Newly opened, clean, friendly, people know each other by name. Trusted place to do your laundry well you run a errand and return. Still being updated but the new Owner Mr Williams has new plans, better look, and inspired to make it comfortable and convenient for customers to return....

First, a large percentage of the equipment was not working, including a machine that I had asked the attendant about and had been told it was fine to use on quick wash. It did not work properly, and I had to rewash the load. One of the dryers I used was not running at the appropriate temperature, and I had to move the load to another dryer, and dry the load a second time. The ultimate experience when I took one of my loads out of the dryer and found that a used hypodermic had made its way into my clothes.

Weve been coming here for years and the quality has gone down drastically. They used to only have a few washers that didnt work which is fine... but now more and more are not working and the majority of the ones that are working reserved as they do a drop off service. But when you have 20 some washer laundry and only 50% of those are for customer use, it creates a frustrating waste of time. They have two video game cabinets that I doubt have ever worked. Chairs are dirty and ripped. Baskets hardly work. And the woman working there recently would rather spend her time looking at her phone than doing whats supposed to be done. On top of that the washers arent very clean. I constantly come home with balls of hairs that are not mine. Pretty gross by any standard.

I came to this laundromat to wash some large items that won’t fit in a standard washing machine. The attendant told me that they do not have hot water!!! I think it’s crazy for a laundromat not to have hot water! And, as another reviewer noted, almost half of the machines are out of order. I feel for the people who live near this place and don’t have transportation, and are forced to use it if they want to wash their clothes. It doesn’t seem that any money is being spent by the owners to make repairs or updates.

Great neighborhood laundry with HOT water and HOT dryers and better yet fair prices. They have a rewards program where every 11th load is FREE. Also have a service where you can drop off your laundry and they will wash and fold it for you. (Thanks, Margaret!)

I use to be employed at this laundry mat for close to three years. During that time I witnessed very little money going back into the washing machines or dryers. Majority of the washers were broken and tagged out of order. Im not sure what the owners of this business are doing with the money made at this establishment but, one walk around the place will tell you all you need to know. Theres money being made somewhere that affords the owners to purchase a new Corvette and remodel their house!! I personally enjoy clean clothes and will never ever go back to this establishment to do my laundry as the machines are not cleaned properly if at all. Find a better laundry mat and stop wasting your time and moneymoney!!!!

Welcoming atmosphere, clean washers and dryers for a reasonable price. I discovered this place last month and will continue to go because they greet customers and appreciate my business.

This was the worse place to wash your clothes. More than half the washers were out of order. One washer I used broke so I had to move it to another washer which delayed my time there. Dryers took more than two quarters they were only 8 mins long. Than to top it all off its very small place with no A.C. Never going there again.

The washers that work are hit and miss. The attendant is very rude to you when her machines dont work. Its not worth coming back.

Average laundromat but a lot of machines were tagged as out of order....... Update to review: Downgrade to 1 star.... two years after original review I received a reply saying that theyre taking care of it!
