Michael was amazing! Best phone fix experience ever! My sister got water in my phone, so it quit working. I went to CPR by Taco Bell. They opened it up and showed me the water. Then, said it would cost $100 for water removal and it would take all afternoon! I thought that was unreasonable, so I went to Cricket-who sent me to Walmart-who sent me to Cellairis inside Walmart. I was helped as soon as i walked in. Michael immediately worked on my phone, did a thorough job, got it working perfectly, and charged me only a third of the price! My first time going to Cellairis was above and beyond my expectations. Michael was attentive, polite, friendly and professional. He first tried to fix my malfunctioning speaker by taking my phone apart and cleaning the corrosion that was present on the contacts. When that did not work, he overnighted the parts needed and had it fixed the next day within 24 hours from when I originally walked in. My phone now works perfectly and my bill was considerably less than expected. Went in a few minutes before they closed in a panic. My old phone had quit recharging and was at 17 percent and I had bought a new phone. I use my phone for work and my human connections. If the phone went dead before I got everything transferred over, I was lost. The owner quickly got everything transferred over and I was on my way.

Michael is the guy who fixed my Iphone. He was very quick and I havent had any problems with it since. (He replaced the screen) He also had a laptop for sale that I purchased, it is an older laptop, but he did some upgrades to it and it runs like brand new. I will always take my stuff to him if I ever need anything. He is also reasonably priced.

They were very reasonably priced and very quick with the fix. Corey was the person that helped me and was very polite and knowledgeable. Took him no longer then 5 minutes to replace my wife’s iPhone X screen and two minutes to tighten down the haptic engine in my iPhone 8 Plus, which other places said would have to be replaced and would even offer to just check and see if it was loose. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The gentleman in there provides EXCELLENT service. He has fixed my boyfriends completely smashed screen. And I went in there today with a bent phone and full on smashed screen with only a little bit of the screen working and responding to touch. Any other place would have told me there is nothing they could do for me but this man tried and fixed my bent phone. It’s barely bent now and has a brand new screen. I have been here twice in the time this business is supposed to be open.. they said they were closed yesterday and was going to be open today so I am there around 3:30 and no one there... I ordered something from wish and had the option to pick up at this location and have a limited time to pick it up before it gets sent back.. if your not going to open your business then you should post it so people know not to have stuff sent to your business to pick up.

I thought I was going to have to buy a new cell phone back in Wal-Marts electronics. But thankfully I stopped in this cell phone shop inside of Wal-Mart.The young man who was there was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a new screen installed on my IPhone 8 Plus, touch screen was so sensitive I couldn’t type and couldn’t scroll through Facebook or my contacts without opening everything I barely touched. Took the phone back and they installed a new screen, same issues so I called back and was told it was my software. I took my device to Apple and was told all my hardware and software was fine, they told me the screen is a cheap aftermarket replacement. I called cellairis while I was at Apple and left a voicemail and still have not received a call back as of yet. So I am out about $100 bucks and took my phone to CPR Cell Repair in Alcoa today, this screen is like my OEM and no issues at all! Cellairis is using cheap aftermarket screens, my wife is having the same issues with her device as well! When I called having troubles with the second screen I could tell they were not going to warranty anything because he started right off the bat blaming it on my device.

Brought my phone in for a charge port repair, was gonna cost me $50. This company called me and said it was just a lose wire and wouldnt cost me anything. I offered to pay, but they refused. How honest is this? From the time I walked in, the customer service was amazing! Believe me, Ive had my share of taking my phone to places to get fixed...but never again will I go anywhere else!

There was some trouble with shipping and my screen came in a few weeks later than expected. However, the team gave me 2 new screen protectors (the glass ones) for the trouble.
