How much do I love Excell Cleaners in Albuquerque NM? Let me count the ways...1. Jensen, who I think is the owner, is an absolute delight to interact with. He is a case study model of excellence. I heartily applaud the way Jensen rolls, in his business and his life... We need more Jensens in this world.2. Special laundering requests were cheerfully accommodated, from special odor-removing steps and water temperature to drying and folding requirements. I so appreciate their willingness to do these things, and cheerfully.3. Pick up and delivery was a breeze. Im in a rehab facility recovering from illness, and didnt want the facility to handle my clothing. Excell Cleaners picked up and dropped off my order on time and with advance text notice so I could have staff meet them. So helpful!4. Great results. My wardrobe and blanket were returned beautifully folded and stacked. Everything was fresh and bright. It smelled clean with no heavy scents (I dont think, still have Covid nose though).5. Price? I honestly dont care what they charge. I am all for saving a buck. However in this case, I save Big Picture in clothing replacement costs. I think they are comparable to the other reputable places in townAll in all, consider me a loyal customer and a raving fan! Oh and PS, they also do alterations. :-)

Great service at a fair price. Very pleasant to work with. I dropped of a suit and it was ready the next day by 4 pm. Same day service is available if you drop off by 9 am. I live 40 minutes away but its worth the drive.

They’re Passionate about impossible stains! I came to them with a huge pile of trouble, a thick goose down comforter that my criminal cat, Humo had decided to decorate with a huge urine puddle. They were relentless though, and would not give up cleaning it until it was pristine, but also safe of harmful chemicals. I’m so grateful for their their friendly and warm customer service. And their integrity, any other place would have charged me an arm and leg. I will return again, hopefully not with the same troubles. Thank you!

I’ve used The Cleaners at Lomas a few times over the years and have always liked them, but I was particularly impressed by my most recent experience with them. My husband and I got married during COVID and are hoping to have an anniversary party soon now that the health risk is a lot lower, but my wedding dress that I’d like to use again had gotten quite dirty (walking through the location parking lot, getting pictures in the uncultivated land, etc.) Jensen not only offered me an excellent deal on the cleaning, about $150 dollars, but he also steamed my dress as well. The cleaners have wonderful customer service and are good at what they do—I’ll definitely keep coming back here for all my dry cleaning needs. ☺️

This is personally the best dry cleaners in town for me even though I travel over 12 miles from the west side to get to this location. Both the Cleaners on Lomas and Excell Cleaners have made things so much easier for me and my family and SPOTTED on every single time. Their quality is top notch and the customer service is phenomenal. Ive been here for the last two years and we came from Chicago and they treat me with such joy and happiness. High recommended!!! If this is not the best dry cleaners in town then I dont know what is. I have moved from the Europe to New York to California and now to New Mexico the city of Enchantment and this is my to-go cleaners. This was my first time coming to The Cleaners. I brought in a wedding dress from the early 1950s to get cleaned. The dress was very fragile and had multiple layers of satin, organza and lace. It had been crushed and was extremely dusty and dirty from storage. The gentleman at the Cleaners on Lomas was so knowledgeable, polite and professional. He spent a great deal of time on the dress being very careful and conscientious since the dress had sentimental value and was so delicate. The dress came out SPECTACULAR! I never knew the dress was so beautiful having seen it hanging in closets for so many years. I so highly recommend this dry cleaners to anyone/ If they can handle such a special item as a wedding dress, I have no doubt they would do well with any item of clothing. It was worth coming across town!

I am coming up on my first anniversary of moving to Albuquerque. One of my first task was locating a good, affordable and professional cleaners. Boom, success after only three tries. The cleaners on Lomas rang every bell and very well. They are so good I still use them even though I’ve moved to the Westside. The small detour I take on my way home from work once a week is a minor inconvenience for good service and a smile. Always. It’s not only the regular service, it’s also the little things like a button here or there or a stitch or two. Always, not a problem we’ll take care of it. Great business with great customer service.

Paid $100 for wedding dress cleaning. Received dress back with stains on the bottom portion of the dress and was told “cleaning was not guaranteed”.Addendum, owner called me personally to remedy issue

Ive never used the dry cleaning process before so this was my 1st experience with the dry cleaners. I had a pair of $200 Michael Kors pants that had oil stains from a tire. I let the stain set for a week and thought Im gonna have to trash these pants. You can imagine I was not a happy camper. After taking them to this place that I just happen to be driving by, they look brand new! I highly recommend doing your dry cleaning business here! Im going to make this place my regular place, you should too! Great energy.

Took my wedding dress to be cleaned before the wedding and they did a fantastic job. As I got it to my sisters house that evening, her dog had a scare causing her to pee everywhere and on my dress. Called back to The Cleaners as we had only left there less than 30 minutes and Jenson said to bring it right back. He was able to get it cleaned with minimal problems. Im so grateful for his help in saving my dress.

This is definitely my go to place when it comes to dry cleaning in Albuquerque! I think any store can wash your clothes at a decent price but its really the customer service that sets this place apart. It took only one visit for Jensen to remember my name. They have two locations and Ive had a number of things cleaned at both places. The cleaning quality and attention to detail at both places are spectacular.

I have used the Cleaners on Lomas weekly for over a year to have my office clothes washed and pressed, and they always do a great job. Frank his staff are very polite and friendly, the prices are fine and the service is quick. The location is perfect for Kirtland to I-40 traffic.

I take suits, silk blouses and cashmere sweaters - the service is personal and very good. Everything comes out beautifully. I am particularly happy with the sweaters.

I took them a blouse that I thought was a lost cause, but they were great! Great customer service, reasonably priced, and they saved the blouse. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to any who is looking for a cleaners.

My most expensive suit had a couple of stains that would never come out. I tried almost every laundry place in the city and they couldnt get it out. Just before I was about to give up i decided to give The Cleaners On Lomas a try. And when i picked up the suit it was as good as new. Would definitely recommend.

First issue i had with them was seconds after i walked in, the middle aged Hispanic receptionist began talking dirt on a customer in the parking lot to me, horribly unprofessional.Following that she complained to me about how my 2 jackets were dirty, why yes they are dirty, thats why i am bringing them to the cleaners...Fortunately they did have my garments available for pickup on time but upon inspection they neglected to clean the dirt off the cuff, dirt off the breast for both jackets, and the collar had several lint balls remaining from storage over the summer. Luckily she only charged me $40 for delintingThis place is the most abysmal cleaning establishment in the city, it would honestly be less hassle and probable cheaper to throw your clothes away and buy new ones instead of going here.
