This was my second time going the first time I love it!! This last time I did not he cut the top of my nail and it started bleeding so he put some stuff on it and it burned I thought it would go away but sadly it did not and became infected.

I went in and waited and waited. They did not greet me or anything. They acted as if I was not even there. There was 5 workers there and neither one took time to even ask me what I was getting today. And they only had 2 customers. They were on their iPad laughing. I left and went to another nail shop. I will not be going back ever

Not properly trained new employees gave me a terrible experience and the owner refused to correct the problem. I used to love this place and suggest it to all of my friends but now I will never return!!

Called to make an appointment for a pedicure. Lady let me know they go by appointments with COVID, which I’m fine with. Get in there and it’s packed. Taking walk-ins and I’m sitting waiting for my appointment. Needless to say, I left. I’m going to try somewhere else.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!no one greets me when I walk in so I went to the front counter where one of the workers were giving a woman her change I waited in line behind her and when I went to ask him if I could set up an appointment he completely ignored me as if I wasnt even standing there and he turned around and walked off from the moment I walked in I felt awkard tension in the atmosphere i can honestly say it was the worst nail salon Ive ever had an encountered with so I left and I WENT TO MINIS NAILS!!

Good nails. Jus very slow service. I have been waiting since 4pm for mani, pedi, eyebrow, eyelash & I only got a pedicure so far

I went to have my nails trimmed and recolored. I had to go back because the color was streaked so I had the same guy redo them again and he left half of my nail unpainted and left all my nails uneven. I’m honestly thinking of using a different nail shop!

I wanted a pedicure and my nails dipped. I waited almost 3 hours all they did was my pedicure and took my previous dip off. When I left without my nails done after waiting all that time my toenail polish was messed up! They are a waste of your time and money! Go anywhere else!

The atmosphere was just uncomfortable then the lady left me sitting, waiting, halfway done for like 45 mins. I knew they werent the best but Id received a gift certificate for there so I chanced it. I definitely wont be back nor do I recommend. There is a great place where the donut shop used to be.

We loved it. They took there time and did a great job on us and my 4yr old granddaughter.

I got there 5 minutes before 2 other girls, they let one of the girls skip me in line bc she must have been a regular, I waited 20 mins after the first girl before they started working on my nails. The nail tech did not say a word to me the whole time, she put on the tips on the MIDDLE of my nail bed then without any explanation got up immediately and checked the register, the sign-in book then sat the 2nd girl and started taking her polish off. I had been in there for 45 minutes and had only gotten the tips put on, so I left. The atmosphere was tense, unfriendly and I will never be going back.

I was able to get in very quickly at 3:30 pmon a Thursday. I had a gentleman do my pedicure & he was very good- allowed me to relax & enjoy the experience. I was very pleased. I will definitely come again

I’m in town visiting family and my daughter needed a quick nail repair. The nail tech was rude and rough on my daughter. He filed her nail to the point of leaving cuts on both sides of her nail. He didn’t even apply an antiseptic. He wanted his money and us out;practically snatched the money out of her hands while she was counting it. Another nail tech (possibly the owner) applied antiseptic and apologized. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.

The owner misunderstood me saying shellac and thought I said healthy nail. When I told him I wanted a shellac he got huffy, handed me the nail colors and shook his leg so hard the table was shaking until I picked a color. He filed my nails so close to the quick that it burned. And he didnt even clean my cuticles. I basically paid to have my nails filed too short and painted. I got nothing else. I will never return. Oh, and their credit card machine doesnt work. But they dont tell you until you are paying. Bring cash!

Best nail place ever. Tran does my nails and toes and when shes not available her husband does. They interact with customers and also remember you. I love this place

I love this place... Im just here for a while with the pipeline.. But they all make u feel so welcome.. Best pedi In town for sure Hands down Tommy is awesome at it.. And his sister and her husband are the best at doing nails.. Being I travel across the states this is the best place I have ever been.. Thank yall for all u do and treating folks like family...

Can you give a zero?I have been getting my nails done for 20 years - the last time I visited my daughter we went in for pedicures and all 3 of us where unhappy. This time , I had a little time to kill on a Monday and this was the only place open so I thought I would try again - he literally uses clippers to remove dead skin - I made him quit because I don’t want callouses. Then he said he would remove my in grown toe nail. I was literally bleeding and a week later am still horribly soreRUN EUN RUN

Best pedicure Ive ever had! Tran was very friendly & attentive. Salon was very clean. I will definitely visit again when Im in town.

I had a wonderful experience here. Friendly staff that does an awesome job. Clean. Clean, and clean environment.

Very bad

The service is ok but the employee never talked to me and he was really rough with my toes during the pedicure. I also made an appointment with one of the technicians but I didnt get her and no one gave me a reason why.
