Cleanliness was fine. Picking vehicle was fine except for the customer service as far as making sure customers fully understand how to return a vehicle. I was way over charged and the General manager had a horrible attitude!! Customer service I rate a ZERO!!

Very clean and spacious corridors. Lots of useful trollies for loading your belongings onto to move back and forth. Decent bathrooms in each building. Only issues were that we had to wait a Very long time to get an employee to help us at the desk, and when we did, he wasnt all that helpful. Nice enough. But didnt have answers or seem to be able to get them. Made a long road trip move all that much longer and more exhausting trying to figure out which unit was ours and if we could drop our truck off there or not.

Johnathan provided excellent customer service in putting on a trailer lock and checking our tire pressure on the uhaul trailer. Service was quicker than 2 flicks of a lambs tail. We love Johnathan!! We will stop and visit if coming through Albuquerque again.

Really well maintained & spacious! 🤠👌Customer parking is not plentiful, but probably suitable for their customer load.Ive purchased packing merchandise there and rented U-Haul vehicles, too! Each transaction went smoothly.During my MOST recent visit(s) there (Thurs. 5/20/21), Staff members were NOT wearing protective masks, so most likely the county & state mandates for Covid-19 protective masks have been lifted.This is my (local) go to U-Haul store!Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Relatively new storage facility. It appears to be clean and very secure. Large elevator and courtesy carts helped out a great deal.

I went in to rent a storage unit after calling and confirming availability. Upon arrival I was greeted by a extremely rude service person which I overlooked. I then asked politely to view the one available because I was told I was going to have to use an elevator. He immediately told me NO I couldn’t view it.I asked why? He just growled NO! I cannot believe they hire rude personnel and I certainly cannot believe I couldn’t view it. Why is that?? Perhaps. is it full of rats or missing a door? Or perhaps the rude guy resides in it. I know U-haul is a large corporation but with these negative hiring practices and not being able to view it before purchasing, I sincerely hope they have to file for bankruptcy soon. I looked for a Better business sign but guess what they don’t have one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Erik the general manager at this Uhaul storage is absolutely the worst. He is extremely rude, immature, and just awful overall. Customer service is non existent to him and he just does not know what he is doing. I have no idea what Uhual was thinking giving him this position but since day 1 I have had nothing but problems with him. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Terrible terrible awful customer service. General manager Erik was so to AWFULLY rude.. argumentive couldnt answer simple questions and was on a high horse saying hes the owner of the UHUAL. Have NEVER had such a problem until I came to this location. Would 10/10 recommend renting somewhere else!!!

My package came in earlier than expected, but I couldn’t pick it up because the manager didn’t want to work until the expected delivery date. What a customer service.

Absolute worst experience and customer service ever. Do not attempt to do business with this place especially a customer service representative by the name of Eric. Not only did he give my truck away but he said he called my phone twice and when he called my phone again in front of me it went through. I asked him if he dialed the right number to which he shrugged his shoulders. I asked him if there was anything else that could be done and any other way that they could help and rectify the situation and he said he could basically do nothing for me until the evening if that, quite frankly he was very rude & obviously incompetent. Bad look.Update: After speaking with a customer service representative via phone, she was able to do a full search to help me find a truck. After going back to this location to pick up the truck, my encounter was with Jonathan Sedillo whom I believe is the owner. Not only was he polite but he was thorough. I move this experience from one to four due to the other two making up for the first guy.

Worst service ever, I selected online pickup from 5 am, yet I arrived to see no instructions to pickup the truck, they changed my pickup time and hours without even telling me. I hate dealing with those people. Also, customer service is the worst nobody will answer you, they will keep you waiting for over 30 min or more

The reason I disliked it was because I ordered the product online. When I went in to the store they said they had no record of the transaction and the product I needed was unavailable. The web store showed something different when I ordered it.

I am writing this commendation to acknowledge the excellent work provided by one of your employees, Linay, who brought my U-Haul Box all the way to Las Vegas, New Mexico this past February 2021. She was kind, courteous, efficient and most of all demonstarted her skills managing the large flat-bed truck and the fork-lift equipment with safety and precision. She is definitely a great credit to you and the U-haul company and is an inspiration to many young women who want and can manage large equipment. I hope she gets a bonus or some kind of compensation. This type of employee should not be overlooked. Thanks.

Among the many uHaul locations Ive used over the years, this one was solid. Store was clean and well maintained. The covid safe stuff they had established was well thought out and the truck I rented was clean. My only two cents for room for improvement was the guys working the counter. Granted they had been doing that work for awhile and were very knowledgeable, you could tell they were used to unpleasant customers and had let their interactions with everyone broadcast that typical expectation from folks, but they were great otherwise! Id come back again for sure.

Today my friends and I rented a u haul truck for the first time at this location .The person who helped us out was kind and very helpful .When we returned the truck back my friend had left his keys there by accident and the employee who found them and called us to let us that they were left there by accident and we returned back to the store . The complete lack of customer service and follow up is astonishing. I work with moving companies regularly, and this experience ranks right up there with worst of them.

The service was the best! I needed a hitch kit so I can tow a cargo trailer. At first they were hesitent on the wiring because I have a Volkswagen Atlas, but Tanner was the best he figured it out and got the hitch installed. Im extremely satisfied with the service I got and would highly recommend this place for hitch installations.

Staff is very friendly. The guy was a little pushy when it came to buying their insurance. He made it sound like the storage areas are commonly broken into. I think they wouldnt have as many 5 star reviews if this was true. I do not need it bc my home owners insurance will cover if anything should happen.

Maybe dont start calling the customer the hour before the truck is due, and seven times after that. When people are moving, sometimes unexpected things happen that take longer than the expected time frame.. Calling the customer repeatedly is annoying and stressful. I received seven calls from 1pm to 4pm from Erik, asking where the Uhaul was.And I told him several times that something came up that took longer.I got charged for another day, despite dropping it at another Uhaul location, which is apparently not allowed.. Even though the Uhaul I rented, had an Arizona license plate.When I said I didnt get a contract, he told me that all contracts are done via email now GUYS.. Excuse me, I didnt receive an EMAILED contract either, Erik.I dont know what Erik the other reviews are talking about.. But the one I met was rude and condescending from the jump.

Bedbugs!!!Rented a truck to move new couch and bed.. used Uhauls furniture pads. My kid woke up with mosquito like bites all over their torso, except they grew in size to the size of golf balls. Apparently, they are bedbug bites, and my kid is allergic. So now I have to fumigate a brand new couch and bed because I decided to use Uhaul to move the items. Totally worth the $120 bucks.

I had a hitch and wiring installed on my truck. Good hitch, decent price, job was done in about 2 hours. Of course they have all moving needs. Would recommend.

As I drive away from the uhaul here with a tire too dangerous to drive on per the uhaul employee I cant understand how some people are allowed to deal with the public. I asked help because I needed to change a tire. The second one that day. My son left the jack on the side of the road the first flat. Eric the GM thought it better to send me back on the road instead of loaning me a jack in his parking lot for 5 min. Thanx Eric. You cost uhaul a whole familys worth of business. And put people at risk.

Hello People, I logged on here to leave an awesome review because today the uhual team at coors and I 40 went above and beyond for me today on my move. I needed to move a queen sized bed to a new my new condo, just needed something quick. Seriously so easy. Moved and brought the van back in 30 40 mins. Made life so easy. Thanks to the clerk and manger for helping me. I think there names were Lorenzo and Erin.... or Lawrence and Eric... sorry I forgot your names but thanks for the help. It’s so weird because I seen a review written the same time as I logged in saying how terrible it is here. I must disagree these folks were super nice and helpful. Thanks for the help.

BUYER BEWARE!! This place is down right TERRIBLE! Respect and Customer service is no where to be found. I reserved a truck over the phone, arrived 30 mins later, and not only did they give away the last truck when he confirmed that there were 3 available at the time, they disregarded my reservation completely. My entire order was in their computer, but once I arrived, Erik tried to act like the reservation wasnt actually confirmed, then tried to blame it on someone else, when HE was the one that I talked to on the phone. Instead of upgrading me to a bigger truck for the same price, he DOWNsized me then guaranteed my stuff would fit no problem. All because he wanted to save $10?! Even after I told him it didnt look right, he insisted. And he was wrong...by a long shot. These guys have no clue about their own product and no care for your project. Even when I returned the truck, he smiled and asked how was it? KNOWING that he inconvenienced me on purpose. Even better, I was charged full price with a smirk. Now, I dont like to blatantly call people racist since you were not there to witness and I cant prove it, so lets just say he treats EVERYONE like a paycheck and you can take the risk if you want to. Or do yourself a favor, and take your hard earned money to a place that has great Google reviews. From my past experience, theres another Uhaul just a couple exits up on 6th and i-40. Ive used them several times and they are the BEST! & If you need storage, theres a RightSpace Storage across the street that is much cheaper and has gated security. Erik and Uhaul treat people like this because they think that they can get away with it without any consequence. But now, mistreated customers have a voice. This was supposed to be a simple 30 minute move, and they have disrespected to the point that Im leaving my very 1st Google review. NO ONE should be treated like their hard earned money means nothing to a Fortune 500 company. I hope this review saves you the time, money and frustration that I had to endure. Good Luck!
