This was the second lamp I took to the Lamp Shop for repair and the owner repaired it on the spot. Yes, it was not a difficult repair, but I appreciated not having to drive across town to pick it up later. Thats what I call customer service. The repair cost me much less than the gas for my trip from the North Valley. Thank you!

We love this place - honest, reasonably priced and super fast repairs. Did a beautiful job very quickly on a floor lamp. They walked my wife through taking down the ceiling fan lights over the phone, they tested it extensively, called to say there was nothing wrong, and there was no charge! They gave us suggestions, we put the lights back on the fan, and it works fine. You just dont find that kind of honesty and customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THIS PLACE IS GREAT - THANK YOU!

I had two lamps repaired and they did an excellent job of fixing the switches on both lamps. They also have a variety of lamps, lamp shades, ceiling fans &other miscellaneous items. Employees are very nice and helpful.

Shamefully, I must admit, I scoured the internet looking at light fixtures before considering visiting local lighting stores. I assumed (remember the first syllable of that word) there’s no way a Mom-and-Pop joint could offer the same breadth of product selection or competitive pricing compared to Wayfair and the likes. The Lamp Shop happily showed me otherwise, offering friendly and helpful customer service, catalogs upon catalogs of available fixtures to choose from (in addition to the huge selection on display), and prices well below those found online. I walked in on a whim and walked out having ordered a light fixture that I later found selling on Wayfair “on sale” for $80 more (local taxes accounted for)! I’m thrilled with my new kitchen light fixture and delighted to know there’s still local stores with top-notch customer service. I won’t hesitate to return for future lighting needs.

Family run business, so they really care about serving their customers. Prices are more than fair for repairs on antique lamps. Shop also offers lighting options you wont find anywhere else.

Looking for repair parts for old ceiling fixture. They were very helpful explaining how the parts worked. And, they had them! Also had proper dimmable LED bulbs. TaDa!
