Needed a bit more RAM installed in my 2019 iMac - Fix A Mac ordered it and had it installed super quick! I was under a bit of a time constraint and they worked with me! Drake was very friendly and helpful. I will be a customer for life because of their assistance this week! Thank you Drake!

This was a GREAT experience! Fast, friendly, they stayed in touch and a job that Apple was going to keep my computer for a week for, and charge me over $500 for, they did for a little over $200 and it was done before lunch!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These guys saved my life. My MacBook battery decided to die on me the week before finals. The Apple store was closed due to the stay at home orders so I was at a loss. I found FIXAMAC gave them a call and they were able to order my battery and once in I was able to get my computer fixed and back to me the same day. They are affordable, efficient, and also so very nice. I will always take my Apple business to them from now on! 100000000/10 recommend!

No one answers the phone...no customer service...where’s my Mac ? No answer...worst ever

Traveling through Albuquerque and dropped a heavy object on my MacBook Pro keyboard and broke one key including one of the underlying pins that secures the key. They were able make a repair to replace the key without having to order a new top deck with new keyboard. They also ran a system check on the laptop. I was able to drop the laptop to them on short notice and got it back the next day vs having to wait a week to get an appointment with the Albuquerque Apple Store. Very satisfied.
