This place is horrible don’t bother. I got acrylic nails and literally the next day they started breaking off. I have never had that happen. The lady that did my nails glued her finger to mine twice it was just the worst experience ever!!!

Customer service is very understanding and not complicated. For instance, when a problem seems to arise. Thank you!. Also does a good job. Also a very clean nail salon. Keep up the good customer service!

Great place!

This store is one of the few open on Sundays which i very much appreciate. However today i walked in 20 minutes before closing for a simple repair on one finger. The staff was rude, and unaccommodating as they told me they already closed the register and could not serve me. Ive had a repair done before in less than 5 minutes. This was just a shock to me to be treated this way. This business should be grateful for any clients that walk in amidst this pandemic where so few people are going out anymore.

I went and got a pedicure today from Kevin. He didn’t disinfect or clean anything and when he was about to file and buff my nails, he looked around to see if anyone was watching and quickly pulled an old file and buffer out of the trash can. He then continued to use it on me. There are so many infections you can get with that.

These people are the best for pedicures. They will not quail at a little nail fungus (most will) and are as good as a podiatrist. I have been going there for nine years and I would never go anywhere else.

I had perfect, pretty little feet with nice and perfectly healthy nails, the owner did my feet but didnt touch my hands. As I was walking out of her DIRTY salon, every toenail was stinging, I looked at my feet, and I thought, She gave me nail fungus. Sure enough, I was right, because I could feel it. Dont ever go to that salon if you want to keep your nails nice from topical fungus spores. My hand nails are perfectly healthy! That also proves it comes from her shop. Go to the nail-shop on ZUNI by FALLA s in the strip mall just east of them. You wont receive fungus from them. I went to their salon for several years before my ex-spouse told me to try that DIRTY salon while he got his haircut at Great Clips next door. Nail Spa is the most disgusting nail salon I have ever been to on all my life, from Denver to Atlanta, to Albuquerque, and I have never had this happen to my nails ever before.

I like this place alot. Its very clean and the staff is a very nice group of people. Ive been going here for a couple of years now and have developed a good relationship with one of the staff in particular. Ive been to several other similar businesses around Albuquerque and even though its a 30 minute drive from my house, I only go to Nail Spa. If you want fancy, go somewhere else. If you want good people in a clean environment, go to Nail Spa.

I went in for a simple French tip pedicure and I’m pretty easy to please. The French tips were hideous. My toes looked like my 5 year old sister did them. They weren’t straight and the man seemed like he was in a rush for no reason. There were 2 other people being worked on at the time and no people after me.

Never going back to nail spa again because the service was very bad they have a man working thereI think that he is the owner of the place. He didn’t do a good job with my nails, he didn’t extend the nail to the cuticle of my natural nails. I can’t even remove the nails because now my natural nail is bleeding.I even used 100% acetone nail polish remover and for some stupid reason he put my nails in a gel nail dryer I didn’t say anything because I thought he knew what he was doing

They did exactly what I asked them to do. I had on solar nails and I hate ripping them off because I have very thin nails, so they soaked them for me and were extremely gentle. They had the Shellac Nail polish I wanted to try and did an excellent job with my manicure. The place was very clean and they were friendly. I would recommend.

Do not I repeat do not go to the salon! Terrible terrible service. My friends and I went there and we were in the shop two and a half hours and we both left very unhappy. I felt embarrassed because I was the one that suggested the shop. I had one once before for a pedicure and they did a good job. Today it was totally opposite. My nails were completely crooked when I ask them to fix them they acted like they couldnt understand me. Then the nail polish bubbled up I asked them to fix it and her solution was to put glitter on top so now I have nails like a 12 year old. I would have told her to fix them but I was simply tired of being there. Not to mention how completely rude they are to their customers not only me that but other people that were coming in the shop. The lady next to me where is getting her hands and feet the lady asked her what color for her hands and she was telling her what color she wanted for her feet. The lady said oh Im not talking about your hands Im talking about your feet all rude.

Every time i visited was good ,but yesterday was not a good service day ,í felt bad to bought a gift certificate on christmas for some body í love and can not do anything about it.... I will not come back to this place...😢

I love this place. I drive sixty miles just to go to Nailspa. Their nails never lift,seriously, I happen to like the staff they are sweet and have a great sense of humor.

I’m never really picky, but when it comes to my feet I am. I went in to get my pedi there due to a recommendation from a friend. I walked in and the place didn’t really look clean. Some girl using her phone started the water for me than disappeared for about 20 minutes. A lady who was working on someone else later came to get started. She kept burping on my toes. I understand if you have to stop and then burp to the side but she wouldn’t. Disgusting. Later they were gossiping that the lady doing my nails would stop or do my toes without looking at her work to Gossip to the girl who was on the phone earlier. She was using materials that had been used on other guests like the purple rock to scrub the feet. A nail file and she didn’t even clean the bowl she just rinsed it after me. She has this little can next to the chair which has her materials I guess, it looked like a trash can. She got out the things to separate my toes so she Uses that on every costumer. Never going back. This place needed to be more sanitary!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I got some solar nails done there on Thursday (its now Monday) for my wedding. It took them over an hour and a half. It was by FAR the worst nail experience of my life. The lady who did them put them on unevenly, there were bubbles, all of them were jagged, one was so sharp, it put a hole in my shirt after I left, and several of my fingers were BURNING. Im not typically a picky person, so the fact that I even got frustrated says a LOT. I went back and asked for it to be fixed. The lady SMACKED my hand and said she worked real hard. I showed them to her and she couldnt see the problem. I showed her boss, who said they were awful.The lady then tried to fix them, but only sanded them down and refilled them. While I was waiting for them to dry again, another girl was in there and wanted to wash her hands because several of her finger were bleeding but got YELLED at and had rubbing alcohol held on her nails. My nails still had bubbles and I couldnt stay any longer, Id already spent almost 2 hours getting horrible nails.I demanded my money back and the only way theyd give it was to cut them all off, which was understandable - until they cut them so short and jagged that most of my fingers bled and all my fingers hurt. While he chopped them off, the gentleman assigned to the task said each nail was worse than the last and even apologized. But the boss threw the pen on the table for me to sign the refund receipt.I still dont have my refund, but have gorgeous nails thanks to NV Nails on Montgomery and Wyoming.Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Nail Spa.

So upset!Staff was super nice and equipment was clean. When I went in I showed them what I wanted (a matte black stiletto nail with gold jewels on my jewelry fingers) and they said they could do it. One woman began applying my nails I wanted and once she began cutting the nails I realized she didnt know what she was doing. I asked her to do them the height which was exactly like my sisters and she said dont worry about the height another employee will fix it. She never compared the height of the nails so each height is different. An hour later the other employee arrived to finish the nails. She applied the rest of the nails and ignored my request to shorten them. I was Cleary upset! Once she finished shaping the nails another worker came and said oh and we dont have black so we cant do the design you wanted. Why tell me you can do it without checking if you can first? What nail salon has no black? They ended up doing them the complete opposite color and the nail color is uneven as well as the nail heights. The nail with jewels is hideous and they charge three dollars for every ten jewels they apply.The jewels they have are the size of salt specks! When I awoke the next day I realized the nails were smudged and there was bubbles in the nail polish and it was smudged. I was so upset I didnt even want to look anymore. I embarrassed by the nails! My sisters came out great but mine not so much never again will I go here. My total came out to $57 and I cant believe I paid I just wanted to go home.

The hot wax looked disgusting and I wonder when it was changed last? It didnt seem very sanitary. There was constant chattering amongst the staff and very little concern for customer service.

Staff is great they remembered my name very early on. Ive been going to nail spa for about 7-8 years wouldnt go anywhere else tiffany does a great job on my nails so much so that my nails on my hands grow at a healthy rate. Thanks to tiffany, lynn and the rest of the staff my toe nails have never looked better...

Got 2 toenail infections from getting a single pedicure here (how does that happen?!)The guy who did both my fingers and toes cut my big toenails and pulled out the ingrown nails too far so that they started bleeding. Both my big toenails got infected and it hurt to walk or wear closed toed shoes afterwards because of it. He also put the cut ingrown toenails on top of my foot while he was working. At one point he dropped the tool he was using on the floor and then picked it up and kept using it.I asked him to do my toenails a certain way and he did it wrong.He also didn’t give me shoes to walk over to the manicure desk, even though I asked for them.For the manicure, he didn’t shape my nails very well, and cut the cuticle on my index finger too short so that it started bleeding and was in a good deal of pain. Getting a mani-pedi should not be a painful experience at all, yet somehow both my fingers and toes ended up in pain!He shaped my cuticles on all my fingers even worse than he shaped all my nails.This was an overall extremely unpleasant experience and I will not be getting any pedicure for at least another 5 years, if ever again. This was not my first pedicure ever, but it may have very well been my last. Toenail infections are painful!Not to mention we had an appointment at 1, and they didn’t see us until 1:45.

Wanted to get a manicure and pedicure so i made an appointment told to come in 30min early got there was told the no one was told about about arriving early, whatever so I said Ill be back at my appointment time only to be told when I got back to wait for someone to show up and they will have to reschedule. This is a very horrible business practice to do to someone! Im so upset! I will never return to this business! and you should avoid a business that has this kind of customer service all cost!

Over charged for acrylic overlay. Nails left thick. Not happy and I will not go back.

Did and okay job on nails. Just felt very rushed.

I had to report them to the Board of Health. There was no Barbecide used on the nail clippers from one customer to another. The foot pads are just rinced off, when they are to be used only once by law. Their licenses were not displayed. Their customer service needs to be improved. I observed an older lady asking a question about a product, and as soon as she left a commentwas made by the manager/owner Tiffany and the laughter began. I had a friend go there and little did they know she spoke 5 different languages and besides the poor manicure she got from Lynn and Lynns pushyness, she understood the comments being made and never said a word. Very unprofessional especially for a manager. They also offer $5 off after a certain amount of purchases. I tried to explain to the manager that $5 is taken off the total not the tax. Tiffanys answer was we dont do the math like that. Isnt math the same everywhere. I also tried to tell the manager/owner that the customers, are not stupid when you stand over them making comments. Poor thing. Hopefully she will get her act together with the Board of Health and her customer service procedures.

Gel chrome mani didnt last more than 4 days. She put so many layers of polish to cover up mistakes and eventually the chrome shine was gone.
