Very nice friendly people got me in and out pretty decently but the only downside was you have to back up from the street into the dock you have to make sure you watch both sides cuz boy do the cars love going around you

Trucks coming from 25N and approaching Wilshire, Ave, circle around the block first like in the picture, Jefferson St > Alameda Blvd -> San Mateo Blvd -> Wilshire, park somewhere on the right side of Wilshire nearby and walk over to check, or pull right into one of the 2 dock areas and check in.Do a normal back into the dock. Lanes on the street are double wide, so plenty of backing space, little traffic on street. Dont pull through their tiny car space area to make the back easier, its already easy enough from the street and plenty of room in front of the docks.Leave seal on, theyll take it off. Trailer doors open even though its a wide dock door.

Pretty easy route, I got off I-25N via exit 233 to get onto Alameda Blvd NE. Turn left onto Alameda Blvd NE and stayed in left lane until San Mateo Blvd NE. Turn left and stay onto San Mateo Blvd NE until you get to Wilshire Ave NE. Turn right onto Wilshire Ave NE until you reach Heller Dist/cold front dist. Youre already set up for driver side back at the second entrance where youll see the 2 docks. Not a busy street, just take your time, easy back and plenty of room

If u reched at night, just back on the door and sleep ..they will come [email protected] ammy appointment time is 8 am , bt they unloading me at 7am

Best if you arrive the night before your 5am-10am delivery time.First, no one is around and you can take your time docking to one of the fronttwo dock doors facing Wilshire Avenue. Back in from the street.Second, you wont have to start your clock until AFTER theyve completed your unload,so if they take longer then other places, it doesnt matter.Youll still have a full 11 hours to drive once done here.

The folks here were gracious to take meba day early and unloaded quickly(less than 2 hrs). Thanks!! Another driver suggested taking roundabout way via Jefferson to Alameda to San Mateo to Wilshire. This proved excellent. If you turn directly off Jefferson youll have to likely blindside back to the dock. Go around the block, so to speak, to avoid blindsiding.

They got me unloaded fairly quick once I was in a door but there was a claim on my load. my claims department didnt like one of the product codes they gave me so I went bank into the office to get a different one. Apparently the ONLY person that could get me a different number was the guy who unloaded me. He stood there and told me he was going to lunch and Id have to wait 30 minutes for him to get back. Are the employees here part of a union? Could he really not spare five minutes to go get a different number? Seriously??

Appt. 5am currently 9:30 have not touched our truck! Ppl just milling around smoking!
