So, I used this company last year, and the operations manager Albert was very professional. The team came in and did everything that they promised. This year was a different story altogether.I called last week and spoke with Eva (sp?). She stated that Albert was on vacation, but the owner would contact me before the end of the day. That never happened. I called the next day, and Eva stated that the owner would contact me, which again did not happen. For three days I tried to get them to come out. No one ever called my office back.This morning I called again, asked if Albert was back from vacation. Eva stated that he was not near a phone and asked if I would like to leave a message. I told her that I did not appreciate a call back. I guess they are too busy to keep repeat business.I will NOT EVER use them again.
