Lovely helpful drivers and receptionist. Online app is a nightmare. They wanted me to leave at 4:15am!!!!! for a 10 :15 flight. Call them directly and if you feel the driver has been extra helpful, give them the tip! Forget the online app !

It says on the website that they love their customers. Im in one of their vans right now as an escort for my family member who is being transported in his wheelchair. IM NOT FEELING THE LOVE!Added next day: The driver arrived before I had my family member dressed and packed up to leave the hospital and be transported to rehab. The hospital gave me little notice of arrangements being made. Then I was waiting for them to get wound dressings done. So driver was delayed 20 minutes. I guess Sandia drivers are under a lot of pressure to stick to a schedule. This guy had anger issues. The stony silence was awful. After we got in the van, he left the vehicle for 10 minutes. Windows were all up and heat in vehicle was oppressive. He sulked the entire ride, speeding at times. I felt like he was trying to scare us. At the rehab center, he put my family member partially into the entrance between automatic doors. Then he walked back to vehicle. Doors closed on my family members feet (who had recent toe surgery.) My arms were full of stuff wed packed, so I couldnt pull the wheelchair back in time. I called for him to help. He expressed no concern whatsoever . . . just persisting in his miserable silent treatment. The guy gave new meaning to the phrase, passive-aggressive. Im glad I didnt leave my very frail and very sick family member to travel alone with this nut. Standards of civility are pretty high in New Mexico. This experience was uncommonly chilling. I called Sandia the next morning. The person on the phone excused herself to call someone in her office an idiot, then told me she was dealing with an irate customer. Yeah, they sure love their customers.

This is my third experience, every one the same. They get me there but NEVER answer. I have spent a total of 5 hours wait on 3 trips. Worthless and unapologetic

Very professional and happy people. Good experiences. Always let me know when to expect them, which is real important. They are excellent as a medical transportation company and very considerate of their clients.

At 4pm on Saturday 10/26/19 the driver of Wheelchair van #507 was tailgating me severely going east on Indian School Rd between Carlisle and San Mateo. He apparently had someone in the back possibly as a passenger. The driver kept running up on me, then backing off, then doing it again. I flashed my brake lights, but he kept doing it and laughing. When he was able to get around me he stuck his arm out the window and flipped me off. I caught up to him and got the van # and company name off the side of the van making me have to drive 60 in a 40 mph zone to keep up with him. He then turned left onto San Mateo and stuck his head and arm out the window to flip me off again and almost hit the median. This needs to be reported to the New Mexico Department of Transportation.

NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY. I just had the most disgusting experience with Sandia Transportation and its driver Andy Lugo. I was trying to load my dad from his recent hospital stayat the VA. I was as close as I could get still allowing me to open my door for him to get in. Now my father has serious health issues ( hence the hospital stay). One being he has heat failure which causes edema in his legs. He cant walk far, and has to take rest periods to walk or stand. The diver of Sandia Transportation pulled up behind me, gets annoyed that I am parked right in front to load my dad. Tries to go around me which he could have, but instead backs up leaves it in reverse to keep the noise going off. All the while my dad is asking me for just a few more seconds. When my dad is able to get in I close my door load his Walker and take off. Total time 5 min. As I look in my review mirror I see him flip me off. I stopped and asked him if he was flipping me off he replied yes and then proceeded to cuss me out spewing F words and calling me foul names as well. I told him the circumstance and he still kept going. I was shaking by the time I left I was so disgusted that someone could be so disgusting to a veteran in such a moment of weakness.

Just witnessed a driver going East on 1-40 weaving in and out of traffic. Driver took off so fast I wasnt able to get a plate number or driver number. They exited at Louisiana, I sure hope he/she was not transporting anyone at the time.

Two hours after calling for transport back Genesis Rehab Center we are still waiting for the ride. Waiting with two handicapped people for whom it is difficult to sit for long periods of time without swelling setting in. Feeling trapped and very unhappy!!

DRUNK TRANSPORT DRIVER- Since it is near impossible to speak to a person for this company i am reporting this on here. This am I had to report to APD on 03/22/2019 at 8;15 for a driver for Sandia transportation, I believe the white van number was 503 with a handicap sign on the passenger side . He was driving north bound on Unser and Montano turning east on montano into the north subdivision about 15 feet from the Montano and unser light. He was either heavily intoxicated!! or on drugs. For about 2 miles he almost hit about 10 cars, swerving and falling asleep at the wheel. At the light he almost rear ended me since he was so slow at reacting I called apd twice to find this person before he picks up someone for transport and severely hurts himself or others! He was a male Hispanic man with dark sunglasses middle aged hard to tell while I was driving.
