My very expensive light fixtures I had customs made, took 6 months to finally receive from over seas. Got all the way to customs in LA just fine. To end up getting destroyed between Cali and New Mexico in the matter of hours. So unbelievably disgusted with this company. To top it all off, They won’t deliver my items that I have paid for in full 100% since the day they were ordered, without approval from the original shipper. I would like to see first hand what was destroyed so I can have the evidence for my refund. This company is terrible to work with!

Daily I drive by ABQ Express, and I am reminded that they choose to do business with Forward Air. Forward Air received my shipment and delivered it to the ABQ Express docks and then to my house. 90% of this shipment I received was damaged. ABQ Express enabled Forward Air to deliver the broken goods to my home. ABQ Express and Forward Air are both negligent. It makes no sense to deliver damaged items to a customer and to accept no responsibility.I filed a claim with ECU Trucking for the damages made by Forward Air. Forward Air admitted to the damages, but refused to pay the claim.The least that ABQ Express could do is to cancel their contract with Forward Air.

Well, where do I start? This company and the manager, Sammy, is horrible with customer service. She needs some kind of training on how to fix issues and training on being better organized. I ordered something from Home Depot and this company was given the task of delivering the package. First I was told it would be delivered May 18th, never arrived. Then I was told June 1st, never arrived. I called them I was told June 4th or 5th and still has not came. Each one of these days I stayed home and waited for this package but nothing. When calling today and talking to Sammy. I told her I needed it delivered today and now they are telling me it’s. It going to go out til June 8th. You got to understand why I do not believe that since I have been told different dates, 4 different times. She became really rude and started yelling then hung up on me. I called back and she was rude and hung up on me again. She said she had no trucks to deliver. Well in this modern age of technology, what you do is you call your driver and tell him or her to come pick up the item that was promised to get delivered and fulfill the shipment as promised. I explained June 8th is not a good time because I won’t be home but she did not care. Apparently she doesn’t understand that we live in a high theft town and I do not want my delivery outside. It’s pretty easy to get resolved but instead she wanted to yell at her customer and be rude. Maybe she needs to look into another job that fits her lack of customer service.

Keisha and Angie at Land Air Express took great care of our special needs shipping unusual items and dimensions. Not only were their prices more competitive, they didnt freak out over our unusual dimensions and packaging. I will be using Land Air Express for our business needs from now on - and recommending them every chance I get!

Beware - I purchased a ticket online. Called to cancel two days prior to the trip. There is no refund available, only a credit that expires in a month.

The two females that answer the phone and dealt with is in person, are so rude, one would think that they are being forced to work here with no pay. When we finally found where to pick up our large, damaged box, the male who brought it out on the forklift thought it was funny that the box was damaged. The way he tore around on the forklift, miss treating it, I dont know how they can afford to stay in business. Will call the company I bought my product from and let them know how ABQ EXPRESS treated us and our product. Would give no stars if possible.

This company is so financially on the edge of bankruptcy they park their big moving trucks in residential neighborhoods and store people goods in rental houses garages.Can a moving company use rental houess for a commercial business. Not to mention the traffic hazard this big truck in our neighborhood presents.This company will be sued, only a matter of time before an auto accident happens at this particular intersection where the ABQ express renter parks the big moving truck.If they list 2400 Alamo Ave SE as a business address then why would they park their big trucks in residential neighborhoods. Stay away from this business. Very unprofessional.
