Love the sales people at the Alcoa, TN store. They truly help you in any way can they can. So respectful and courteous!!

Excellent help yesterday in pairing my phone to my car. The young man was not obligated to do so.Previously another young man did an expert job resolving problems with my new phone.And before that two young women worked patiently to help out on technical problems that arose in trying to pay AT&T.The five stars go to the local workers, not to the companys computer payment system, which doesnt even rate one star.

Joe was very patient with me as I was switching from another carrier. He made everything very simple and took care of the things I wasn’t sure about. Very nice guy and made me having to wait worthwhile with his friendly personality!

This store was clean and the employees were very pleasant, helpful and kind. The reason this is not a 5 Star is because the phone on display I wanted was not in stock and you could not order it. My thought is that either offer me the working display model or take the phone off display since I was told it was discontinued. I called several other AT&T Stores and was told the phone I wanted was always an order only and had been discontinued for a number of week and should not have been on display as it could no longer be ordered.

I lost my phone while on vacation. Elijah, and the rest of the staff, we incredibly helpful in assisting me with a replacement, and providing information on a plan that lowers my monthly payment. Thank you so much for making a tough situation a little bit better!

I made an appointment for 2:00 on Black Friday. We arrived early and were immediately helped. Michael took excellent care of us. We went in to upgrade my sons iPhone, but Michael went above and beyond. Through casual conversation, he found out Im a teacher, and he quickly told me about the special plans being offered right now. He saved us substantial money per month. The service was courteous, quick, and more than expected. I highly recommend this AT&T store!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!If I could give it a negative 100 stars, I would. I went in the store to transfer a landline to a prepaid cell phone. I had already (I thought) cancelled the landline service. I found out over an hour later, they had dropped the ball on that too.Anyway, I went in the store and was not even greeted by any of the 3 employees in sight. One looked up at me and went right back to what she was doing. I was finally asked by David if he could help me. I explained my situation and without even verifying the disconnection, he got me on the phone with customer service. After 52 minutes and 4 people later, I finally got someone on the phone to let me know there NEVER was a disconnect order put thru. She gave me the necessary information I needed and I left the store. During my time on hold, I witnessed no less than 8 different emplyees come from the back of the store and disappear back to wherever they came from without offering any assistance to me or other people waiting for them to grace us with their help. One employee DID stop to ask what I needed. I explained to him my situation and he said after I got the necessary information from the people on the phone I would have to deal with the same incompetent individual (David) that had stuck me on the phone to begin with. David walked by me at least 4 times but NEVER asked if I was making any headway. He barely had the testicular fortitude to look me in the eye.COMPLETELY ABYSMAL AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!

I wish I could give you zero stars, your company has been sending aggressive and pushy door to door sales reps to my house for at least 3 years, the entire time Ive lived here, despite being asked multiple times to stop coming to my house. Ive had it, I dont care if you had the last Internet or phone service in the country, Id rather go without phone and internet than ever have anything to do with your company. Your salesmen came to my house twice today, even after I had to shut the door in their faces the first time because they simply wouldnt listen to me when I told them I wasnt interested. You teach your sales team to take advantage of peoples phycological need to be polite to people in face to face interactions. Not only do I not have that compunction, but I find that kind of approach reprehensible, and at this point Ive contacted a lawyer and have documented todays events, and the next time they come to my door I will be taking legal action against your company. I dont want to hear back from you about trying to make this right or any of that lip service to try and save face, I want you to stop sending people to the fairview area altogether, end of story.

I went into this store to to have my S7 updated. I worked with Jason and he was amazing. He helped me pick out the best phone for my budget and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had to order the phone in and have it shipped to my home but he helped me set everything up afterwards. I will definitely be back to this store and ask for Jason again!!!

Chris (sp?) helped me a few months ago to get a new phone and I’ve asked for her ever since. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and somehow I always walk out feeling like I saved money. I have been an AT&T cellular customer for over 10 years and been to many of their stores in that time. The store in Alcoa is hands down the best cellular store I have ever been too. They are knowledgeable about their product and actually care about the customer.

I went to the AT&T in Alcoa, TN at Hamilton Crossing. The staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I had more than one problem that had given me issues for a couple months. I tried to get them fixed w customer service but to no avail. The store rep was able to fix both my phone problem and my billing issue on the first try. I had a great experience and will return there to get my next phone.

Michael was excellent in listening to my communications needs and customizing options to fit my budget which will provide better service than I have with Verizon. He is very knowledgeable but doesnt force anything on you. I had a very bad experience with AT&T elsewhere some years ago and Michael more than made up for that. Thanks!

This place was completely unorganized and just wanted to sell & upgraded ! Completely wast of my time ! They were in a rush and didnt have time to resolve issues! Went to 234 Hamilton Crossing Dr, Alcoa, TN 37701 expecting work class customer service from Att representative, Jason. Requested another ticket to be submitted for a fiber optic connection. Jason told me I would receive a response on my cell phone within 3 days. After time passed without a response, I went into the office to find out why. The reply from Jason was, I just received an email a couple of minutes ago. I was denied the opportunity to talk with a manager. When I asked for the managers name and contact information, I was informed they would not be contacting me. I am being told fiber optic is not in my area but I personally watched them install it under my driveway and a field representative offered fiber optic to my neighbor. An Att representative will not meet me at my home to discuss options.

Gentleman told me to go online to get best deal since I work for AT&T

My husband and I worked with Michael Davis to get our internet, TV, and phone set up at our new apartment at The Ridge at Hamilton Crossing. He was so kind, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient with all of my questions. When it was time for our daughter to get her own apartment in the same complex, I sent her directly to Michael. Although she was only needing internet, he explained all of the options available to her in a way that she understood regarding speeds, prices, and installation. She felt very comfortable working with him. He also communicated with all of us via texting which was such a convenience. We always knew his work hours, so we never had any wasted trips to the store wondering if he would be there. I highly recommend Michael!

I was in the store a couple weeks back and was helped by Jason R., he helped me get signed up for a tv subscription. He was very friendly and personable with me and didn’t make me feel like I was just another sell. He was also very informative when it came to my many questions with the tv plan and was able to help me with a few issues I was having with my iPhone. One of the things I really appreciated was the fact that he made sure to sanitize in front of me, it may seem like a minute thing to do; in this time of covid I appreciate that level of customer service for the fact I have a young child and a spouse with an low immune system so taking the time to make that known is important to me. If you go to this store to do business I would highly recommend asking for Jason R.

I came in VERY stressed when Zachary came over to assist me. I had ordered online from At&t a new phone and needed help with transferring all my info from my current phone, with the screen half invisible, to my new phone from At&t. Problem was, I didnt know my password. Didnt know any passwords as they were on the phone that didnt work!! My bad! Zachary was so patient with me and after I was able to remember my password he was able to complete the transfer. I had over 500 contacts and more than that in pictures and NONE WERE NOT LOST!!! I purchased a new phone case and walked out relieved and happy! Zachary was wonderful from the start and knowledgeable of products!! Thank you Zachary for all your help and thank you At&t for hiring him for your Alcoa store!!

After dropping my iPhone in the parking lot of dollar tree while picking up some toilet paper, I was livid. I finished my shopping with all my kids and headed to AT&T. Leah met me at the door and helped me find a new phone, case and extra charger for my car. While looking she went above and beyond to keep my kids entertained and happy. If you go in ask for Leah! You will not be disappointed!

Love going there to pay my bills

Back in October of 2019 I was sold a promotion of ATT fiber optic internet with ATT TV...However after a month of service I waited and waited to get the Gig speed I had been promised and signed up for!! It was never installed due to the fact that Gig speed was not offered in my neighborhood even though the sales man Aidan and the store manager Jamie promised me it was there and it would be installed. I waited till the end of Nov. Still nothing so I googled the company that installs lines for ATT and they told me that it wouldnt be done till spring of 2020 and it would be most likely end of April before the green light. I went back to the store to tell them what was going on and Jamie said he would cancel everything for me and get it straightened out with ATT he did NOT do it!! I was charged for services till Feb of 2020 and ATT says I owe them a bill of $460...please please whoever is reading this please do NOT go to that store and honestly if you can manage it go to Verizon...I was with ATT for 7 years and it was great truly unfortunate what I have went through with them and the fact that it was over $460 dollars. I hope you can take my experience with Jamie and Aidan and stay AWAY from ATT Alcoa!!!

David at the Alcoa store is one of the best sales people in ANY industry I have EVER worked with. His customer service does not end when you walk out the door. He is available ALL the time, and when hes not he always gets back to me when I have questions or issues about my account. This business and company are VERY fortunate to have him as an employee. Top shelf!!!!

Ive always dreaded going to deal with anything involving my phone. In the past its taken literally forever so i just despised the experience and honestly had no idea why I had to always go in...that was before kids. Enter 3 kids plus being pregnant and you know I really dont wanna but I had to so I sucked it up and went. Leah helped me and was absolutely wonderful and so patient even when I had to stop have comes to jesus with the babies lol. Ill no longer dread it after my last visit.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Do not sign up for At&t internet or Direct TV from door to door salesperson. If interested, go into store. The store staff is honest. Door to door salesperson will tell you anything to sign you up. Personal experience.
