WE ARE A SMALL STORE AND WE WERE TOLD OUR BUSINESS WASNT ENOUGH SO THEY DROPPED US, EVEN THOUGH THEIR TRUCKS DRIVE BY OUR STORE AND THEY DELIVER TO OTHER STORES IN TOWN. WHEN WE WERE ASKED WHY WE HAD NOT ORDERED IN A WHILE, WE LET SOMEONE IN ALBUQUERQUE KNOW THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD US OUR BUSINESS WASNT ENOUGH SO HE WAS TERMINATING OUR ACCOUNT. THEY SENT DOWN THE SAME REPRESENTATIVE WHO WAS ANNOYED TO BE HERE. HE IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST SALES REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. WE DID NOT ASK TO SEE HIM. SINCE THEN WE HAVE FOUND A COMPANY THAT IS MORE THAN HAPPY TO SUPPLY OUR STORE.

Nice people,They will let you wait onsite if you arrive too early from your delivery appointment but they will not take you more than 30 early from your scheduled delivery appointment time.

Got unloaded fast at 1st stop and Core Mark was the 2nd stop. 8am appointment arrived at 6.20am.Checked in at door 4 and was asked to come back in 1 hour. They came to me about 7.10am and 4 pallets off and paperwork brought to me by 7.40am.Very friendly and great service, Thank you !

They dont take care of their employees like they use to. They are getting more business during this pandemic and dont reward the employees that are out there putting themselves at risk. Sad to see this big of a company treat loyal employees like this.

They open 5-12, by appointment only, not any time sooner, the gey at receiving office its really rude, careless and wont even talk or say anything. Just lost one day delivering here, Ill never come back

Bring in water and apex logistics told me I had a appointment set of Tuesday at 8 am core mark said it was for Thursday at 0930 no one would sit on a 447 mile run they charged us 700 dollars to unload load early wont come back here

Not at all impressed by the sales teams failure to follow through or communicate clearly with prospective new clients.

Working for Core-mark has changed my life dramatically.. They take care of there employees like Ive never seen or experienced before. Safety orientated, full top of the line benefits great pay and always there if you have a problem. My wife and I both work for them and just have no complaints.

They are quick on getting you on and out. 1st time there and it seemed like the people were friendly. At least the ones I dealt with. Will see on the next visit. Merry Christmas you all (12/20/17)

The receiver are super rude man. But women was nice. Pray for the god until the unload you. Dont bring load for this company. . I will never bring load again for this company. 7 hours for unload sometime the gonna say come tomorrow.

Used to have professional drivers, seems like they only have rookies these days. As far as the drivers that run by Grants NM are concerned anyway. Driving slow then speeding up when another truck attempts to pass and flipping off other drivers for no reason.

They are pretty good in their appointments time but if docks are empty. I dont see why they make you wait instead of unloading you and get ahead of work. Theyre playing with our time and money.

Horrible service, no phone number for shipping/receiving. Only communication they is is email which they dont reply to. I honestly dont see how this place functions with practices like this. And Shawn Tenorio with the one positive review- youre not fooling anyone you obviously work there and your review a busy company means good business... drivers deal with it is absolutely absurd, you wouldnt have a business without these drivers ya dummy.

Worst customer service in the industry. Terrible shipping accuracy. High turnover in fleet drivers because the warehouse is so inaccurate that the divers are bogged down on their routes dealing with the inaccuracies.

If their service is anything like their driving, then I wouldnt use them. They ran a red light eastbound Montaño at 8am during high traffic. I guess theyre late for another appointment. And their receptionist never answered when calling them. What kinda of business is this. Sounds like a sketchy shady business practices.

The lumper fees here are pricey but to save money if you have a light load and its straight pull only use the pallet jack they have.

Got a door right away and an hour to unload and get paperwork back.

So far over 4hrs to unload half a truck. Im the only truck here. Employees take tons of smoke brakes and management doesnt care about running a efficient warehouse. Was told they are short handed, but yet they have a employee driving a floor cleaner.

Super good. I had my appointment at 9:00 and I was late. I arrived at 11:00 and thank God it was fast that they unloaded me. At 12:30 pm they handed me the papers. 👌👍👊

First of all you supposedly have an appointment which they dont care to acknowledge. You cant check in earlier then your appointment time. They ask for you to go back at a certain time so they could assign a dock and once you go back they get upset and say theyll come get you. They say they are busy and have no docks available but I see 5 empty docks. Another thing is the lumper fee $ 150. Weve been waiting for 2 hours so far plus we got here way before our appointment time.First of all they give you an appointment that they dont respect. Several doors are available and they cannot receive us because they are full so we have to wait. They tell you to come back at this time to give it a door and when they go they get upset and say that they come to talk when they are ready to receive us. We have 2 hours waiting, I just hope they are no more. Another thing is the charge to lower the merchandise $ 150.

Lousy place, 3 hours waiting and only brought 2 pallets for them and the other doors were empty people very bad bad
