Appointment was scheduled for a quote on flooring and base boards at 1300 no one called or came by the house. I called around 1530 and was told someone did come to my house. No one came by nor was I contacted. The person answering the business the phone is unprofessional

This is a company I will definitely deal with again. They did a fantastic job and a big shout out to the technicians that did the install. The old vinyl baseboard was just ugly and was peeling from the wall.

C&V did a great job with our two hotel elevators. We wanted to replace the tile, which cracks easily and creates headaches. They recommended alternate material for our needs, provided us with samples, and were fast with a quote on the product and install. Installation was quick and easy, and the cleaned up when they were finished. We will definitely call them again for further flooring needs.

C & V Flooring is wonderful! I called a number of places to get quotes for replacing all the carpet in our home. The quote the gave me was by far the best quote I had received AND it included the tear out and haul away of the old carpet. (Our previous home we did this ourselves to save money and it was a nightmare. I was really relieved that this wasnt something I would have to pay for.) We didnt have a large window from when we were closing on the house to when we were moving in, but C & V worked with us and made it happen. The install was quick and efficient. The installers did not have a vacuum with them that day, but promised to return. It wouldnt have mattered too much to me if they didnt come back because I could have done it myself. However, they returned as promised and cleaned everything up. They were very professional. We had the carpet installed about four months ago (Im sorry it took me so long to post this) but we absolutely love the carpet. I am so grateful for the time they took to work with us, providing me detailed quotes for several different carpet selections and padding until I found the one I wanted. They are awesome.As a side note, I compared the actual square footage calculations C & V provided against some of the other companies. The other companies had calculated WAY over and I would have been stuck paying for that. As it was, C & V did a perfect job. We ended up with a couple of scrap pieces, but nothing in excess. Thank you!

C&V exceeded my expectations when I phoned them looking for a company to replace the carpet in the house in preparation for going on the market. I am not local, so I depended on C&V to recommend a carpet selection that would meet the realtors need for a neutral realtor beige. C&V team measured the house the next day, then suggested a nice speckled carpet that the realtor liked. The installation was done in 1 day, as promised, and the pricing was good as well. Debbie made it easy to do business with C&V, so I am nominating her for sales rep of the month!

I work for a small apartment community (Uptown Park Apartments) and we use C&V for all of our carpeting needs. We have used them for at least the 11 years that I have been here and they have never gone wrong. Even when I drop the ball and they have to rush to get a carpet replaced to cover me they do it, and they do it with a smile. You cant go wrong with C&V: local, honest, and all around great work.

I call C&V Flooring last year for a quote (installation of hard wood floor). During the installation we had problems with the material, they help us all the way to solve the problem with Pergo. Since then they have done 5 jobs in my house. The staff is very knowable, they are always on time and the best part is that the job is done right.

We had a limited time frame to replace carpeting in our pre-school and they were fast, efficient and tidy in completing the job! We will certainly call on them to complete future projects for our program.

C&V quoted just what I needed to get two rooms ready for the house sale. There install crew was quick and efficient. The price compared favorably to Lowes.

C & V has been a very customer oriented supplier and we always consider them for our flooring needs.

We hired C&V Flooring to install a wood floor for us. They left half-way through the job, saying they had to order a new piece and would be back the next week. Six weeks later, after not hearing a word from them, they sent us a bill for significantly more than the amount they quoted us. We had to hire somebody else to finish the job they abandoned, and we are stuck with the sub-standard piece (in plain view on the step down into our living room) that they were supposed to replace but never did. I would **never** hire them again and will warn everybody out there to never hire them either.
