This is truly a blessing. My son has come a long way with the help of these amazing group of saints. may god bless them all. I just want to say thank you so much. He is about to be on his way in a few weeks. they not only helped with the death of his 7 year old, was truly there for him in all aspects. so proud. not to mention what they do for the city of Albuquerque. Thank You, Mr. Hill...Great job! You all know how to treat people who become lost. And stay with them to the end.

I was informed about A.R.M. in March 2012. What a wonderful place when you have absolutely no place to turn. The hot meals provided, the friendly people who work there who pray for the homeless; the different churches that come in to minister to the homeless; the encouragement for sobriety with A.R.M.s sobriety program. The Rescue Mission is great as a stepping stone. It is a place to utilize when you seem to be in a dead end turn in life. Kudos to A.R.M.!

Arent a shelter (really), have few resources to help a large homeless population, but manages to secure lucrative contracts. They bus in convicts and people with major addiction issues and leave them in a single-family residential neighborhood and one block from an elementary school. Theyve broken many zoning pacts with the city and neighborhood association with impunity. If you care about helping the homeless in Albuquerque, donate instead to Healthcare for the Homeless or the Storehouse as they actually render more services and bang for the buck. Dont let Albuquerque Rescue Missions name change to Steel Bridge fool you; same folks, same gimmick.

Steelbridge is a family ran organization. There is no real job security if you are not part of the core family that it is run by or if you do not attend the church of the pastor who holds the top set. Many employees have been fire without any prior write ups and without good reasons for termination. The core group is allowed to freely slander other employees and many times without consequence. Ultimately Steelbridge is a stressful place to work and often takes away the joy of its employees who are not favored.

This Place is A Joke. I only have it 1 Star because I couldnt leave a review without doing so. This is suppose to be a Bible Based Recovery Facility. But the treat you like your still a junkie and if your mom or dad help you out a lot their sick/perverted minded and twisted staff will accuse you and your parent of being in a sexual/pimp like/sugar daddy or mommy relationship and they will discuss this with the other residents or your PO or CYFD. I get it that if your looking at SteelBridge, your wanting to live a Clean and Sober life and thats so great but really do your homework and research these places before you sign 6mo-1yr with them just to be kicked out and brought back for the faculties entertainment. Good Luck and Stay Strong but be weary because the Devils definitely inside SteelBridges employees hearts and is lurking around that entire facility.
