I had several phone appts with Dr. Juarez at this clinic. She was patient and listened fully to all of my issues. She worked with me and got me on the right track for my mental and physical health. The front desk staff is kind and professional. I choose this clinic and this doctor for my healthcare needs.

Dr Lariza Valdez is an amazing and professional physician that is very attentive and listens to my needs. She even asks great questions that sometimes I’m not even thinking about that helps me get a clear diagnosis. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends who need reliable, fast, and trustworthy answers for all their medical needs. Professional staff, very clean, and leaves me feeling confident with my results.

Doctors are very professional and very knowledgeable. I have never had any issues since Ive been going there. Like all doctor visits there is going to be waiting periods. Expect that. Overall satisfaction 10/10 for me!

I think this place is usually good except for that lady in the lab today her name was Diana said she was a manager, but apparently did not know what she was doing. She contaminated the site by not wearing glove on her left hand and put her dirty nail on the site after she cleaned it. Very disappointed in who they picked for management of the labs!

Going through this provider at first was a bad experience and possibly from effect of covid but efforts improved after time.

Barnes MD and his nurse Monica are amazing professionals. I live an hour drive from this clinic but continue to choose FCCH clinic because they treat me with kindness and respect. Always helpful and get me in and out quickly at my appointments.

I have been seen a few times at this location and I feel like the staff has no respect for their patients and their staff seems overwhelmed. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. My appointment lasted 2 hours! I saw a doctor for maybe 5-10 minutes to get a prescription refilled that I have been on for 4 years now. The nurse who drew my blood didnt even seem like she knew what she was doing. With a 10am appointment you would think that would leave plenty of time to read the results and have a prescription filled. Its for a thyroid, so sort of important. Called at 2pm, no results. I was told to call around 3/4pm. I called back at 4:50pm and STILL NO RESULTS! Very upsetting to hear since the doctor herself told me it would be done the same day. Had I been told to wait until Monday I wouldnt expect it the same day, but I was told otherwise. Took my kids there recently to get seen for the first time. Weve been so traumatized by other clinics and hospitals in the past that i did not think i would find this place any different. I was surprised at how nice the clinic was inside, staff was friendly except for a blond lady when i was signing in. Seemed like i bothered her while asking a question. Once u signed in and registered, i was brought back by a gentleman who introduced himself as Eddie and explained the entire process to us. I thought he would be overwhelmed with my kids but he handled it professionally and kept my kids laughing. Once he was done he didnt keep me guessing and informed me how long it would take before Dr Sha would see us. The Dr was amazing, very informative. I hope i see them everytime i go.
