If you’re an adult seeking treatment for ADHD and have found that medication is the only thing that helps don’t waste your time here. Their policy is they don’t prescribe stimulants to adults regardless of history of diagnosis and treatment. How archaic to think only children benefit from ADHD medication and you somehow grow out of it in your 20s.

They make a big difference in our community and they go above and beyond in getting care treatment and help you need regardless of insurance and or income.

The receptionists at the front lack communication and it’s a very unorganized office. Needless to say, they aren’t friendly.

Undependable untrustworthy, they cant get test results to the patient and then act annoyed when you ask for them. Refuse to see anyone unless you schedule appointments weeks ahead of time. Most illnesses dont work that way. The place is totally empty when you go up there and yet they dont have any openings. Cherokee Health Systems in Alcoa is a ridiculous excuse for a health care clinic. You do have insurance, right? Yeah that is all they are concerned about. I need health care I need refills on my medicines, I dont know what to do

The woman at the front counter was very nice & directed me with everything I needed to do & made me feel okay about having to come here. The therapists are very helpful & very caring & he plans on staying which is a most definite plus because most therapists always leave within a few months ( past experience )

Very poor service- the “provider” I saw only succeeded in wasting my time and money via constant rescheduling issues and couldn’t even remember who I was when they did manage to see me. I’d recommend another provider with another clinic.

First off. Dr Easter and her nurse are very friendly. No problem there. The front staff is a different story. They always sound annoyed when you make a appointment. And when you do try to make one they usually say.. go to a walk in clinic. Or they say they are filled up. This is my childrens doctor. They should be seen by their doctor, not some underpaid get well clinic wannabe doctor. Its very disappointing. Would hate to leave Easter amd her nurse.. but the front staff makes me wanna change to a new doctors office.

My daughter has went here the past year, which doctor easter and her nurse has been kind so far. Until here recently, Im okay with certian vaccines as shes had tons of them but Im not okay with me as her parent when I tell you no, Im not okay with this shot. As I always do my own research on these shots you to undermine me as her mother and completely ignore what I just said and continue to push it upon me. I also dont agree with the receiptist for telling me how to parent my child when it comes to making a appointment, I called you to put her down not to give me your two cents. Very unprofessional! Weve now switched pediatricians.

The actual doctor side of things are good. But therapy side of things sucks balls. I mean how can you help someone if youre only able to see them once a month or 2? Like what sense does that make? I mean TN isnt a great state anyway for mental health, but maybe thats our GOV fault for being a rich selfish person... but anywayyyy we need to do more for this community. Offer more times to go see your therapist or psych. Cause once a month isnt enough. And not having good facilities to go too can be horrific if youre truly wanting to blow your brains out :)

Excellent and professional staff. Their facility isnt the most inviting, but it is very clean and very well staffed.
