I’m grateful that I’ve never had to plan a funeral before. Our brother passed away unexpectedly and I had to coordinate everything by myself. I live on the East Coast and the team that I was working with was amazing. I don’t think anything was left out because they made suggestions, I was clueless. I think it has all come together quite well. I picked up my brothers remains yesterday and they were so gracious to wait for me. My flight arrived late afternoon and then I needed to get a car and find their location. Situations like this can be stressful but with their help my stress was greatly reduced. Super dissatisfied. Paid for a necklace that I never received. They never call the customers to make them aware that the necklace was no longer in stock. Still holding a piece of my dads ashes to put in a necklace I’ll never get. No regards to anyone’s feelings and just plain a waste of your time.

Ill make this quick as I dont want to relive too much of this horrid experience. I am next of Kin and Affordable Cremations forged my signature to obtain my mothers body from OMI, and to obtain a copy of her finger prints that I didnt even request. I find out later that they are doing all these things at the behest of my mothers half sisters who then try to set a date for the services and not tell me. I ordered a closed casket as my mother was in bad shape in what I was told is called stage two decomp. I go out to get flowers and when I return they have the casket open against my wishes and to the horror of her family and friends. Dont trust this company you will regret it.

Miriam was so great. She has done such a wonderful job helping me with my mothers cremation and has gone above and beyond. They also helped me with my fathers passing last year. We were on a very tight schedule and had to have everything done within a week. Affordable delivered and were so amazing which made me call them for my mom without question. Thank you to all the staff at Affordable for making 2 of the hardest days in my life easier.

Miriam was scheduled to call us to plan a cremation for my mother at 10AM. She had to be paged twice, I finally got a call back around 10:40AM, the she needed to call me back.... after 11AM. She was short and rude to me.... I will NEVER recommend this place. Terrible manners, like it was my fault she didn’t call us on time or have any information. Miriam, I hope someone treats you the same as you treated us when someone you love dies.

Affordable burial and cremation was amazingly supportive and efficient. The team helped me every step of the way and I was so grateful for the pre-planning we did and how well it worked out in the end. Miriam was absolutely amazing with every facet of my mothers final plans and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I will be referring you to all my family and friends and thank you again for all of your help during the most difficult time in my life I cannot express in words how grateful I am for all of your help.

It was a huge relief to come to Affordable Cremation as a large burden came off of me as I was understandably distraught. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They treated me like I was family and it helped me immensely. Everything was very smooth. I had gone to another Cremation Business and was treated like I was in a factory,. So I walked out . Miriam is so kind, compassionate, and considerate! She went above and beyond and bent over backwards to help me and our whole family with my Moms 😭 funeral. I know my Mom is in heaven with Jesus Who she loved and served 🙏 all her life, but it is so nice when people treat you and your deceased loved one kindly and respectfully when you are already dealing with this grief and loss! I definitely would recommend this funeral home to everyone!! The staff treated me and and our whole family as if we were their family! So sympathetic, respectful and professional!! Besides all that, the price was extremely low for the professional services that were provided.

Gailyn and Jennifer handled all the details for my sisters recent passing. They were very patient and professional throughout. When another family member wanted changes to certain things that had already been decided, Gailyn and Jennifer made the changes and made us feel completely at ease. I appreciate the way they handled everything during this stressful time.

Thank you to all at Affordable Cremation my husband passed in the middle of covid 2020 even though they were extremely busy Gailyn Barela and her team were so professional and helpful threw the whole process. We worked directly with Miriam and could not have done it with out her. She helped in the process from start to finish, helped select the urn and made sure it met our needs and was even able to help us meet our timeline. We worked locally at first and then finished up everything long distance. She communicated with us and kept us informed about our options and progress. Thank you for all your help.

Dealing with my fathers death should have taken a week to finalize, but his wife made it impossible. I met with Miriam and explained the situation. She said she would do what she could to help and I couldnt Believe how above and beyond she went in helping my family deal with the waiting and numerous phone calls to my dads wife who was out of state and wouldnt sign the papers. She did more than anyone would have expected and after three months, he was finally cremated. I owe all of this to her and I honestly feel without her, this would have taken more then six months and an unnecessary trip to Arizona. I thank her with all my heart and my father can now rest in peace. I cant say enough about how amazing her service was. Thank you ♥️

Awful service. They cant fill an order on time. They rarely do what they say theyre going to do and charge you more for it in the end anyways the people who work there are unprofessional and they really dont give a damn about what theyre clients are going through. If youre looking to bury your loved ones with some dignity I would suggest you go to Riverside.

They were just awesome, they did everything they had to and much more, perfectly, im so greatful to them they made my Fathers services amazingly wonderful, my mother eas more then happy with their services i do recommend them they are the best. They dropped the ball from the get go. From not ordering the cremation and urn to forgetting to give us his military emblem it just got worse. They called an hour before the service to tell us they got the wrong date! Everyone had to turn around and take another day off from work and school. No sympathy from owner just excuses. Save yourself the added heartache, go elsewhere!

We are not a rich family. We went into affordable our first choice we were greeted with kindness and treated as this was the most important thing in the world we told her we were going to shop around Miss Ashley we went to three other funeral homes we were treated like customer and just wanted our money we return back to Affordable because of how we were treated Ashley and her staff were remarkable and can never thank them enough at a time like this when a family is grieving Ashley and her staff make it easier
