John was helpful. iRepair NM managed to fix my frozen iPhone quickly and at a reasonable price. The Verizon stores that au went to before coming to iRepair NM were unable to help me and wanted only to replace the phone.

Great price, quick and efficient, lovely little pug dog up front ! Also, a fun Pac-Man game you can play while waiting… or go next door for an ice cream. So glad I chose to go here to get my iPhone screen replaced!

Amazing service! Incredibly quick turnaround, and they did it for 100 bucks less than anyone else. I have a onePlus 8 5g, for which its really hard to get parts apparently. Only 4 shops in town could help me and they all wanted 200-250 dollars, saying it would take at least a week to get the parts in. But these guys did it for less than 100 bucks, and got the new screen in the next day. They are champions! keep up the great work, and thank you for the excellent service : )

Excellent location, very visible from main road. Staff are awesome and very knowledgeable. The have some great deals on newer iPhone’s, and their trade-in deals are higher than most any other place in town. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend going just about anywhere else BUT this place if you need anything fixed. Id even suggest trying to fix it yourself with a blindfold on.The shop owner fixed my granddaughters iPad after waiting two weeks for it when they told us it would only take a couple days. The screen came back all messed up. After reading reviews from others online I opted out of calling to complain for my money back because I am too old to be yelled at by another adult. a Professional at that. I was suggested not to go back when a dear friend (who sold her phone here without knowing the hiccup they created) said she went in and overheard the owner Alan as well as the workers gossiping and making fun of people.This is one of the tackiest most unprofessional repair shops you can find in Albuquerque. please do not spend your hard earned money in this dump.

Super fast and easy and a reasonable price. I dropped my iPhoneX today and cracked the screen. I dropped it off and picked it up within the hour with a new screen and they even threw in a tempered glass. All together it was only about $95. Very professional attitude and service. Support local!

I recommend going just about anywhere else. Ever since they fixed my phone it has not worked properly since. Its going to cost less to get a new phone than it will to let these people anywhere near it again.

This place is amazing! I dropped some water on my MacBook and it completely stopped functioning. I called all over town to different repair places and no one was helpful. Then I called IRepairNM and not only were they knowledgeable they also asked me how quickly I could come over so they could try to save the laptop before the water damaged the motherboard. (I would never have known that if they hadn’t told me). They fixed it for me within about four hours (!) and kept me updated by phone every step of the way. Seriously y’all, don’t call around, just head to iRepairNM....they are absolutely awesome! Just so so professional and helpful!

Cracked my phone screen and went to get it fixed here. It was dead when I got it back so I came home to charge it and the screen didn’t work. Took it back the next day and when they were done with it they said that they aren’t at fault for the screen not working even though the phone worked completely fine when I took it there I just wanted the screen replaced. Also it wasn’t the first time I have taken my phone there to get the screen fixed. They normally charged me 60 dollars but this time my girlfriend took my phone in and they charged her 80 since she obviously didn’t know any better. Pretty disgusted with this company and I will be making sure that I and none of my friends ever take their phones to someone who took advantage of a female for money.

Yikes. I will never go back here. I came here to get my phone screen fixed. My phone hasnt worked right since they got their hands on it. Somehow in replacing it they made it so that my touch sensor is almost constantly malfunctioning. It types random letters some of the time, rapidly erases what Ive typed some of the time, and even when its working properly, I have to lock the screen and open it back up anywhere from 1-5 times to get anything at all to type. BEWARE! Spend your money else where, this place is a scam. I unfortunately took my iPhone XS here for needed repairs. The first day after I received the phone back, I had to immediately return to the shop for additional work to be done. One of my volume buttons had stopped working and about a week after that my phone continued to produce issues it has never had before. Buttons stopped working, Face ID (when enabled) no longer worked, the screen not lighting properly or at all. Overall the repairs were extremely expensive. The work was subpar. I ended up having to buy a replacement phone within a month of repairs due to these issues created by this shop. The whole ordeal cost substantially more than having replaced the phone initially (I had to pay additional when trading in my phone for the issues created from the repairs). Overall, this business is completely unprofessional, rude to their customers, and does substandard work.

Fabulous company!! My old faithful iPhone 6s Plus needed some work. The screen was shattered, not cracked, but shattered! In dire need of a new battery and screen protector. 25 minutes later Im on my way out the door, bidding farewell to Ray the magical technician, Allen the owner and Elwood the sweet pug. Very nice guys, clean and tidy shop, following COVID19 mandates and they are knowledgeable about just about everything electronic. iPhones, Droids, iPads, tablets, etc. Competitive pricing. IRepairNM essentially broke my phone, and now I have to pay even more money than if I had just gone somewhere else.Took my phone in around 4:30 Friday 11/13 for a simple cracked screen repair. Was told it would only take 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, they suddenly tell me they screwed up and to wait 20 more minutes. I leave and then call back to see if its ready. They tell me theyve broken the Home button on my iPhone and that they cant fix it. They say to give them yet another 20 minutes, so I do and then call back. They said they will need to refund my money because they cant fix the button that they broke. I pick up my phone, and now I have to deal with having the only button on my phone being broken. The new screen they put on doesnt even look professionally done. So now I have to spend $150 to take to the Apple store and fix whatever theyve done. It wouldve saved me money, time, and a ton of frustration had I just gone somewhere else.

Irepair is great! I have done business with Allen before the shop was open and he was mobile. I have had multiple phones repaired and referred anyone who needs their phone fixed there as well. As recently as yesterday my ipad was repaired there within a day after being at another shop for over 2 months! My mistake! I should have come here first! Allan had the part in stock and repaired it and it was picked up today! Great service I will be going back!

Excellent service, I completely shattered my iPhone Screen at work and my phone was pretty much useless. I took in my iPhone 7 and the repair was done in less than 15 mins and I was provided with a free screen protector because I was referred by a friend. The best part is you don’t have to order your own phone screen like those vendors in the mall that take hours to fix your screen and they don’t even do it right. I definitely prefer irepair overall

DO NOT TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP!! I took two Iphone Xs in to repair the back glass. When I picked up the phones ALAN the owner, turned them on for a few seconds, showed me the screens and turned them off. When I got home and later turned them on to charge them, one of the phones began to get vertical lines running down the center of the display screen and got darker and darker. I called ALAN the next day to tell him about it and ALAN BECAME IRATE began YELLING AT ME. He accused me of dropping the phone (I didnt) and would not stand behind their work, and then wanted to charge me another $59 to fix THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP. I called another cell phone repair company and they told me that when vertical lines appear like that after a repair, it means that THE REPAIR COMPANY DAMAGED THE OLED inside the phone and it has nothing to do with dropping a phone as ALAN had accused me of. They told me that its common mistake when people who repair phones dont know what theyre doing!!! He told me that the reason the vertical lines did not show up right away is because the screen needs to be on for several minutes for the colored lines to show through. I tried to talk with ALAN to see if he would stand behind his work and all I got was an extremely ANGRY, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL man who YELLED at me and REFUSED TO STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. BE WARY OF THIS PLACE!!!So the second half of this story... I just took the phone to a professional who fixed it and showed me that the phone was REPAIRED WITH A USED PART THAT HAD BURN MARKS ALL OVER THE INSIDE. I wondered why there was such a strong chemical/burn smell to both iphones Alan repaired. I thought I would ask him for a refund but after Alans response to the first part of my review, he doesnt appear to be in a safe state of mind and he clearly doesnt tell the truth, so I would rather let the refund go. The drunken text at midnight the owner referred to in his response to this review was actually a very brief and polite text message at 7:44 p.m. (See Screenshot of text attached.). STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THESE GUYS ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.
