I had a wonderful experience!! When I arrived, Jamie was so kind. I then worked with Monica. She helped me find my dream dress! She was so patient and informative. When I went to check out, Elisabeth helped me and answered the million questions I had. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend :)

She picked a dress for me that I never would have picked and I ended up loving it and saying yes to the dress. Liz helped us as well and was so amazing. I went in with my friend to buy her wedding dress and was extremely impressed with the business here! As a manager myself ive become hyper aware of how others run— everyone was so customer service oriented, they were quick, efficient, and still made everything feel so personable. Had an amazing experience today. Alyssa our stylist was wow amazing. Her customer service and patience was incredible. I went in not really knowing what I was going for and she helped picked the most beautiful dresses and I found the ONE only after trying on a few. When it came to the bridesmaids dresses we went back and fourth on colors and styles and she was just on top of it and really brought my vision to life. I had a few bridesmaids that couldn’t make it today and are scheduled for another date she even offered to come in if she is off as I requested she be our stylist again. I had two appointments in the same day.The first one was for myself. My consultant was Samantha. She was amazing! So so helpful, and patient and kind. She would listen to everything I said and brought me what I picked as my wedding dress! I loved working with her.The second appointment was for my mother and sisters to find their dresses for my wedding. Sam had to leave and left us in good hands! Eli was the consultant for them all. 4 in total. And she did amazing as well! In that hour she brought my sisters and mom so many dresses exactly as they asked for. ( all very different styles)Super happy with my experience and in love with my wedding dress.

Jennifer was so incredibly helpful today as I looked for my wedding dress!! I told her what I was interested in and gave her a couple examples which I tried on but she saved the best for last! She knew I’d love it and got me ready with the veil, head piece, and shoes to show my family and future in laws. Everyone loved it and I rang the bell! Then she got an extra 10% taken off of the accessories and dress. 10/10 she was amazing!!

Monica was very helpful. Brought me exactly what I asked for as we tried to narrow down style. I also had my son with me as well as my maid of honor had her two littles and it didnt even phase her. She was very polite and easy to work with. I found my perfect dress and I will be getting it soon! She also helped my maid of honor and Bridesmaid narrow down which dresses they liked.

Stopped by today without an appointment, to look for a dress to wear to a formal wedding. They were very busy yet found someone right away to take care of me. The two dresses I liked weren’t in my size, so Bess picked me out another dress to try on while she checked to see if the other dresses in size at another store. I ended up loving the one she picked out for me. Thank you Bess and Anna for great customer service today! I really appreciate it! 💕

I liked the fact that I was able to take as many guests as I wanted to be there with me to try on dresses but I didn’t have quite the best customer service. I just felt like it was so commercialized and the worker didn’t really care about what I wanted or how I felt. This was the first place I tried on dresses and I was very disappointed with my experience. If you want something more personal, I would highly recommend going to Ann Matthews, you will not be disappointed. They were so sincere, listened to everything I had to say, and really made me feel like a bride.

I’ve had two appointments so far, one for my own wedding dress, and the other for my bridesmaids’ dresses! Both times were wonderful.This most recent time, Eli and Wynn worked with us. They were AMAZING. They were both so nice, and EXTREMELY helpful. They made the process smooth and easy, I know my wedding will be perfect because of their help!!! Thank you Eli and Wynn!!!!

Jennifer went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding in less than two months! She also was a life saver in helping my friend and another bridesmaid in FLORIDA find her perfect dress too. Definitely a crisis when we found out the dress she ordered from DB.com wouldn’t arrive until two months after the wedding so Jennifer helped us pull a dress in the right size and color for her and ship it to her in 7-10 business days. Jennifer was literally a life saver! Thank you so much DB ABQ team!!

Monica was amazing! I highly recommend her, she was very intuitive which is necessary for styling. She helped me find a dress I didn’t even know I was looking for! She was very accommodating for my guests and managed to help us while she was also styling another bride. She helped me stay within my budget which I didn’t expected but greatly appreciated.However I do not plan on coming back to the store. The manager of the store was very rude and snippy. We waited for over 20 minutes at the register just waiting to get someone’s attention while she talked with another employee about the schedule and when she was going on vacation. We were inquiring about potential coupons or offers that could be applied to my purchase and she acted like she was offended that we had even thought to ask. Our whole transaction took over 30 minutes just to buy one dress that was already pulled aside because the manager was not too rushed to help us in the slightest. She stood beside us still discussing her vacation while the stylist and I waited for her assistance on the transaction. I wish that I could have ordered my dress online just to avoid having interacted with her. I would not recommend this store to anyone, the manager will act like you are inconveniencing her by just being there

First dress I tried on and it was a hit! Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She asked me what my vision was and found me the perfect fit for my body type. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and patient. Thanks Jennifer for saving the day.

Sept 12 my appointment was from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. No expectations my very first time to be in a Bridal shop. Although, i had been making my own research, scavenging thru the website hunting for some beautiful bridal gowns until one dawned on me and i never took my eyes of it. When I reached the shop My stylist Jennifer omg she was so amazing i wasnt even saying much but as if we had a connection she just new my size just by looking at me. She gave great customer service and believe when my gown went out of stock that i almost wanted to flip she and her manager tried to find a solution to resolve it and they did. It worked and Im so happy. I highly would recommend this bridal shop this is the best and Im not even done yet i will be visiting again for my alterations and some accessories. Im just excited like any bride can be. More power and thank you 😊

Jennifer was great! She was incredibly patient, didn’t pressure me to buy anything outside my budget and picked great dresses for me. I went to Uptown Bridal after my appt w/Jennifer & didn’t get the welcoming or pleasant experience that I got with David’s Bridal. I ended up getting up going back to get a beautiful dress at David’s Bridal instead. Thank you for the low stress experience!

Monica and Santana were very helpful, patient and nice. When I left I felt 100% sure I had found my dress. Santana was a plus by helping to find the perfect wedding shoes. Thank you very much and I totally recommend Davids Bridal.

My friend and I walked in today to look for dresses for my wedding next year. When we walked in, the two ladies at the counter gave us a once over and looked at us in disgust (I have pink hair and a lot of tattoos). We were told I could not try on any dresses because I didnt have an appointment. They also told us not to take anything off the racks. Uh, how am I supposed to search if I cant even look at the dresses? They had less than 10 people in the store and looking around, I realized all the fitting rooms were empty, except for one. All the sales women brushed right past us and didnt even offer any help. I was appalled at how rude they were to us and how they judged us. I had an above average budget for my dress so its their loss. Anyone needing anything for a wedding, I highly recommend Ann Matthews Bridal and Uptown Bridal. I will never go into or refer this company to anyone!

Came in today to try on some dresses for a wedding Im attending. Eli was very wonderful and helped me get a good idea of what I wanted! The girls were all very nice as well. Santana, Lexa, Samantha, and Jamie were all very kind when I came in. Highly recommend!!! Will be coming back!!!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this David’s. I’ve been to this store and the one in el paso and I think this one is way better. I worked with Wynn and Lexa and the managers and everyone was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend david’s more.

Jennifer our consultant was amazing! She listened and pulled gowns that were flattering and beautiful. She guided our appointment expertly and allowed us to leave with a clear idea of what kind of dress we are looking for. What is often a stressful experience she made pleasant and easy.

Santana was so amazing super patient and helpful! I found my dress the first time I walked in with her help. I left with a dress I never even looked at or thought I’d be leaving with. She took into account my location style of dresses I showed her from the website and just made everything perfect. If you’re looking for a dress ask for her!

Sam helped me and she was AMAZING! She found so many different styles than the ones I had initially picked for myself, and suggested the perfect dress for me! They made me feel so comfortable and so beautiful the entire time. So professional and fun.

The team at Davids Bridal was amazing. The Alteration and Seamstress Department was incredibly kind and took care of all our needs. The main lady, Angie, taking care of us took the extra time to help my daughters ensure they could walk in their dresses. We had forgotten to bring their heels. Angie had them walk on their tip toes to ensure they wouldnt trip on their dresses. It was so kind and was such an unexpected surprise for someone to take the time to think about in a bridal shop. I will definitely recommend Davids Bridal to everyone I know!

Prior going to Macys and Dillards I tried on about 50 different dresses wasnt in love with them and also the prices! The bride had so many requests about what dress we had to wear no lace and ect...I was getting more stressed out until I went to Davids Bridal...Thank you for helping me find a beautiful made of honor dress! All of the staff was helpful and polite it made me feel so comfortable about the dress. The alternations ladies were wonderful!! In the future Ill go straight to Davids Bridal and will recommend you guys to all of my friends!

I wasn’t planning on visiting David’s Bridal today but I happened to be passing by and they took me as a walk-in! My consultant Jennifer helped me find the perfect wedding dress and I cannot be happier. We laughed, we cried… it was an amazing experience. Jennifer took the time to listen to what I wanted and showed me all my options. This trip was not planned but it was meant to be and I said yes to the dress!

The dresses are very nice and you can find quality dresses for a variety of budgets. Santana was very helpful and pulled dresses I didnt expect to love but did. Definitely loved my experience!

At first seemed good, but when getting fitted I got completely different answers than the computer. I decided to fit myself at home and realized the shirt length I was given was 6 in. less than my arm. The leg length and shirt length were completely wrong so I’m disappointed they did that and that they didn’t bother to let me try on an actual tux to fit me like they did the rest of the groomsmen. I guess if you want something done right do it yourself.

Consultant, Jennifer, was extremely helpful today. She was obviously busy but she went out of her way to help me in between helping others. She did that with ease and still didnt make me feel rushed, even when I couldnt make up my mind. She was wonderful!!

I had three horrible experiences with the Albuquerque, NM store. First, when I went for my original appointment to try on bridal gowns I made sure to read the safety guidelines as it was still when Covid guidelines were in place. I was rudely told that I have too many people and that they would just have to leave. So, I ended up going to try on and eventually buy a dress by myself in the store because (how sad).Secondly, I had my alterations done by the store (big mistake) I was called on the day of my appointment after they had my dress for over a month, just to be told that they had just started on it. The alterations manager had no customer service skills, or even empathy, and told me “it’s not even a big deal, your wedding isn’t till the end of the month” wow! Way to make a bride feel important.Then, when I was told I could pick up my dress, finally, they had a customer service rep assisting me instead of an actual seamstress. As she was bustling my dress, she discovered that they missed two buttons on my bustle. She ended up having to bring in an actual seamstress who refused to address me, and would only speak to the other employee. Needless to say I had to wait, again, for my dress to be done.I will NEVER give my money to David’s bridal again, and will recommend that no one else does either.

I went in with a huge dilemma and Anna saved the day. I will be forever grateful that she helped me solve my wedding dress problem.

I walked in today with a pretty specific situation and NO idea exactly what I wanted. Jennifer rescued me, and I was in and out in an hour and couldn’t feel better. I’m very thankful. 💜💜

Honestly best experience ever! Hannah was so sweet and helpful! The dress she suggested was the dress I chose! 100% recommended! Hannah was the best!

The seamstress was really nice and knowledgeable. I am sure my dress will come out great, however, I think it’s was a bit pricy for as little alterations that my dress needs. It just needs a simple hem at the bottom and taken in very little on the sides and it’s costing $300 for that.

Monica is so lovely! She is patient and personable and was amazing at suggesting dresses within my price range. I look forward to working with her again!

This was my second appointment at David’s Bridal. I will say it was a big improvement from the first experience because I had a different consultant this time, but the reason I only rated it with 2 stars is because of the suppressive atmosphere we all felt both times in the shop. Included in my party was my 10 year old little sister, who wasn’t wearing a mask (because they don’t protect you or the people around you from a virus and are actually unhealthy to wear - this is scientifically proven, btw) and we were told that she needed to have one. My mom explained that according to the state mandate it wasn’t necessary for children to wear one and that she would not make her wear one because of health reasons. Their response was simply that it was store policy. Well, with our area being in the least restrictive zone, that makes no sense. Open up! It’s time for us to get back to enjoying life in a healthy way.PS. I went to another local bridal shop and had the most amazing experience where I found the perfect dress - without wearing a mask 😲

I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and need a specific David’s Bridal color dress. I went to a David’s Bridal in another state and they didn’t have my size in stock so I drove to Albuquerque. This location had a much larger selection of everything and seems newer and more upscale than the other location.I had a 30 minute appointment I checked in, waited 15 minutes to be helped. My sales person was ok, they were able to find a few dresses in my size. They hung my 3 options in the dressing room and left to assist a walk in customer. One of the dresses didn’t even go over my head because they brought me a child’s size! Once I figured out my size, I was waiting on confirmation from the bride on the dress choice before ordering. The sales person told me to make sure to order through the store so they could get the commission! Then told me to at least give them a 5 star google review.I don’t feel my experience was five star worthy. I also think you don’t think that person should get commission because they left me to help a walk in.

I had the perfect experience finding my wedding dress. The women helping me were extremely sweet and helpful. They kept in mind exactly the style of dressI wanted. I found my dream dress the very first visit I made!

What a fun experience with all of my bridesmaids! We were allowed plenty of time and freedom to find the perfect bridesmaid dress for each person. They all found something they loved and looked great in. I would definitely recommend David’s Bridal for finding bridal and bridesmaids dresses.

Their return policy is a joke! First they discontinued the dress that we had picked (even though it still showed available online). The girl at the store measured me and said I was a size 16, she went to order the dress and told me, uh sorry I can’t get that dress anymore it’s been discontinued. However, I was allowed to order the size 16 online. Fast forward 3 days and they canceled my online order because they didn’t have it available. So out of desperation, I ordered a size 14 online (expecting it to be canceled) but was also able to order a size 12 from the store (praying one of them were available). Well I received the 14 that was ordered online and luckily it fits. So I tried to cancel the order from the store, since I have not even received that dress yet and their store policy does not allow you to return a dress after 7 days of the purchase date. So now I have to accept store credit to a bridal store which I will probably never be able to use or take a dress that I don’t need. It is ridiculous that you cannot get a refund for a dress you haven’t even had in your possession yet! I will NEVER recommend anyone use David Bridal, this is absolutely insane!

Waited at the checkout for 20-25 minutes to order a dress, no line while four staff members chatted about upcoming vacations. Staff all left the counter, zero assistance. Had to order the dress online while standing there in the store at the registers. If youre looking to purchase items in store youll be out of luck. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Customer service was fine. I am not happy with the way the dress fits on me after alterations. I will not be able to wear it for my wedding on Saturday, Sept 18, 2021

I came down with my 18-year-old daughter to find a graduation dress and we had a limited amount of time to do it ; it had to be all white… Yuri and Eli Where the height of professionalism and kindness… They pulled available dresses in my daughter’s size. They were spot on and we found the most perfect dress and I am so grateful for their professionalism and kindness..Not to mention their exquisite taste!

Monday the 4th of this month I went to Davids Bridal to have a try on appointment for my wedding in March! I was excited for weeks looking forward to finding the dress. Not having the biggest budget to spend on my dress I looked and saved some favorites on to my account. I was at the appointment by myself and have no friends or family here in Albuquerque and felt very unsure of what to expect. My appointment started only 10-15 minuets late so I had time to look around. Once the stylist and the girl she was training approached me I started to feel more unsure. She asked me if besides the dresses that I saved to my favorites if I found anything else I showed her only one. We then headed to the dressing rooms. I was not asked really anything about myself or my big day. Nothing about my budget or where I was even getting married which I thought was strange. They had NONE of the ones that I wanted to try so she picked out ones close to them though. I tried on the first 2, not really what I had in mind and with no opinion from either of the girls who were more concerned with their phones then the paying customer who was standing alone. I mentioned to one of them where we were going to have the wedding because my dad passed in July and we wanted to be in the city we last saw him. Un-moved I mentioned to them that I have no friends in town and how difficult this appointment was with out anyone. I then, feeling like I just should leave, tried on the 3rd dress. I LOVED it and was surprised to find out that it was no where near my budget. All though the one before was closer to my price range, told that it was more, and then verified on my phone before I took it off that it was in fact the price I thought I would give it one more chance. I however had to ask about the cost and was embarrassed that the entire appointment was feeling unimportant now I loved a dress that I could not afford because they refused to address my needs or wants. So I nervously told them I loved it and would have my fiancé call in the payment and pick it up later. She seemed to be concerned about my payment information more than anything I had said the entire appointment. I scrambled to leave the store. It was awful to be there alone. It was awful I felt that they could care less how important my day was to me, that they had no advice or compassion for me while I was expressing my vulnerability in being there alone and they seemed to only care about getting a sale. A budget should be a big discussion with the bride to be, and if she is alone, and has never done this before, there should be some advice or direction on what looks good or what would complement her on her special emotional day. I left feeling so isolated and embarrassed. I am happy to say that this store is one I will never spend a cent of my money or time.******UPDATE******Since then the company had reached out to me as seen below. Once I emailed them back I never heard anything from them! What a trashy way to run a business!

I absolutely love David’s Bridal! They have amazing stylists and customer service reps. I often pop in for accessories and shoes. Their alterations team is also phenomenal. They deserve a 5.5 star review. Julie, Alyssa, and Allie were so incredibly helpful! Thank you so much ladies for all you do!!

I had an appointment scheduled at 1:30 and was coming from out of town so I was 10 minutes late to my appointment. ( my fault) but when I arrived everyone was cold and in welcoming. They informed me that the time I was late will be shaved off my appointment time which I understand but was short to begin with. And instead of getting me to try on dresses. They made me wait longer and didn’t help with the trying on dresses wasn’t there to help at all my family helped me. The only time the lady came to talk to me was at the very beginning of the appointment and the end. I wish I could give a 0 star. Never would go here again and DONT recommend any brides to shop here if you want to have a fun and wonderful experience

Its been so much work planning my wedding. So many places dont give me the time of day or forget everything I tell them. Every time Ive called Davids Bridal, Angie has remembered me and every detail of my wedding without having to be reminded at all! Its amazing! My daughter was recently in a wedding and we bought her dress 1 1/2 years ago. I took her dress to get it altered because it was too small and when the dress didnt fit 4 days before the dress I was freaking out. The manager and the seamstress so incredibly helpful. I had to get a new dress and it needed a little altering and they made it happen and I couldnt of been more happy. Thank you so much for all that you did.

My experience at David’s Bridal was excellent! My stylist, Allie, was helpful, cheery, and so supportive in helping me pick out a dress for my big day. She pulled any dress I wanted to try on and even tried to help me find other dresses that matched my vision. The staff was helpful in finding how long it would take to order my dream dress, as well as the options for altering. All in all, I had a great trip with lots of fun and found my dream dress!

I made two appointments with Davids bridal. My initial appointment i tried on multiple dresses and the second was to try on my top three and order the dress. Both appointments I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door by extremely nice women, very welcoming and got me checked in quickly. They have you sanitize your hands at check in and have the fitting room area set up for social distancing. My bridal consultant both times was Victoria. She was amazing and very helpful. I told her what I wanted and what my budget was and she picked out a great bunch of dresses for me to try on. I appreciated that she added a jeweled belt to some dresses when I had them on, or a veil, etc. to make the vision in the dress more clear. I chose my dress and I rang the bell which is a nice added touch they do. I cant wait for my dress to come in!! I would like to thank everyone at Davids bridal making my dress buying experience as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this location.

My experience with the alterations dept was fantastic. First both Shannon and Maddison were highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. What really put my experience over the top was that my daughter became ill and they were both so kind and patient. They offered her food and were very patient until she felt better. Kindness goes a very long way these days!

So, I came in a few weeks ago and bought a gown for my wedding and the associate who worked with me (I feel terrible as I’m blanking on her name) was fantastic and SUPER sweet as she helped me select my dress. A BEAUTIFUL dress that made me look like I stepped out of a fairytale.Unfortunately, my wedding is actually taking place at a small duck pond near my fiancé’s family cabin. 🤦🏻‍♀️ As lovely as the dress was - it was WAY much for the setting (my fiancé had also opted for a more casual look).Luckily! David’s Bridal DOES allow for exchanges so I went back a few weeks later and Monica VERY patiently and very sweetly helped me try on about 10 different dresses so I could find something that was appropriate for a more casual wedding BUT would still make me feel special & bridal.I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me find the perfect dress for my special day!Thank you SO much, Monica & ABQ David’s Bridal team!

The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! They were so helpful and all so nice!! Anna is the manager and she is so nice! They were willing to work with me and my crazy schedule and when my dress was too big they were so easy and fast to order a smaller size. And when I just couldnt decide between 2 dresses, they were very patient and let me take all the time I needed to decide! I highly highly recommend shopping with them. My dress was perfect! Thank you so much Davids Bridal crew for all you do!

I just want to personally recommend Alicia from the David’s Bridal on Louisiana Blvd in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Alicia was super attentive and genuinely engaged. I was unsure of my dress choice and she assured me that we would find “the one.” She quickly found me an option for the dress I was looking for. Alicia made the experience so “magical.” She rang the bell and even recommended a veil. Which, I wasn’t sure I’d want but she selected a marvelous veil and I had to have it. I would personally hire her! The world needs more Alicias! I couldn’t thank her enough for her knowledge, kindness, caring attitude that made my experience remarkable! I will be needing another wedding dress for my ceremony and I will personally fly to Albuquerque just to work with her.

I felt really special and well token care of. I was able to try on many dresses.. The last dress became the one. I also had a patient lady that worked there .. she was kind and helped me find what I was looking for.

I had the perfect experience at David’s Bridal in Albuquerque. My stylist Brittany was so wonderful, patient, helpful, and amazing! She helped so much and made it the perfect day. I cannot wait to put my dream dress on again for alterations!

We had an appointment at 11:30am to look for a prom dress. They told us to go ahead and look at dresses and a sales person would be with us in a moment. The sales person never showed up to help us. Since we werent allowed to take dresses off the rack to take to the fitting room to try on, we just left a half an hour later. The whole experience was unhelpful, and such a waste of time. Its such a dumb idea to have appointments if you dont have the staff to support actually doing it. We had the complete opposite experience at Ann Matthews Bridal where we bought a dress.

The ONLY reason I did a 4 star because they should have more of a selection for girdles, crochets, etc. other than that the service is amazing, Allie (I think was her name) was patient and cheerful. The alterations was kind & helpful.The girls who helped me choose my dress over a year ago (pre-Covid!!) we’re amazing and helpful.Thank You.

I came in to find my wedding dress and initially worked with Anna, the store manager and she was GREAT! She suggested that we try on a few different silhouettes just to be sure that the style I was going for was perfect for me and I loved that because it opened my mind up to different options. She also suggested that before I make my final decision that I should sleep on it and come back the next day which I did! We worked with Maya the following day and let me tell you Maya is PHENOMENAL! Maya helped me choose the dress of my dreams. She guided me and asked me certain questions and helped me vision myself and my fiancé on our day and at that really helped me finalize the one I chose. She also gave me tuxedo suggestions to give to my fiancé which I love her for! I am so so happy we decided to come back the next day and so glad Anna suggested I do so, so I can ring the bell and celebrate finding the perfect fit. I’m just so grateful for both of these amazing women for making this experience more magical than I could have imagined. I love them! They are the best and made me 10 times more excited for my special day. Thank you ladies! 10/10 experience.

We had another great experience at David’s. From trying on flower girls dresses, to getting them altered, we were pleased. The dresses are lovely and fit like a glove after alterations.

We walked in not knowing what we all wanted, but with Elis help we were able to find the one! Thank you for all of your help and recommendations.

It was a pretty bad experience I sat outside of Davids bridal crying I already went to the appointment by myself but the girl was absolutely just no help in terms of making me feel good about buying a dress or helping me just emotionally thats what I needed and it was not there. Let me be clear she wasnt mean she just didnt say anything you look nice in that oh I think you look nice in this. It was just a sad situation nobodys fault in particular I dont think I ever go back.
