I went in to get a pair of pants altered and they charged me a large amount plus an express fee so that they would be ready the next day at noon. I get there the next day 3:30pm to find out they hadn’t even started on them so I have to sit there and wait for 30 minutes for them to finish them. I had an event out of town that I needed the pants for at 5pm which I was late for due my pants not being ready. 2/10 because the alteration was good but everything else including customer service was very bad. Don’t recommend you bringing your stuff here.

Worst place ever! I went in to get my wedding dress alter, which as recommend by the bridal shop. First of all, this place is smelly and old. Dirty floors, which made me nervous putting on my white wedding dress and getting it dirty. I put on my wedding dress, and the male says this does not fit, its to small, yup it doesnt fit and I am like hello I am here to get it altered. I walked out right out, how rude the male was, and how dirty the place is, I was not going to trust them with my wedding dress.

Izzy seems great. However, I brought in two dresses that I needed for a photo shoot 7/02/21 and it was suppose to be ready 7/13/21. They never called me to pick it up I assumed it would be ready date promised. I called to check the status and they couldnt find them! I went in Saterday 8/19/21 and the workers there did not know where the dresses where. They couldnt find them! They said to come back in Saterday the 21st. When i went back in on Saterday they had found them but the workers present didnt work on womens clothing so they said I would have to come back when another guy was in or Izzy came back from being out of town. Problem is I need them by this weekened and Izzy wont be back or availble. Im mad because they hadnt even been worked on and they couldnt promise the work I needed done on them or in the time I was needing them!! After it had sat there for over a month! I think its veey unprofessional and upsetting! Now I have this week to see if someone else can alter my dresses in time for our event... Wish me luck 🙄🤞

Very acomadating service, went in to have my jacket tailored and he had in done in around 3 days for a super reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone looking to get something tailored.

He altered/adjusted my white denim pants so that they fit me EXACTLY the way I like. He allowed me to try on to make sure they were altered to my liking, BEFORE I paid for them. He didnt do what I asked to be done on my dress sadly it was something that couldnt be fixed all he had to say was well Im sorry sometimes I have some help Im sorry yet I still had to pay full price for his mistake. Never again will I go there or recommend it to anyone.

Great place. Family owned and operated. Hi quality work. Had new heavy duty YKK zipper put in my off brand Carhartt jacket. It looks like it was made this way. You cant tell any work has been done. Would definitely recommend and will be back if I need more work done.

We had a nightmare happened day of our event when we went to pick up our dress at a different alteration shop the dress was not ready, and the seamstress had not even started working on our dress. They had it for over a week and promised it would be ready, in addition they hadn’t even measured my daughter to fix the the dress come to find out. We didn’t know what to do, but thank goodness for Izzy, he was able to fix a very complicated formal dress in a short period of time. The dress fit perfect!! We couldn’t ask for more!!! Izzy truly cares about people and does excellent work!!

I had a day notice for a formal event and I needed to get my suit dry cleaned the same day. I went to a couple other places and they weren’t helpful at all. I ended up calling Izzy’s Tailor Shop and the gentlemen who answered (who I believe is the owner) said he could do it for me no problem. They closed at 4 pm and stayed extra late until 8:30 pm when I received the call that it was all finished. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and highly recommend to anyone who needs tailoring or dry cleaning. They are amazing!

Awesome place to have tailor work done, very kind, helpful and priced very reasonable. Super easy process for fitting and I liked that the alterations were explained to me so I knew what would land where. Very professional. Also very grateful that they finished it so quickly.

Izzy has been altering our daughters prom dresses as well as her leather letter jacket. He does incredible work and very reasonable.

My boyfriend had a suit at the bottom of my closet for a while and needed it altered for an interview. He needed it done same day, as we are from out of town. We went to Izzy and asked if he would be able to complete it. He said it would be hard as he was short handed but would have it done same day. Not only did he do a great job, he also steamed all the wrinkles out. He had the pants let out and hemmed and jacket sleeves hemmed. We were a little worried because of his rating but for us, we had a great experience and would go back and highly recommend his shop. Good work and fair price for a rush order.

I would give NO STARS for Izzy. Horrible service. Did not have garment ready after one week when promised. He asked for a second week. Again he did not have it ready. Stated he was working alone and didnt get to it. There was a woman on a sewing machine in the back room, so not sure that was the reason. Took my garment, sleeves off and shoulder seam ripped out. Expensive garment is probably not fixable. Informed him that I would not be back neither would my spouse who used him for 2 years. He said that was fine. RUDE!

I had shirts I needed to have embroidery added to, i didnt have much time they said 4 days which was quicker than everywhere else when I said it was a they did it with in 10 minutes. I was really happy until noticed glue on the shirt when I called the man got upset and yelled at me. Told me theyd fix it but honestly didnt feel comfortable going back.

Brought my dress in a week in advance. Misplaced my dress. Came to pick up my dress for the third time, dress was misplaced again. Dress was never even started. Took my dress back. 3 days before the wedding because of broken promises & trust. Worst service ever.
