Brought my brand new Porsche in a few months ago to have the windows tinted and paint protection film applied to the entire front. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They were able to inspect the vehicle and make great recommendations on the type of tint and the placement of the paint protection film. They conducted a follow up inspection a week after the installation to ensure everything was perfect and met my expectations. I would highly recommend them for all your tint and paint protection needs, we have a few other vehicles that we will be bringing them for tint.

My very particular son in law has used T&T Factory in the past, has been very pleased with their work, and recently recommended them to me. She was my first contact with this company and responded to my email quickly and answered my questions. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I had as greeted by her when I entered the office with a friendly good morning. After verifying my information she introduced me to meet the technician and we went out to look at my car and went over what was going to be installed. My car was ready when they said it would be and when I looked at my car I was impressed! I could barely see the seams. Delivered on time. Work on with minimal bubbles which should disappear in the next 48 hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Only negative is that they don’t have a shuttle due to Covid and that added 20 bucks to my experience.Chalk that up to the wacky times were living in. I would recommend this company. I use them 10 years ago and they’re still excellent.

This new car is the fourth vehicle I’ve had tinted. I used 3M for all of them. Regardless of what any sales agent tells you otherwise, 3M is the best. Surprisingly, you won’t save much going with a comparable quality film. That’s why I chose 3M.This business is tops in the Albuquerque area because it’s the only authorized 3M dealer here, and it pays special attention to its customers. The film comes with a lifetime guarantee, and so does the installation service. The company called me a couple of days before my appointment to remind me of the appointment. So, a retail business acting like a professional office? You just can’t get better than that!

Every staff member was friendly from the moment I walked in. Had tint and trim install 3M security films on our home windows. The whole team was very professional, prompt, and highly respectful of our home. Had a miscommunication on the film for one of the windows (our fault, not theirs) and they were understanding and worked with us to replace it at the cost of the labor. That was 2 years ago, and the windows still look great. Highly recommend the team at tint and trim factory.

This is the 4th vehicle I’ve done tinted windows with Tint and Trim Factory and they are awesome! They did my Yukon Denali today and it turned out perfect. Two windows on a previous vehicle had several imperfections that didn’t come out. Tint and Trim apologized and retinted those windows to perfection at no additional cost. I had T&TF put a clear bra -- 3M paint protection film -- on my recently purchased 6-year-old Porsche 911 with a near perfect paint job and they did a superb job. They even had me drop by for a free follow-up inspection a month later.Not cheap, you understand, so caveat emptor, but the executed the task to perfection.At TT&F, you WILL get what you pay for. Whats not to love about that!

Had the 3M Scotchgard Pro Series Paint Protection Film put on my F 150 front end, great product, it looks great and it as as if its barely there. The staff all were professional and answered all my questions and concerns quickly and honestly, with what can the film be applied to and what they recommend not to mask off with the film. I have and will continue to recommend Tint and Trim Factory. Just had my windows done with 3M Crystalline Series tint, been one day I can easily feel the difference, much cooler in the interior of my truck. Strongly recommend Crystalline window film.

I got my q60 done today. Wow an amazing job! I had a few stickers on my rear window and I had forgot to tell them about it. They took off the stickers without ripping them and put them back in after they did the tint! I was amazed! Great quality and excellent job!

How many pimples can you handle??Got a 3M Crystalline 40 tint. It was a decent job except for a small gap in the film of the back window. During pickup, Tint & Trim gives you some after care instructions with Shawns email should any problems occur. I reached out by email and included a picture of the gap in the film. After 2 weeks without a response, Ive finally accepted that the product that I received is final. Sure its one pimple on an otherwise beautiful face, but when you know its there, sometimes its the only thing you see.edit **Update 8/3/18**After some communication miscues Shawn and I were able to arrange a fix for the film. He was able to pick up and drop off my car at my work place. Thanks for the fix. Perhaps having another installer inspect each job completion will avoid future issues.

Customer service was great! The tint job is impeccable (Ive used them before and had great results, so no surprise). I would recommend these guys over anyone in town. Plus theyre the only ones using 3M, which is the best out there.

I have had a 3M wrap done here and tinting. Both were exceptional done. Professional scheduling and service. The crystalline tint is worth it. It really works to bring the internal temp of your car down. They worked with me for custom 3M pieces I wanted other than the standard hood pieces.

I brought my brand new 2014 Mazda 3 to get a tint at this shop about three months ago. The Tint & Trim factory did a fantastic job. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the quote the provided me with was very reasonable. I had Tint & Trim Factory install 3M tint film on my new car and they did a fantastic job. The customer service and quality of work was great. I thought I had an issue and sent an email to them and promptly recieved a call from James, the General Manager. It turned out to be a misunderstanding that was completely my fault but he still went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would use them again and recommend them for any tint work.

Overall great place to go.. been going here 4-5 years now with that many cars. Usually good customer service with the exception of one installer on my most recent visit (trying to charge me extra to redo a windshield strip because “it was redone” due to their fault and lack of communication not doing the right thing in the first place not because of me. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this. They’re usually very helpful! Tint is always great and clear bra is good (expected a little better with the cutouts) circles definitely aren’t machine cut, they look like my kids cut them. But what can you do.. Prices aren’t the best in town but quality is. Haven’t found anyone else I trust with my higher end cars (Audi & Bmw’s)

T&T tinted both my (new) 2004 Honda Accord and (used) 2004 Mini Cooper. The rear window on my 2004 Honda Accord started bubbling in May 2013. T&T honored their lifetime warranty (keep your paperwork) and replaced the rear window tint at no cost to me. The 2004 Mini Cooper still looks sharp five years later. Taking my 2013 Honda Accord in two weeks (soonest they could schedule me!), but getting 10% repeat customer discount on best tint in ABQ.

I didnt receive the customer service that other reviewers received. I took my new car to get ceramic tint. When it came time to pickup my car, I wasnt asked to check anything out. They just handed me the keys and said bye. $500 spent and no customer service.Edit: $430 spent.

Dealt with them before and they are the best! I had a 2008 Cobalt in the past and it was tinted perfect. Yesterday I had my 2011 Camaro tinted and I am a completely satisfied customer. Thanks once again.-Tony

The worst experience ever - will never have them touch another vehicle of mine - their clear bra shows up terrible in the sun - stretch marks galore - amateur installation - thinner than original bra on vehicle - adhesive residue everywhere - had it removed and they damaged paint - refused to let them touch my vehicle after that.They cant explain their excuse of having to stretch vinyl that should lay on easy if generated by the properly cut template.In fact all I got was excuses from a 3rd party. They were subcontracted by Crown Coach works - did not even get a direct apology. I still have a piece of the bra they installed on the fender. They charged me $60 for it and it is hideous. Crown wanted to take it back for them to remove it - I said no - they will get plenty of advertising with it.I dont have a problem with allowing a company correct a problem with their work - however when they cant guarantee it to be better than what they took off whats the point.EXCUSES EXCUSESAVOID AT ALL COSTS -

Overall Im statified with the 3M tint in my opinion its the best on the market however, I am extreamly disappointed with the installation. I took a clean car to them and received the vehicle covered in finger print smudges, and water spots. When I brought it to their attention I was told sorry, were busy with no attempt to make the situation right. I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone else!
