The workers were really nice but I had some problems off the bat. I took in my iPad for a screen repair and it wasn’t too expensive but as soon as I got it back there were weird ripples with the screen a few days passed and it went away for the most part tho. The real problem came a while later. At first the home button was a little off but still functional but the more time passed the glue holding the screen together loosened? I’m not sure how it works but the screen is slowly pealing off and the home button no longer works. It just sits loose in the socket. Kinda upset but it’s still functional for the most part so that’s that.

I broke my screen on my pixel 5 and needed to get it replaced, went in and they needed to order it. Took a couple days to get in and they called me and had it turned around within 45 mins after drop off. Very happy with the service and quality of the work.

Super friendly. Fixed my iPad for much less than apple care would have been in total. Only took like 2 hours. Going to bring the kids iPad in to fix that next. So happy I found this place!

Got two phones fixed and a call they were ready ahead of schedule!

They were able to fix my Note 9 in about a hour and a half. Asurion covered the majority of the fix, all I paid was $29!

The young man was attentive. I was quoted a price before I went in. Then once there he gave me a lower price. He informed me that the price was lowered by $25. He didnt have to do that. So you bet I am going back there and will recommend CPR to anyone else who needs Cell phone service.

My glass screen is broken there is nothing wrong with the screen underneath they want to charge me $300 just to fix a glass screen that is how much my phone is worth I could just buy another one too expensive and too rude

It was wonderful! Favorite placed the screen on my Samsung A51 and it looks brand new! I even brought my new case in and they were nice enough to install it correctly for me. :)

I had been procrastinating with repairing my iphoneXR because Im usually picky with service places. I had decided to give this place a try after browsing several stores in my area, viewing websites and reviews. I had made an appointment online at 12 am the night before after getting an estimate online for my issues. Then came in at 2 pm the next day wondering how this process worked but all I did was tell them I had a phone repair appointment at 2. (I was also about 8 min late) and they printed me a reciept, told me I can pay after the service is finished and I just left them with my phone for an hour. Came back and My screen was as a good as new. I also decided to have them wipe my phone as well, which they did for free because I had just had a screen repair. After another hour, I was happily using my phone like before it ever broke! I was happy that my facial recognition was still working great as well. After all was done I believe I paid 161.?? (Dont remember the change) but for that price, and the service that came with it? It was a steal. 10/10 would come back. Amazing customer sevice, I had the most polite person helping me! Thank you for saving me a few hundred dollars CPR!

The only reason I give them 4 stars is they were supposed to have my item by last Thursday and I never heard back from them so I called them on Monday to see if my part had arrived. They said they forgot to call me. Didnt appreciate the delay.

Jarod was awesome. He explained what he was going and how long it would take and the cost for the initial exam. He also explained the potential problems based on the symptoms I told and what the added cost might be after he opened the phone.Well, he didnt fix it! He confirmed the failure and when he opened the phone couldnt find any of the easy fixes - so he didnt charge me anything and apologized that he couldnt fix because the problem was the motherboard and I needed a new phone.I was impressed with his service, communication and honesty even though I still need to buy a new phone...

The technician was amazing. Just described the problem with my I phone and the technician all ready knew what the problem was. He fixed it within 30 minutes. I was even more pleasantly surprised at how affordable the repair was. I expected to pay 3 times as much. Shattered my iPhone screen yet AGAIN. Last time I had it fixed was at the Paseo location. Unfortunately and oddly enough after that fix my phone stopped pairing with my Bluetooth in my car. So this time that I had it repaired I decided to try the location on Ouray and boy I m glad I did. The young man was nice, fast and friendly. I was in and out in 20minutes and shocking enough as soon as I got in my car and started it my phone paired up with my Bluetooth. I would definitely recommend this location.

Horrid experience! I went to CPR cell phone Repair coors and I-40 store to have a screen protector installed on my phone, the worker installed the screen protector which looks like it was the wrong size and looks like he had cut it himself. I asked him to remove it because I did not want to pay for the screen protector which did not cover the top portion of my screen past the camera (Samsung Galaxy S10 5G)When he removed the screen protector it looks like he had cleaned it prior to installing the screen protector with a dirty microfiber cloth there was hundreds of tiny little scratches going in the same direction he denied scratching the phone I have yet to contact the manager they gave me about three different numbers finally one of the gentleman said that the manager will be in tomorrow but I have yet to receive a call back the store manager said he would not pay for the scratches. I hope I have better luck tomorrow when I speak to the manager of all the local stores

I took my phone in to get fixed, the screen wasnt responding to touch. I was quoted $230, that was right in line with the other repair shop I received a quote from. The reason I went with CPR is they would be able to do a same day fix where as the other shop would take 3 days. I dropped my phone off, both representative were extremely friendly and helpful. An hour later I received a call and was told that my phone had water damage to the mother board and was unfixable. I requested a receipt for my insurance that showed it was unrepairable and they had no problems supplying that. He also emailed me pictures of my phone, just in case. I also was not charged for the phone being looked at, thats always good. CPR provided great customer service. I will most definitely return if ever needed.

Fast service ! Would have appreciated a call when my screen arrived. I did not and would have also liked to know he store I purchased couldn’t install and had to drive to the other side of town for the install.

After calling several places, I finally came across ‘CPR’ through Google. I called, the rep at CPR was very helpful & friendly so, I decided to head over right away. My iPhone 8 had the screen & battery replaced & my iPhone 6 had just the battery replaced.
