I actually liked this Laundromat. They have regular stand alone washing machines. $1.75 for cold washing and $2.00 to use hot or warm temperatures. The washing machines worked well and I am satisfied how they cleaned my clothes. The dryers (regular sized) are $0.25 for 10 minutes. They heat up well and dry quickly. Jeans and towels took another 10 minutes after removing shirts, socks & shorts. I was impressed. The facility even has a pressing machine for slacks and jeans. For $2.00 the time allowed for about 12 pairs of pants to be pressed. The place was clean and well maintained.

Nice place decent price very clean and best to go late at night you get in and out in no time. But two complaints they really should offer a little more spread out seats throught out the place and possibly add a variety of single use laundry supplies maybe. I forgot my dryer sheets when I went and I wish I could of bought some from them :/ all they have is Clorox and some kind of soiled stain remover but other than that dryers and washers all worked great that I had used and it was a very comfortable atmosphere to get in and get what you needed done and get out in no time at all. Highly recommend and definitely will go back to them :)

I like it at this laundromat. Its open 24 hours so when I feel like doing late-night laundry I go there also Ive never once been concerned or worried about my safety open 24 hours. Staff there is always very nice and helpful. Its just a comfortable setting.

The only laundry mat I will go to. Always clean. Open 24hours. They hardly ever have very many machines out of order. Many different size washers and dryers as well to fit your needs .

The Laundromat was nice calm and clean. Nothing to. Really say bad about the place. Its a little sketch outside in the dark based on the location but is a decent place to go and do your clothes.

Very clean. Its great that its open 24hours! Unlike other laundromats (spincycle Im talking about you) this one has kept its same hours through the Covid-19 pandemic knowing clean laundry is an absolute essential. The attendants on staff are pleasant, again, unlike spincycle. I dont believe that this laundromat has a ATM so make sure you bring bills no larger than a $20 to be able to receive change. After coming to EZ Wash Laundromat I wont go to another laundromat again. Highly recommend. And for anyone wondering, EZ Wash is cheaper than spincycle!!!

This laundromat is clean and staffed with friendly, helpful people. This is far less expensive than many other laundromats in Albuquerque. They are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

I do my laundry here because it is open 24 hours. There is always at least one employee cleaning the machines, tables and floors. I feel comfortable with their standard of sanitization, and they are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the toy, video game, and vending machines are always broken. Take your own entrainment and snacks lol.

Very well maintained machines. Prices are fair and clothes actually came clean. No gross gum or oil spots from previous users. Washers and dryers vary in size and price. Top and front loaders. Steam table available for use. There is a sink for hand washing those pain in the ass hand wash only items. OPEN 24 HOURS so we were able to enjoy the benefit of the cool early morning air cooling us off. Powder detergent available by the cup and dryer sheets by the sheet! Couple arcade games and vending machines. Two tvs to watch. Really helpful guy there too. He even double checked the washers after I transferred clothes to dryer and found a few items I missed.

Great place to do your laundry. Staff always on site and always courteous. Its a 24/7 facility. Wouldnt recommend coming on Sunday its the busiest day to come.

This 24 hour laundromat was quite busy when I visited it about 11pm on a Wednesday night. The place was well maintained with soda machines that actually dispensed what you paid for. The prices for the washing machines and dryers were very cheap and you didnt have to pay for extra time that you didnt need for the dryers. 8 minute increments are perfect for a dryer! The attendant(s) were attractive, professional Hispanic women who were constantly working or smiling at you while they cleaned out lint traps or served coffee to customers or just watched the TVs on the wall.Overall, for the price you pay to wash your dirty laundry, Id highly recommend EZ Wash if you like a quiet, low key place to get in and do your laundry and get out!

I travel to come to this laundromat instead of the ones in my area. This laundry is very clean and has excellent customer service. The pressing service is worth the price. Thank you for a great experience. I will continue to come to highly recommend it to others.

This afternoon I contacted them to inquire about their full service drop off, but the lady that I talked to answered me in Spanish, which I speak and understand fluently. She wasnt very friendly and seemed unwelcoming. Maybe she was having a rough. I decided not to go. Maybe Ill try another time of day.

Parking lot is decent when it comes to cleanliness, been here a few times in a months time and there have been some washers that arent working . Its what you expect from a decent laundry mat , there us usually a good amount of washers and dryers open but that depends on what day of the week you decide to do laundry here.

This place use to be very nice and convenient until today i came in and all of the machines take your money may i mention they dont refund any of your change that the machines take!!. On top of people trying to steal mine and my sons clothes not once but twice!!! i highly recommend this place to seek new owners or be shut down asap!!

The employees are very helpful & they keep the inside very clean & sanitized. There are vending machines, arcade games, tvs, & plenty of seating to make time go by for its customers.

Clean clothes

Two dryers had out of out signs stated and placed very clearly. One dryer appeared to have been fixed and the out of order sign ripped from glass. We made the mistake of using this dryer. Asked elderly woman running place to refund quarter because sign appeared to have been removed as if it was fixed. She refused and made another sign. Really??? Bad business...

The pants didn’t wash well, it still had dirt stains on it. But the drying was good. We only used a few quarters for drying.

I come across town to this laundry matt! It’s my favorite! Doesn’t cost as much as thee others and the employees are very very welcoming and help with anything! I usually come at night when it’s not as hot but I’d rather come here across town than the ones near my house! Very clean, all machines work at all times and the dryers are fantastic!!

Love it,they have a washwr thete that fits about 16 loads in it for $5 dollars and it washes them better then the normal 3++ loads washing machies there and drying is a quater for smaller and fifty cents for bigger, but the littler ones hold the same dry faster and have more time on the clock.

Never busy when Im there, usually on the weekends. Plenty of large washers and dryers and the workers are just delightful.

Very BAD experience!!! On Sunday afternoon around 1PM my auntie went to go wash her clothes there (she’s been going there for 4 years now). She was washing her clothes like usual, out of the no where the washer machine stoped working, she politely told the lady on duty named Martha that the washer machine stoped working, Martha yelled her at told her that she only goes there to mess up the washer machines and started to discriminate against my aunty! She blamed my aunty that it was her fault that the washer machine was broken when she clearly didn’t know what was going on! My aunty politely asked her if she can help her get her clothes out because the machine was locked and wouldn’t open. Martha said with an attitude I’ll help you when I can. My aunty was there for 1PM-7Pm waiting for this lady named Martha to help her out, she was rude the whole time and complained that my aunty goes and washes her clothes there. I would like for a manager to call this lady’s attention because that’s not how you treat a customer. specially a customer that has gone there for 4 years! She didn’t even give her, her Money back. She was rude with an attitude, this is not the first time Martha had an attitude either her. I can only imagine the attitude she gives to other clients.

Poor customer service. Non working machines.When I first started going here the machines worked well. I used a dryer today that kept turning off every few seconds and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The last few visits clothes have not been drying completely in the same amount of time either. I will be using a different laundromat from now on.
