I have been going here for a very short time and was referred to this place by a family member. I was informed by the State of NM Tax & Revenue Dept I had overpaid taxes for the year 2019 due to a previous erroneous filing and was instructed to file an amendment. I paid Erica Love-Major with Tax Busters on Menual NE over $300.00 in 2020 to file an amendment which resulted in a notice by Tax & Revenue informing me that I owed them the amount of taxes I overpaid them! The 2nd notice from Tax & Revenue said I didn’t owe them any taxes but no word regarding the money I had overpaid them. I was ripped off by Erica who filed an incorrect amendment document.

The guy there was really nice, had my taxes done within 30 mins explained everything to us , I will keep going back , thank you tax busters

Use to be a 5 star! Been going here for over 12 years and now the Republic Bank is giving yall a bad name!Due to the stimulus payment, they updated my address after sending it to a wrong one. I got a msg onMay 13, 2020 saying it be here in 7 business days still today I have not received ANYTHING! Till junethen today 1/15/21 I get treated poorly by the main person! Very unprofessional. I would not come here! Instead of making things better and to make me feel comfortable with my questions. They want to argue with me and hurt my feelings! With what was said to me!

This place was FANTASTIC! I’m new to the state and this was my first time filing in NM, my return was very complicated and was not resolved by the first tax prep office that I went to.I was seen by Erika, who was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and resolved all my tax issues!Thank you so much Erika and Tax Busters for giving peace of mind!

We left our taxes and have been calling all week to get them back. No one has returned call. I think that out of courtsy as family owned business and us being new here we should know were are taxes are but know one answers phone.
