Gave these guys a call when our furnace stopped working. The secretary was helpful and scheduled a technician for the next day. The tech went right to work and solved the problem in only 15 minutes! He also explained to me what the problem was and offered some maintenance suggestions. Would definitely recommend.Glad to have a warm house again.

I strongly do NOT recommend. If it is not fixed the first time, he will charge for a 2nd home visit which is total BS. The cherry on top is the excessive mark up on parts. Stay away.

Prompt service at a great price. Mel got the job done at a fraction of the other guys. Aaron his employee was also awesome. Id highly recommend them.

The wife (Billie) refused to let me speak to Mel Muller the husband after a written complaint was given about their company accessing a property on an earlier date than the scheduled written appointment was given by their office (Photo Attached). The company was not given permission to enter prior to the date of their scheduled appointment regardless if their was a lockbox on the property or not. The wife stated that for 30 years that they have been in business that if there is a lockbox on the property they can go in anytime even if they have a scheduled appointment for a different date and time and do not need to let the Realtors or the owners know that they will go in the property earlier than their scheduled date.They want to charge a fee for going back to the property on their written scheduled appointment because they chose to not notify anyone that they would be entering a day before their appointment. They did not have the owners permission to enter since they live in the home and would need to know if someone was coming over.Billie said she would absolutely not go back out without an extra charge. I wish the outcome and customer service was different, best of luck to this business.

Unable to speak with the actual contractor for work, wife is extremely rude and unhelpful. Was told I would be receiving a callback and was not called. Customer service is not the forefront of this company.

My furnace stopped working shortly after puchasing a new home. Luckily, Mel was available and personally came out on short notice late in the evening to help repair it. Unfortunately the first fix didnt work, but Mel came back and applied a second fix which solved the problem entirely. He didnt charge for the second visit. He both took my concerns seriously and helped explain the issues without condescension.
