This branch has given me the worst postal experience i have ever had. The staff here has been extremely rude, unhelpful, uncooperative and just overall bad attitude towards me. I have spoke with the supervisor and she was quite apalled at my stressed reaction to the fact that i havent been unable to access my mail and packages for over a month. Dut to the fact that the property i lease from has locked mail slots that the postal service requires you to purchase a key for $35. Not having money to buy a key = no access to your mail. I cannot go to this post office without having problems. TERRIBLE customer service and very rude. I always seem to get the same lady and I always feel belittled by her.Once I arrived around 5 mins before they closed and once I got inside the door was already locked - the lady (mentioned above) saw me and proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t help and I’d have to go across town.... even tho she was the one closing the store early.Also, can’t wrap my head around why the POST OFFICE can’t print USPS digital labels for returns, etc. - I would even pay for them to do it! The postal service is literally making themselves obsolete.

They are really nice and under stand that speed of service matters so u can get back to your daily activities with a bank being rite beside it in the same building to there staff is Friendly and they seem to care about there customers my mother and grandfather have used this location for 30 plus years its a great post office and the location is great

Contrary to other reviews, the post office IS here. It shares a building with First Tennessee bank. When you go in the doors, the post office is on the left, the bank on the right. The post office people have always been helpful!

Wheres the 0 star selection? Do not deface the postage stamps with ball-point pens. You have the right to handstamp them with the appropriate handstamp, but not the right to deface them as shown. If you need to scribble-scrabble onto the letter, do it away from the stamps.

Its a bank... Its not even the post office... If you make the Google image larger you can see the First Tennessee sign and the Google Image I guess I should have paid more attention

No signage for the post office. It is on the backside of First TN Bank. Unless you are local, you may drive around the block several times, like I did, trying to find it. Please put a sign out by the bank sign...

Package damaged while in transition, contents switched, horrible customer service. Have given us the runaround for over a week to now tell us our loss, nothing they can do.

Im always satisfied with the service I receive.

Very rude and inconvenient and wont deliver packages unless they feel like it ....Cant run a business like that ...They need new management and better work ethics . They really have fallen off the wagon Ill do a review 1 year from now to update.
