Never again will I use this airline!!!! Their customer service is the worst, and they won’t do anything to correct the situation!!

I wish I could rate FRONTIER a negative 200 .... My mom and her companion was due to fly out of Charlotte Dec 3 at 2:48pm... we received an alert stating the flight was going to be delayed and wont be departing until 4:16pm... now this message came from Sunday as well ... so I called Frontier for my mom and was infromed the flight wont be leaving until 4:45pm but they still need to be at the airport the original time. Now my mom is 76 years old and her companion is 77 ,,,,, these two individuals sat at Charlotte for over 5 hrs waiting to depart which was not until 5:45 really.... is all I can say.Now the best is yet to come..... they get to Orlando and .no wheel chair serice, however they were then placed in two wheel chairs now they were the first 2 to be placed in the chairs... they were pushed and left right there at the gate and was told someone would be back for them. Needless to say no one came for them.... other individuals who were taken off after were pushed to the terminal to retrieve their bags but my mom and Tom were still left sitting at the GATE for over 1 hour. After 40 minutes of waiting my mom decided to walk to baggage claim ... she could not manage this ... she has had 2 BACK surgeries, and this walk did a lot to her body. By the time she got to baggage claim she saw her bags being locked up by Frontier as she was not there in time to pick them up. All this time Tom was still sitting at the gate. She called him and told him she finally arrived at baggage claim.. he then informed her that he was starting to walk to baggage claim.. really after waiing in Charlotte for over 4 hours to leave and then arriving in Orlando to go through this is totally unacceptable. No one apologized and the lack of customer service ... this is just despicable.

I traveled both to and from Denver, CO, using Frontier Airlines this month. The experiences, from check in to boarding, were very positive. I had to change my plane reservations the day after I made them due to family obligations, and the customer service rep. was very accommodating. The only negatives were minimal: a) the plane on the way back was VERY cold; I ended up with a cold after the trip; b) the cost of upgrade seats (for more leg room); c) I wish there was a branch closer to my home so I didnt have to drive so far to take advantage of this rate.

I flew out of new Orleans and had a new pair of Nike shoe stolen out of the my MILITARY bag. So I called Frointier,you would think that they would wont to investigate but nope. All they said is they would make a note and suggested I file a police report. Like the police are going to spend one minute on a 100 dollar pair of shoes. Well frontier of your not going to help a frequent flying customer then you have lost this customer.

Worst or second worst airline in almost all categories except pricing. Always delayed, terrible seats, and staff that hasn’t been trained in any form of customer service. Unless you are on a major deal hunt, don’t fly this terrible excuse for an airline. I only fly Frontier in the most dire or circumstances and am usually quickly reminded why they are such garbage.

Between the gate check in counter employees, to gate employees the customer service was beyond awful. Don’t plan on flying frontier ever again.

Arbitrarily changed my flight time from 8:06 AM to 6:30 AM. When I called to inquire they offered me a $25 voucher. Laughable. Why would I fly on an airline that makes those types of changes on a whim?

I will never travel with your airlines after the traumatic episode I faced in Orlando ever again . This was my first time flying to go and see my grandma pass away. I had no issues coming from knoxville to Orlando but the trip back was enough to make it to where I will never again fly frontier. When checking in at knoxville I was told my small purse and carryon was fine with no fee. On my way back the woman in Orlando wasnt going to let me board to return home without paying a baggage fee. I explained to her the woman told me it was fine as long as it fit under my seat, and they did. I talked to numerous people on my flight who had a purse and carry on and they were not charged anything. If you are going to have policies, set them in place for everyone and dont single out people. She told me to either find the 45 dollars or throw away luggage so my purse would fit in my carryon. It was so embarrassing sitting with my luggage out ready to be thrown in the trash. I guess my main issues are the fact that I was the only one this woman singled out and having the option to throw away the new maternity clothes my family just purchased for me. I wouldnt wish the feeling I had on my worst enemy..if you have a policy it should be followed for everyone and not just one person on the flight.

No refund only a credit which I have no use for!!! It is also not transferable!!! Not happy and will not recommend them to anyone!!
