The service rendered was good. The sales counter was another story. The employee was on the phone couldnt multitask. Had to wait for supervisor to get back to answer a question.

When I bought tires from tire center the workers put my car on rack to change tires let it sat for 3hours and let it down then told me didnt have time to put tires on that day bring it back the next day all while putting another car on rack to change someone elses tires. Worse place Ive ever seen

Took over 2 and a half hours to get a tune up, bit they got the job done

Usually service has been pretty good? Although here lately theres always a 2-4+hr wait due to not having enough certified mechanics. I believe management needs look less at trying to run a store on a skeleton crew and focusing more on hiring more certified mechanics.

Was told it would be at least a 2 hr wait for they could even look at my vehicle. I just needed my tires rotated and balanced. Every time I attempt to go here, it is always a 2 hour wait.

I was put on hold for 23 minutes, and then they hung up. I tried again and I was on hold for 41 MORE minutes and then they hung up on me again. Ive also tried getting tires three times. The first time they said they had 3 in stock, I waited for 3 full hours just for them to come and tell me they didnt actually have any. The second time they told me they had 6 in stock, I waited one hour and again they came and told me they didnt have any. The last time they told me theyd have them in on the truck the next day, and I went and checked band they still had none. Theyod prices but that doesnt matter if you can never get what you need.

Great service and great price on tires. Everyone was friendly and thorough. Glad I came here....and I was very skeptical. Manager Joe Smith was knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience overall.

Put the wrong Tire on my car put a mud grip on instead of a street Tire

Rude customer service in the auto care.... Wal Mart service is right up there with McDonald’s and meth labs.

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE! They didn’t drain the old oil and added new oil to the system. I had about 4 quarts too much in my vehicle. It could’ve locked my engine up. On top of that instead of unbolting the plastic underneath my front end to get to the oil filter they just ripped the plastic off the bolts. Calling did no good.

The staff is helpful and lets you know about how long service will take, however they offer services online that are not available in stores.

Very efficient can leave car and shop or go to lunch while tires are being put on.

Went to Automotive. Hours of operation are that they open at 7am. It was 7.20 before they start3d waiting on customers. people walking around. Slow service.

The worst experience ever!!!! Gave me wrong pricing at initial write up, then the difference was about a $30 more difference. Service was slow and seems like no one ever knew what they were doing.
