Was a great place to work up until I got my first complaint in over 2 1/2 years of employment. I worked every holiday the entire time I worked for this company. Also had numerous positive surveys emailed in from the end-users I assisted. From the time the pandemic started even the times before COVID-19 I had worked several pay periods of over 110 hours sometimes 120 130 145+ but when I received my very first complaint they fired me. No questions for me nothing, they didnt even play the recorded call for me like it states they do. Wasnt allowed to defend and or even speak for myself. Was told if I had a rebuttal to email HR. I wonder if that is the real reason I even got fired for.

The way they select leadership is insulting and embarrassing. This is why they can’t retain good employees and quality is always subpar. There is nothing to work towards here.They promoted individuals who had no knowledge of systems that others had years of experience on. The new “leaders” didn’t respect anyone and resorted to saying “do the work because I don’t know how.” One of the new supervisors literally quit a week after his promotion...If any of the hospitals they hold contracts with knew exactly what went on they would search elsewhere immediately.This is not a service desk, it is a call center.

Horrible! Worst 5 years ever, only good experience were my friends/co-workers.

Overall I would say Kemtah is a great place to spend your days. I work for them periodically as an independent contractor and consultant. The environment is no different than what you would have find at Honeywell or Lockheed Martin, fun people, easy going as long as contracts are in good standing, and enjoyable overall (set your own hours). Under the new CEO, Kemtah has been rapidly expanding and has the mindset / feel of a start-up which is pretty exciting. I must say that some of the projects that I hear about are cutting edge and pretty darn cool (the iOS Development especially). They definitely think differently, which a good thing.
