Ran over a huge shard of metal on my way home from work. The shop closes at 6:00, and I showed up at 5:58. They were very gracious to stay after. It turned out that the whole tire needed to be replaced and they gave me a great price on a used tire. I will definitely be back in the future!

When I took my dad and his truck in for 4 value steams the owner found out the tires where dry rotten! Dad is in a wheel chair! WW 2 veteran he took him on first. He was covered up but took us in first! Thank God for him! Bought 4 tire be the only place this vet will go!

Went to get a used tire. it only took Ismael about 10 minutes to swap it out. the used tire that i got looks like its in better condition than the other three on my car

First let me start by saying I went there thinking that I was going to spend money on something that I didnt need. I like how the person talk to me and how he explained everything to me. He told me what was more important and what I needed to worry about. Me personally, I wouldnt entrust my vehicle with nobody. I have a 95 Chevy Blazer. I put a lot of money into my blazer in Nashville Tennessee. So bringing my blazer up here and trust in somebody to work on it really does mean a lot.

They were very nice people and they didnt hesitate to get me fixed up and back on the road quickly and professionally. Thanks again guys. I will be back!

Brandon was awesome and the crew was very efficient and hardworking! My mother was left stranded, literally, with two flat tires right before the holiday. Everyone else we called said they couldn’t do anything for us (due to the holiday) & universal tire said to come on in and did everything they could to get us back on the road. I would definitely rocommend universal tire and will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service. They do used tires (some of which are just as good as new ones), oil changes, tune-ups, and brakes. They did the brakes on my Ford Windstar today and I cant be more pleased with both the price and service. Give these guys a try....youll be glad you did.

I had a flat tire at the center of the Cades cove stretch in Tennessee.once the tow truck arrived, he recommended that I be taken to this tire location.long story short, they found the perfect match for my existing tires and balanced and installed the tire for $40 and had me on my way. Quick-service, good service and low price.

Cant say enough for Brandon and the crew of Universal Tire. (Briefly) - Found a very large pothole which managed to damage both front and rear rims while on a short vaca. It was on a Sunday. Universal was there for us. They tried their best to find ANY 18 replacement rims to get us back on the road. It was Sunday and Monday was Labor Day. I had to be back to work on Tuesday. Bottom line, they went above and beyond the call of duty and got me back on the road that same day ! The charges were MORE than reasonable and certainly a lot less than I was expecting. Next time I have car problems I hope Ill be in Alcoa Tennessee. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Please do not go to this establishment.My husband brought his truck in for a break change and the rotors needed changed. We got the car back and had to bring it back 2 times. The calipers were ruined and they said it wasnt their fault they charged us 2ooish for the breaks then 85 dollars for each caliper they messed up! So after 370 bucks the breaks barely work and still have issues.Then my mother went to get a used tire. The next day it was flat. Went to get it looked at and there was actually still a nail in the side wall. I am telling you these guys are swindlers!Also most of the review that are so good are from people who work there sooooo.
