Ordered a RAM 1500 Limited with all the goodies. Matt told me it would be 8 - 12 weeks due to trucking delays. Picked up the truck exactly 12 weeks to the day of being ordered. Jackie in finance was easy to work with and although Chrysler finance pulled the 0% for 72 months without notice, Jackie worked out the 0% for 48 for me. Cant say enough about Matt. Great service, answered all my questions and I am not an easy person to satisfy on my vehicles. Sat with me for an hour prior to ordering explaining the attributes of the RAM which is what sold me. Then spent another hour at delivery explaining all the bells and whistles. Now all thats left is the new exhaust and cold air intake, right from Mopar and will be installed by the dealer on arrival. We are not from the area. We were staying at Wind Creek on Lake Martin, and had a concern with our 2003 Jeep Wrangler. We called and spoke with Ms Tabitha in the Service Dept. She told us to come on over and they would check it out for us. When we got there, they took us right in ( no appointment ) and checked Alignment and our rear Pinion Seal and refused to charge us anything !!!!
