The gal who helped me with my screen protector was super nice and informative. She let me know of a new type of screen protector and offered to apply it even though I cant buy it from CPR, Id just have to pay the $10 application fee, which is a total score. It means I dont have to possible ruin my $60 screen protector, lol. She didnt like the first application of a screen protector and redid it for me no problem. Great service, super happy with CPR.

My LG V30 was having charging problems. Rather than jumping at the chance for parts replacement for more $, they tried a simple fix free of charge! To show my appreciation i bought a screen protector, which is great because the big box stores (T-Mobile) said they no longer carry LG accessories.

Found CPR Repair online, called and spoke to a very helpful young lady who was the polar opposite (helpful, competent, knowledgeable, kind) to the others. Dropped it off, got a call in a few hours, picked it up... done. Heres the kicker, FOR $30-$60 LESS THAN THE OTHERS. If you want your device repaired quickly, at the best price, by helpful, competent staff, look no further! Could not give a higher rating!!!

I took my PS4 in because my fan isn’t working properly. I explained this very clearly to the staff. They responded with “ Oh it just needs a deep cleaning”. So I agreed to have my PlayStation cleaned. Once they informed me that my console was ready to be picked up, I headed over. When I arrived the guy behind the counter tells me “ I didn’t really get to test it, but it works fine”. So I pay and take my console home. Not even 25 minutes into playing, my fan shuts off and my console overheats. If the staff would have just listened to me in the first place and actually looked at my fan and extensively tested it. My PlayStation might be working, but they decided that I was wrong and now I’m out $54. I would not recommend going to this place they absolutely do not care what the customers issues are nor do they actually test out there “fix” to see if the issue is gone. Save yourself some time and $54 and just go somewhere else

I was hesitant to believe all the 5-star reviews, but Im here to verify them at least in my experience. ubreakifix refused to help me with my Samsung 7 Edge battery, but CPR replaced it for the price they estimated! Was slower than I would have liked - BUT during Covid-19 stuff shipping is slow, so I blame the logistics of things, and not CPR-Abq. Thank you guys for getting my S7 back in order, Ill definitely come back if I need anything else!

I submitted my initial request through email, I was promptly called back the next morning. I was given a cost estimate and time frame for the repair. The time frame was reasonable as replacement parts needed to be ordered. Phone was fixed ahead of schedule and right on target for cost. The staff also worked with me to arrange alternate pickup by my staff. Phone is working well and looks great.

I went in to have my Pixel 4xl fixed for a cracked screen. Not only did I have to wait longer than the two weeks I was told, for the piece to come in, when they did fix it there was a significant dead spot on it.They re-repaired the screen and now my phone cant hold a charge and the software shuts down randomlyDo not bring your phone here. Go somewhere else.Edit: yes they did contact me, left a voicemail, and I talked with them. If you have supply issues then inform the customer of that beforehand, and keep them updated. I had to call to find out there was a delay. If you couldnt fix my issue and caused more problems on my phone, why would I trust you a third time?

My son brought his phone in to get a written quote for insurance. When the claim was approved he took it in for service and told them it was for insurance but did tell them he had already received a quote. They charged $30 more than the original quote. I went in the next day with original written quote and they would not honor it and refund the $30.00. Very disappointed in the customer service. They will up charge buyer beware!!

My wifes cell phones battery swelled up to the point of pushing open the case. I brought her phone to CPR Albuquerque just before they closed yesterday and got her phone back this morning all fixed and ready to go. The staff was amazing. This is now my Go-To place for repairs.

The man who answered my Call was extremely nice and knowledgeable he answered all my questions and told me to come on in. When I Arrived at the store Around 5 PM I was welcomed instantly. When you call them, an experienced and knowledgable person answers the phone. They were able to schedule me the same day I called. And when the laptop battery they ordered for me was bad (not their fault), they went above and beyond to get it replaced as quickly and as painlessly as possible.

CPR on Wyoming has been my goto cell phone repair for several years. I have always found their work to be high quality, and their service to be excellent. Today was the exception, and I am disappointed.My phone needs a new battery, and unfortunately it is one of those complex expensive ones to replace. I had called to get all the details last week, learning that I have to order on a Monday or Thursday for them to have parts available. Today I called back to order, only to find out that they require that advance payment be made IN PERSON prior to ordering parts for any upcoming repair. Thats a big complication, because I live an hour an a half from Albuquerque, meaning that this repair will require 3 hours of drive time JUST TO ORDER THE PART, then I will have to come back and drop the phone off another day to do the actual repair. That change in the CPR company policy would effectively cost me 2 days off work just driving around, instead of a quick drop-off while Im running other errands.Frustrated, I thanked the polite clerk that answered the phone and hung up ... fully intending to write this review ... then decided to call the store back and ask if I could handle this directly by writing to the owner. I dont expect them to change a workable policy just for me, but as an existing customer I felt it more appropriate to make my comments to the stores owner instead of online. As an entrepreneur myself, I always prefer an opportunity to address a troublesome complication directly instead of seeing a negative review online out of the blue.So I called back to ask for an email address, which the clerk refused to give, instead suggesting that the owner call me back ... except I cant take incoming personal calls at work ... and I just wanted to write an email to tell the owner personally that this change in policy makes it impossible for me to continue being his customer. I went into CPR to have my cracked screen replaced. After speaking to the nice gentleman at the counter (sorry, cant remember his name), we decided that it would be cheaper for me to purchase a new phone the at the store. I have an old Galaxy s5 which CPR had available. Also, I was given a few lessons on how to better use my phone, troubleshoot, and where to buy a higher memory of SD card. My review of CPR is mixed.I have a Google pixel 2 XL.Did they do what I needed, sure. My screen was cracked and they replaced it. But thats where my satisfaction ends.When I picked up my phone, one of the speakers was blown. Coincidence, maybe. But the tech decided to replace it with no labor cost. It was only a 10.00 part, no biggie.But, when I picked up my phone, they couldnt get the speaker to work.Then I tried using my fingerprint scanner, didnt work. It wouldnt even register. Come to find out the software was REMOVED from the phone. How the hell that happens, is beyond me. Coincidence, doubtful.Instead of having Google replace my screen I was thinking it would be convenient to just use someone local.Thats my fault.

Thank you for fixing my sons Nintendo Switch gaming console. His controllers were both experiencing Drift issues. CPR ordered replacement parts. The parts arrived in a week later. I dropped the console off at my lunch break and repairs were completed in about an hour. My son is very happy. Overall experience was Great!

Got a headphone jack stuck in my iPad. These guys had it fixed in 20 min and I was on my way.

Horrible!!! I had a lifetime tempered glass put on my apple watch at about noon on Saturday. The store representative left bubbles everywhere but he said they work themselves out. Within 1 hour the right corner had a pressure crack. I touched the screen to use my watch and the crack extended everywhere. I went back to the CPR store because a lifetime screen protector shouldnt last 1 hour. The representative said he would replace it for $10. I argued with him that if it was put on correctly in the first place the pressure crack (AND bubbles) wouldnt have happened. He apologized and gave me the manager (Zachs) number. Zach was no help!! He said that since the screen was cracked it had to have been due to my use. Therefore I had to pay to have it replaced. Zach patronized me and acted like I didnt know what tempered glass is. Poor service! You never talk down to a customer!!! $10 is not a big deal. Arguing with a customer is!!!! Go elsewhere or purchase on Amazon.

Recently, I brought in my PS4 Pro to get checked for noise in the fan (I was afraid it has been damaged/ a lot of dust). They found no issues with it, REALLY fast (within an hour of giving it to them). They also chose not to charge me a cent for it since they didnt find anything! These guys have always treated me awesome, almost like a friend. They are knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will always bring my electronic repairs to them from now on.

I ordered the part ahead of time, and dropped my phone off with them. Within 20 minutes they told me that they were done and that I could come back and pick it up. Camera back to crystal clear pictures, fast work, and a very reasonable price.I wont be going anywhere else for repairs.

I stopped in at the spur of the moment because the protective cover on my iPhone screen was cracked. I had no idea if this store even carried a replacement product. A friendly young man greeted me and quickly located the item I needed. He even took my information so future replacement of the screen protector would be covered by warranty. Then the gentleman replaced the old screen protector with the new one. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes and I am so happy with the result! I’m pretty rough on my cell phone, but now the screen looks like new!

Seriously, these guys are bada@@! I had replaced the battery in my tablet, and while it booted back up it then promptly died. No screen whatsoever. Took it in to CPR. Turns out it was just a loose connection. They opened it up, found and fixed the problem and didn’t charge me a dime (even after I insisted on paying). Total professionalism, unbeatable service and experience!

I had some bad luck and broke 2 phone screens within a few days each other. I called all around and wound up here. They were great! They worked with me to get both my phones fixed and did it quickly. One phone had an issue with a defective part (it happens not their fault) but I told them and they corrected this issue right then and there. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Pricing was good. Cheapest iPhone screen Ive seen. If I need them again, I will be back.

Great repair but I have a small line in the screen that is pretty annoying. It would be a five star, but after getting damage to the back of my phone where he pried it open and one that looks like he dropped it, Im giving 3 stars. I would give four but when I asked him about it his answer was to say Ive done hundreds of repairs, so it couldnt have been me. So who did? Because it didnt have those damages before going in.

They succeed where others fail.I brought my iPhone 6s to the Apple Store. They incorrectly diagnosed it as a dead CPU and offered to sell me a replacement phone for 300. This is just a few weeks until the release of the next iPhone that Im hoping to buy so I turned that offer down. I just need my phone working until the next release. CPR was able to diagnose and fix the problem (bad battery and charging port) in under an hour and get me back and running. Fairest prices Ive ever seen, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
