Worst service a funeral home could ever ask for! And we are not even a client!!

I’ve called and left messages twice so I can obtain services.Nobody returned my calls.

This company is one of the most professional companies when it comes to Virtual Receptionist Service companies. We decided to go local with our service after calling bigger companies who seemed less organized. AVR has answered the phone politely and professionally each time even when I called acting confused they were super helpful. I appreciate smaller businesses and AVR showed they are able to fulfill the services we need and I really appreciate that.

I had the exact same experience more than 10 years ago when I was forced to quit due to my health. Took me well over a month to get my check and when I did it was a joke. The owner is by far the rudest person Ive ever had the displeasure to work for. Ive never written a bad review ever but this place was absolute trash and I would never and have never recommended this workplace to anyone im actually surprised shes still in business but not surprised her abominable behaviour hasnt changed. Do Not work here

If I could give this company zero Stars I would! They are so unprofessional and will keep your check if you upset them and give it to you on their terms. I didnt get my check for almost a month they hadnt sent it and told me they would and then when she finally did send it she sent it through an email and it made it very difficult to get my money when I had told the owner about it the owner was very rude and caught an attitude The owner is does not care about you. They will play mind games with you and say that they can help you but in the end will get upset if you ask. If you know whats good for you do not apply with this company. You will regret it soon. They only take care of their family that works there and do not care about anybody else. Oh and by the way the reason why they have four stars is because they had their employees go on and rate for them

Talk about a run around process. These guys will just promise what they can do over the phone. However, when you call back or send a email a second or third time, for a follow up conversation to get a campaign started, they simply will not answer.I would respect the sales department a lot more if they would just explain, that my industry is not one of their specialties.You would have better results if you simply do a google search for affordable american telemarketing services.
