They also have a way cool atmosphere of encouraging each other to overcome and lots of classes and training to improve. Great way to work on any wellness and confidence goals. There are mini successes every single visit and before you know it, you are accomplishing things you never thought possible. All trainers are extremely talented and the entire staff is welcoming and makes it a point to know your name and offer encouragement. Going to Ninja Park is definitely a highpoint in both my and my daughters day.

My husband and I became members the first night we tried it in fall 2016. Thanks for the great intro, Charles! We took the plunge on personal training for 2017 and absolutely love working with Leigha. She is fun, focused, and that little push we need to stay motivated. We love learning new techniques for building up skills and strength for the obstacles. A bonus is that Leigha is not afraid to learn from us, too. My husband is a physical therapist and I am an occupational therapist; Leigha is always open to feedback based on what we know about the human body. Overall, we are pleased with the programs Ninja Park has to offer. I am always recommending it to my pediatric clients families, especially for those kiddos who just need extra heavy work and routine to get them just right.

We recently held a birthday party at Ninja Core for my 9 year old daughter and 10 of her closest friends and it was a blast from start to finish. The kids had a GREAT time! The parents had an easy time of it, we got to watch the kids have a super fun time and relax while Ninja Core did the rest - they even busted out the pizzas! They have a well designed party space for the pizza, then cake and presents part, where you are off to the side but can still see all the goings on in the gym. Overall a 10 thumbs up!

This is my favorite gym. They have everything you need to progress your goals. Weight room, tire flipping, training devices for balance, rock climbing, and plenty of equipment at their disposal ranging from resistance bands, to BOSUs. They give you a wide array of grip training with their many grip shapes (cylinder, sphere, etc) of any volume or size (narrow, thick, etc.) and textures (smooth or rough surface). They run some interesting and challenging classes and the staff is very helpful. The staff is encouraging and friendly; theyre eager to help coach you on your technique and see you succeed.

Our son is a sixteen year old with autism. The supportive atmosphere, combined with obstacles that offer progressive difficulty and skill levels at Ninja Park immediately appealed to him. He now trains twice a week at Ninja Park and has benefited greatly, not only in physical development and strength, but more importantly he gains confidence in his abilities to tackle everyday challenges with a measured, graduated approach that lowers his anxiety and builds his confidence. Garret’s training has molded Dylan into a lean, strong young man who feels better about himself.

Fun place to play with your upper body muscles. A lot unique equipment and jungle gym like exercise walls. However I do caution those that ARE in shape and have never been to a Ninja before: these activities are dangerous and falling and hurting yourself is a likely scenario without training. Except for two instances the staff seemed to care less if my group did or did not use the equipment correctly or safely. On top of this the workout equipment is squeezed into tight spaces throughout the building making an accidental fall possibly really bad. Hurting my shoulder at the Ninja gym put me out of commission from rock climbing and other exercise etc for almost 6 weeks.

My son loves it there and Charles the teacher is great. Although I only gave it 3 stars because I know there are somethings that they need to improve on. The first item is that they let the kids play on the equipment when an instructor is not in the room. Secondly, they do not have enough floor padding or none at all in some areas. Thirdly, some of their activities are no good for anybody, such as, hopping on very small foam blocks where I saw numerous kids turn their ankles. Lastly, walking in and out of there is too easy and I would not feel comfortable leaving my child there without my direct supervision, even for 10 minutes as they might get hurt due to lack of teachers. The ratio to kid is too high! Sometimes 14 to 1 in all different areas of the gym.

I havent been to any other ninja gyms so I cant really compare, but theyve got a large variety of obstacles that represent pretty much everything Ive seen on the show, laid out so you can flow between them and not have to worry about colliding with anyone on other obstacles. Went to Ninja Park earlier this year for a Yelp event and had a great time. It was great to be able to try the obstacles you see on Ninja Warrior and see how you stack up. Which is poorly most of the time. haha The instructors were very friendly and encouraging. Never once felt like they were judging someone who was out of shape and couldnt complete an obstacle. Everyone at the event was full of smiles the entire time. I have not seen the expanded space but hope to one day soon go again.

I took my kids here for a trial class. They were lectured and ridiculed by the instructor. My son was lectured because he had trouble with an obstacle. It was his first time trying it! Of course he might have trouble with it! The lecture held up the entire line of kids until they were all standing there watching my son get lectured and listening to every word.He was thoroughly embarrassed. My daughter was made to do pushups in front of the entire class because she couldnt yell as loud as the other kids, even though she did fantastic on the obstacles. Who cares how loud she yells, she has a soft voice! I have never seen a childrens class run as poorly as this instructor did. If you try it, be sure to stay far away from Kal-el as the instructor. He will yell at the kids, bark instructions, and assume that everyone knows exactly what he wants them to do with little-to-no instruction, whether it is your first day or your 1,000th. I wasnt that impressed with the gym either. There werent that many obstacles or that much room to work out. I could see where people would be getting in each others way if it got a little crowded. And the guy sitting at the front desk who spent an entire hour role-playing with stuffed ducks... very unprofessional. Overall just a terrible experience.

If I had the opportunity to give negative stars, I would. We had an absolute horrible experience last Friday night. It was my sons 8th birthday party and my wife and son left crying. We should have backed out 3 weeks before when we had yet to receive any contact from Ninja Park nor had we received the email invites. It was only after we went over there that we realized all of our contact information was incorrect and they had no idea about our upcoming party. Then, we were supposed to receive a confirmation call for the head count and it never occurred. We called the day before and the employee that answered the phone said they didnt do parties on Friday nights and suggested we had the wrong location. The next day, the day of the party, we called to speak to a manager. They confirmed the party and we gave a final headcount of 20 people and ordered an extra pizza. When we arrived the night of the party, we were greeted by rude and snappy staff. They were understaffed for the party with 1 employee giving directions to the children. This was a birthday party for an 8 year old, so naturally the kids were excited and rambunctious. The coach at the beginning was yelling at the kids, threatening to sit them out before instructing them on their expectations and obviously flustered. When we made a complaint at the front desk, they immediately pulled her out of the party, but they were so understaffed that they had to put her back in. During the obstacle course, the rudeness continued and the female the jumped in had to leave, so we were stuck with the rude coach. At 8:45 PM, we were told that the pizza was going to be late because they forgot to order it. We were then put in an extremely hot room with no air conditioning for the pizza party. At the end of the party, when we had to cash out, the coaches apologized, admitting they were flustered, told us they were only summer hires, they had never worked a party that big and said they were booked last minute. They did not charge us for the extra pizza nor did they charge us for the extra five kids. We told them we would call and speak with a manager on Monday because we just wanted to get out of there. On Monday, we spoke with Jessica (the manager) to discuss our experience. She told us that the coach had called her the next day and admitted that the party was a disaster. She admitted they were understaffed and said 3 people should have been assigned to that party. She said she would have the owner call us no later than Wednesday for an in-person meeting. Wednesday came and went without a call. I called on Wednesday night and left a message with the front desk, but still did not receive a call. I called again Friday morning, left a message and then finally called again Friday night. On Friday night, Jessica said we would have to wait 2 weeks so she can investigate what happened leading up to the party. She said that she felt 1 free pizza and 5 free kids would more than safice.Basically, I feel that they should have reimbursed us for the party and personally called us to apologize for the horrible experience. I have been to Ninja Core for a birthday party and it was completely satisfied with the customer experience. I HIGHLY discourage you all from giving Ninja Park any business. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, visit Ninja Core.Thank you for listening to me vent.Reece
