I have been coming here for a very long time. Why? Because they are great! I get manicures, pedicures, and my brows done, and I am never disappointed. They are super clean. Every time I come in, they are cleaning. I have been to many places where they do what they think looks best. Not here, they always do what is asked, no matter what it is I am wanting. They are very professional, they take their time, and prices are very reasonable. Thank you ladies for always making me look and feel my best!

Went in as a new customer on April 7th for a pedicure and full set before our trip. At the time I thought the service was good until I noticed my heels had not had much treatment during the pedicure portion. 2 days later my new set had already started LIFTING!!! I’ve never had this happen before! Do NOT recommend this place!

I booked an appointment and then still had to wait an hour upon my arrival of my appointment time. They did not take the dead skin off of my heels. There is still cuticles that need removed around my fingernails. Every single line of my french tip is an inconsistent width and crooked. The nail table they used had shavings on the table from previous guest. When I asked them to remedy these things they said it would cost more. This was horrible customer service, and one of the worst salons I have been to in the 30 years that I have been getting my nails done. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Lexor Nails for over a year and they never disappoint. They have lots of color options and keep up with nail trends and everyone always complements on my nails as well!

I called this location last minute and got an appointment at 6pm on a Thursday. The girl setting the appointment was nice and just said to call back if my plans change. I arrive a few minutes early, they ask me to wash my hands before my service, something that hasn’t happened in the past. I sit in Lisa’s chair, at first I wasn’t sure due to the mixed reviews. Well I’ll tell you after going to Demi’s for 5 years I have found a new salon! This place is quite clean and not so busy with people crawling all over. I will be back and I have recommended several people that have liked my nails so far. Thanks again for taking care of my nails.

They were not real friendly but definitely professional. They got our pedicures done in a timely manner. However, my elderly mother had the skin taken off in several places on the bottom of her feet. Maybe they don’t deal with seniors a lot but their skin is a lot thinner. Bottom line is we won’t be going back to them.

I recently went for a simple manicure, no polish just to clean up my nails and it costed $20 to just cut my cuticles. I think the pricing was a little ridiculous. I got home and noticed that my cuticles were cut poorly and I could have done a better job myself. The place is run by very unprofessional individuals. I will not be returning.

Not my usual place, but since they were closed that weekday I came here. Bad idea. You can tell in the pictures how my nails looked, the nail tech got some of the glitter from one nail to another. I mentioned it at the end and she was very rude about it. Asking “where?!” When she saw it, she rudely asked “want me to fix it?!” No thank you.Will not be returning.

Had to have an appt., I dont see why, while I was there a couple of people just walked in and were taken right away. I waited 45 minutes after my appt to get my nails done. While doing them she nicked 2 of my cuticles with the motorized sander and never sad a word. The nails are put on real good, a month later they are still there.

Went for a simple gel manicure. Staff were very nice but this is by far the worst manicure ive ever had. This picture was after they fixed my nails. Initially i was told i was all done and when I looked at my nails they were thick and lumpy and the top coat had spots on all of the nails. The lady who did them didnt clean the cuticle line at all during the process and applied a total of 4 layer of topcoat to cover the terrible work instead of just fixing them. $25 down the drain.

First time I went there for a manicure it was the most horrible experience, the owner did my manicure she didnt filed all my nails and the ones she did were pretty rough manicure was rushed. I called her next day to get it fix and went back two days later her attitude was completely different she was mad then she filed the top of the nail and apply the clear coating on my powdered nails so the fix actually came out worsed. I couldve done a better job my self. I will not recommend this place to nobody theyre very unprofessional Im surprised the place still open they dont care about the customer at all they just want your money.

I initially came into Lexor nails based on a friend’s recommendation. I was hesitant because I always left the other nail salons disappointed. I’m not one to complain about services, I’ll just never go back. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Lisa is an amazing nail tech, very personable and very talented. I will never go anywhere else.

The tech was amazing. She took her time and I got more than I asked for. Everyone was very friendly.

I am try to come to day get pedi done but they are not clean the chair for covid-19 at all . I am not come back here again .

I recently moved to rio rancho and am in search of a nail technician. I did a google search and lexor nails had very good reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I had a mani (with dipping powder), and a pedi (with gel polish). The pedi was a decent service, but she uses too much pressure when scrubbing the bottom of the feet, almost to the point of it becoming very painful. She was taking her time, until one of her regular customers came in, then she started rushing through my manicure, to the point that there were several areas of my nails that were not completely covered, and the tips of all the nails were uneven and roughand not safe for Covid-19 at all . I will not be going back here again .

My nail girl of 8 years moved away, and I was looking for someone new... I am insanely picky! I noticed someone’s nails at my gym, asked where she got them done and she gave me a referral to Luxor Nails..... Lisa did my mani /pedi . I loved the results! They have so many gel colors to choose from, and I highly recommend !

Quick service, friendly staff, clean. Came here to get manicure at the last minute, traveling from out of town for a family event. Staff quickly accommodated my daughters, mother and myself and provided quality service at an affordable rate. They were open earlier than every other nail shop, and were conveniently located and easy to find.

New to the area this place was one of the few that was open on Sunday and not requiring me to have an appointment. Kim did my pedicure and manicure. She was kind and did a great job. I will return.

This is a nail salon I will definitely be visiting again. I brought in a picture for a gel manicure and Tom did my nails exactly the way the picture looked and I wanted them. The atmosphere is very friendly, inviting, and clean. This was Money well spent! I highly recommend them.

Had my daughters and my pedis done today. Absolutely sloppy work! My daughter got gel paint the lady did a horrible job I had french with a older man he did a horrible job I would have never charged anyone for. Paint all over my skin white tip not painted correct! I honestly felt bad they were busy they were rushing. But when I left and took a closer look I was embarrassed! Had to have another salon fix. I would never go back nor recommend this place. It’s a Saturday they have 3 people working that was my 1st clue!

I had the basic pedicure but very rushed, no foot massage, legs massaged briefly, only plus is they have a wide selection of nail polishes

Nail tech nicked me 4 times during mani. She cut nails very short & used a course nail file very roughly. Never soaked nails first. She did not appear to be a very empathetic (or happy) person. Never apologized. One nail bled so badly, it bled into the gel & bubbled up. Yuck! Almost every finger is sore because of nicks and rough filling.

I love getting my nails done here. My nails are always beautiful. And they have great prices! So important in my opinion. The staff is so friendly and welcoming as well.

The young woman there extremely rude, make sure you do not get her. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a treat not an uncomfortable and unfriendly experience

This was my first time at Lexor Nails. The staff is amazing, super friendly and make you feel welcome and taken care of. The pedicure I received was well done and so relaxing. The free paraffin wax was a nice surprise. I will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely love Lexor , especially sine Mr.Tom took over. Everyone there is super friendly and fun. Tom is just the best, he is so fun to joke around with, and he does great nails! I highly recommend them to everyone!

First time going. Sign says open until 7pm but I guess they were closing at 4, however they took me anyway. First thing I noticed is they did not take their pedicure tools out of a bag or sanitary station. There were no liners for the foot bath. Probably not the cleanest place to get a pedicure. The lady was very nice. Pedicure came out pretty good. Clenliness is more important to me however.

Lexor nails is under new management. Thi (pronounced Tee) does some great work and Lisa does a great pedi. Highly recommend them!!!

Not great after changing ownership a year ago. Went to have simple French tips (no gel/ acrylics) and they started cracking and peeling the same night. The nail polish looked old. My tips were too thick and the lady could not understand when I kept asking her to make them thinner. They were crooked or slanted as well. And this was for engagement pictures! Such a bummer since I used to love this spot.

First time going here. Not my normal place I go to but needed a pedi and it was close to home. Came in with a friend and they were not busy they had 4 people working and one client getting a pedicure and 1 client getting nails done. They sat us right away and started our pedis then another client walked in and the girl that was working on my feet got up and sat at a nail station to work on the newly arrived client. So I’m sitting there for 30 minutes meanwhile my friend is almost done with her service, when finally another girl that was finishing another pedi came over to finish mine. She then proceeded to get up about 10 more times to finish whatever the hell she was doing. Then after my massage instead of using toe spacers to separate my toes and paint she used crumpled up paper from her pedicure basket that seemed to be previously used on someone else! Also she did not remove oils/lotion from my toe nails before she painted them so my polish will probably not last! I will say the girl that finished my pedi was very apologetic and they did use plastic tub bags for sanitation but they do not have clean implements and used the same nail file on my feet to use on a woman’s hands! Yuck! As someone in the beauty industry it is very frustrating and concerning the way this place handled their clients and business. Definitely sticking to my regular nail salon from now on!

Very dissatisfied! Super slow service. Sat in the pedicure chair for an hour before I was helped. Not enough workers. Our nails did not look professionally done. Looks like we did them ourselves at home. Gel nails were not done fully. My nails looked like they were ready for a rebase right after they were done. After my pedicure I had nail polish on my skin. Not quality work!! Got my daughters pedicures as well all they did was paint their nails! Expensive for the service and quality of work! Will never go back.Also, they are scammers! They try to force you to pay cash. I told him twice I don’t have cash and he kept asking. They say you don’t have to pay tax if you pay cash. If you want to use your card you have to pay tax! Is that legal? The guy said well it costs $$ to run your card. Of course it does and your a business!DONT GO HERE!

The color I picked for my gel nails was not the one she put on my nails. I guess they were out of the color I wanted but they could of had me pick another color . Not good customer service.

THE WORST PLACE IMAGINABLE...GOT A GEL MANI/PEDI, BROUGHT MY OWN BRAND NEW BASE,POLISH AND TOP COAT, AND THE VERY NEXT DAY 3 OF THEM CAME OFF COMPLETELY. WENT BACK TO HAVE THEM FIXED AND THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME. THE WORST MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.

It was okay for my daughter and girlfriend. The only concern was that it took four hours to get a pedicure and manicure

They did not do a good job with my gel manicure. After i expressed my dissatisfaction she laughed and said you like? Went back in to fix a broken nail and the guys station still had nasty nail clipings and was dirty from the previous person he helpped. I would not recommend this place at all

My daughter was looking for a salon close to our home and had suggested this place. I stopped her from making an appointment as I had the worst experience here a few months ago. I made a HUGE mistake of deviating from my norm Luxury Nails (on the eastside @ tramway & academy) in an attempt to find something closer to my daughter when Im in town. I was changed over $40 for a simple pink rebase and polish (not even gel), to fix one broken nail, and was then changed an extra tenner ($10) to have a design placed on my ring fingers. The cost of the design.wouldnt have been so bad had the design been worth it, but this guy literally painted 3, yes THREE, silver lines and called it a design. Throughout the entire appointment he acted as though he didnt want to be there at all, and then threw a silent attitude (in his body language) that my 4 year old niece wouldnt even do, and acted as though he was being put out when I requested that he file my nails properly so they would have the same shape and even length. The worst part of the whole experience, was that I had my left forearm, wrist, and hand to my knuckles, and my thumb in a spica thumb brace, and it was clearly was his cue to be extremely rough and cause me more pain.By the time I was done with my torture session, I ended up paying $54 and some change for work I was not happy with. So whatever you do, find somewhere else to go!

Not impressed. I felt my manicure was rushed because they suddenly got busy. Old polish was not completely taken off. New gel polish had lots of bubbles. They did a horrible job on my cuticles.

The staff is mostly friendly. Tina did my nails and watched movie while she did so. When one nail got messed up and I asked her to fix it she got annoyed. My nails are bubbly and the one she fixed is already chipped and lumpy. She didnt file or shape my nails. Deluxe Nails is open on the other side of Unser so I would just go there in the future.
