Our pest control person was amazing. He never showed up during February. I called today MArch 6 to find out what happened. They finally informed me that he retired and they had been training people. I asked when I was going to be informed that we had a new person and why haven’t they let me know until now and she said they were catching up. I understand that but I still think they should have let me known instead of me finding out. We will see how long it takes for them to call me back.
