this website? or Why do you do what you do? or even I would love to try to help you take your brand to the next level. Could you please tell me the best part of your job? If you use keywords here you can help attract customers. Please do NOT say that the tools I use are limited and Wordpress is better. That implies that my skills are very limited. Dont even say that I am not even close to my competitors without asking my side of the story. I got so irritated that I told him that I like the automatic Google AdWords because my job is a part-time gig and I dont expect it to grow exponentially this year. I can afford what I can afford. These people are straight con artists. If you deal with them , you will be sorry you did. First of all, I received a phone call from them out of the blue. The guy in the phone led me to believe he was from Google. He goes on and on about how an AdWords campaign would be much better for me than the AdWords express campaign that I was currently running. He convinced me to allow him access into my AdWords account so that he could demonstrate certain features of the AdWords campaign that would benefit me. After several days of calling my phone, I finally decided to give them a try and allow them to help me manage an AdWords campaign from a month to month basis. $399 was the agreement for the first month and $299 was to be the cost for each month thereafter. Initially, the correspondence went ok. They were emailing me letting me know how things were going. Then after a couple of weeks all communication stopped. Whenever I tried to contact the guy, he was always either at lunch or on the phone with another customer so I was told. He never returned any of my calls nevertheless. I finally decided that I had enough and called AdWords to find out what I needed to do to get myself separated from them because I didn’t feel I was receiving adequate service. I was told to unlink my account with them and I could therefore manage it myself. I then called to discontinue my service with this company since I was only on a month to month basis. After 30 minutes of repeated excuses and attempts to convince me to remain with them by the guy handling my campaign, I insisted on canceling the agreement. The next thing I know, I received an email from AdWords stating that my account was suspended for misrepresentation. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam. Once they get your money, they will ignore your calls...BEWARE

A total waste of money. I would suggest that you do not use this company for SEO. The only thing they did for me was take my money. I would ask what work is being done and I wouldnt even get a report on what work was being done on my site. This is a total SCAM! Buyer Beware. They Suck. I see a lot of good reviews but my experience was totally different and Im a real person with a real business that got no improvement from the so called work they said they would do. When I stopped paying they didnt even contact me to see why I quit giving them $300 a month. So that was even more evidence that they where just taking my money and didnt value me as a customer.
