Great experience. Went first thing in the morning and got right in. Painless. Physically and mentally.

I went in to get my blood drawn. Hours were Mon-Fri 7:30-12:00 then they close for an hour and are open from 1:00-4:00. The lady at the desk was very nice and the one who took my blood was incredibly comforting. I dont like needles and was very nervous, and she made it much easier on me with trying to make conversation while it happened. Her name was Carla. 100% the easiest and quickest time Ive had my blood drawn. I was very thankful she was so nice and good at her job.

Would give a 0 but not possible this place is horrible and has no care for clients

Rude older lady in the front. Very dismissive. I was not helped at all. Asked a question and rudely told to take a seat. They need more workers. I was there before half the lobby and was called last. I’m not impressed with the level of service at LabCorps.

I was pleased with this location, saw many bad reviews but it was fairly great to me. Walked in no appointment, nice ladies inside. Signed in at kiosk and was called within a few minutes. I wasnt ready so they patiently waited for me to drink more water, called me again and I was done and out in no time.

I dont understand the bad reviews. The staff was neither rude nor slow. Two pleasant ladies did all of the check ins and draws, etc. It was busy but I didnt think it took that long at all. Would recommend.

They were right on time for my appointment and Shelly took my blood samples the most painlessly of any I’ve ever had in my life. This is the second time I have had a wonderful experience at this location of LabCorp.

Went for an employment drug screening and arrived at 3:45pm, open hours go to 4:30pm. The shrew of a woman at the front desk was extremely rude and informed me they do not perform drug screenings after 3:30pm. I asked how I was supposed to know that as it was not listed on my paperwork or on their web site that I saw. She responded with I dont know in a condescending tone.The people that work there are miserable human beings that prefer to inconvenience their customers because their time is worth nothing. Often you can ask a new company to choose a different vendor for employment drug screenings, I recommend you do that rather than go here and be treated like garbage.

The door was locked until 1:25 forming a line of people outside in the hot weather. When we finally knocked on the back door, the lady answered very rudely. Definitely didnt appreciate the rudness or waiting so long outside.

Terrible attitude and customer service. Did everything to not be helpful in anyway.

My experience was good, I got there at 2pm, they did my drug test a 2:06pm. They were friendly at the desk at when they collected the specimen. I was worried after reading all the negative reviews but there were no issues for me.

Stay away from this location the lady at the front desk is Very Very rude Unprofessional no respect to the client bad temper. I went 10 minutes earlier for my appointment and she ignoring me over an hour. I never go back to this place again.

No problems here, hardly felt a thing , workers were pleasant.

I made an appointment for 12 noon days before I arrived but it was more than an hour before they got to me. It was as if they started researching my labs the moment I walked in the door.

I came in on a Friday morning for a pre employment drug screening and didnt wait more than 5 minutes. Be warned though that drug screen hours are not the same as their business hours. Drug screening is only done 7:30-11am and 1-3:30pm.

Rediculous I have an 11 45 biometric screening appointment. Nobody at the desk lobby is full of people and a sign saying take a seat. Whats up with that?

This company is so money hungry they will accept an order for bloodwork even if the NP is not appropriately certified in the state. As you can imagine, this causes massive red tape with the insurance companies. Even though I have kept them in the loop every step of the way as my insurance company proceeds with payment, they still saw fit to send my account to collections. Stay away from this group if at all possible.

Ive had to use this lab (and others) multiple different times for pre employment drug screening and this is the slowest lab and crew of all my experience.

Horrible phone menu they stop testing from 11:00am to 1:00pm, the message does not say that I wasted an hour over this nonsence.

Oh my god. Took them weeks to process my test results. Each time I called to get the results, they told me that I’d never been there. Then about 3 months later, right out of the blue, they sent my ‘nonexistent’ results to my PCP.

Too slow. I came in at 8am, waited more than an hour.
