Eduardo and Juana usually lead the “Orange team”. They always do a very good job every time their teams come around. They are always professional, organized, and always ensure everything is perfect to my requests.

Every time I use The Maids I’m ALWAYS overwhelmed at what a great job they do! My home is so clean and it was really dirty! I love that they come as a team and within a couple of hours it’s like my home is spring cleaned . It’s just amazing and it’s so worth the cost. I hadn’t used them in a while because I got sick so having them back today made my day and my month! They did a great job! They always do.

Dont expect them to be on time. Text 12 minutes after they should have arrived and canceled my appointment. Already had moved all the furniture to make their job easier for them. Asked for a manager to call me, never received one, instead got a text saying they tried to call and couldnt leave a message. Never missed a call and my mailbox works fine. Then they showed up two days later without confirming with me they could come that day, people work from home in my house and they cant clean while they are working so they had to leave. It is one thing to make a mistake, it is another to own up to it and make it right, but they chose to not only make a mistake and not own up to it, but to also make excuses.

I have used The Maids for years. I recently changed my service from Whole House cleaning to Essential 5 Room cleaning. The last time they came, they also cleaned my two other bathrooms at no extra charge. What a wonderful gift in these stressful times!

They did not do a good job. I asked for a thorough deep cleaning as we are moving out and my mother in law is moving in. The house was completely vacant for the cleaning.There was dust and debris around the edges of the carpet near the baseboards. I specifically requested that they clean dingy areas on the door frames and walls, and it looked like they didn’t do anything other than a quick wipe. Same with the windows; it looked like they gave them a cursory wipe but there were still water and bug spots. There was still oil splatter on the microwave hood. They didn’t mop into the corners of the rooms, especially in the kitchen. They didn’t mop or clean the laundry room floor at all. They missed some of the curtain rods. They left five lights on throughout the house.And to top all of this off, they broke the track on the living room window AND DID NOT TELL US! My husband found the window laying on the floor with snow in the house the next day. Our heater ran all night with a completely open window. It was down to 9 degrees that night. I understand that mistakes and accidents happen but the fact that we were not informed that a window was off of its track and that they were unable to close or fix it is absolutely unprofessional.

Hired this company and paid significantly for a move out inspection cleaning. Apartment complex comes back with it is not clean enough, so about to get charged by the complex for another cleaning. This company magnanimously goes back to correct the job they didnt do properly in the first place and say we wont be charged. Really. Then try to blame the tenant for telling them not to clean something. WE PAID YOU TO CLEAN EVERYTHING. Apparently blame the customer is the way to go. No recommendation here.This was posted within one minute of speaking with a company representative, the comments by the company below are designed to obfuscate the issue. I am the guarantor on the apartment, on the hook for the bill. I will report after the second session i did not receive a cleaning bill from the complex.

They are a fair price and very open for availability. I’ve had to change the day very short notice a couple of times. Since they do not work on the weekend, I like that I can give them a key and trust them while I’m at work. They are “pet friendly” as well which is important to me with my kittens.

Scheduled a move out house cleaning before realtor pictures to be taken. Received a confirmation text 2 days prior to the appointment. The DAY OF the appointment they canceled the appointment. I dont mind cleaning my own house but its hard to do when all of your goods are packed and shipped BECAUSE they said they were going to be there.

These teams from The Maids always do a great job. Ive been using them for two years. Just terrific.

They are disinfecting the house and all the light switches when they get here. Before they enter your house they disinfect all of their equipment and they wear masks to help protect themselves and us. I always love their results!

I have been using The Maids for over 20 years. The cleaning staff is great. They are well trained and do a good job. I dont ask for anything special. Let them do what they are trained to do and all will go well.I only gave them four stars because the office staff seem disorganized. Talking to one person doesnt seem to get communicated properly to the rest of the staff as it should.

Do not get swayed by the commercials from Jackie and Tony, this cleaning company is not good. I hired them to clean my rental house in between tenants. With an empty house they missed so many details, like wiping down cabinet shelves in the bathrooms, and dusty light fixtures, as well as food splatter behind the kitchen sink. I found myself re-cleaning the whole house to my standards. I do not recommend them.

My husband and I used them to get our house ready to be sold and they were life savers. They cleaned things I didnt know could be cleaned quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, and were personable, too! Perhaps most importantly, they were great with our dogs. If we werent moving, Id use them regularly.

Id whistle a happy tune but I cant whistle. I/we had some renovation work done in our home and as a result it got really dirty. Tile and carpet replacement makes for chaos and dirt. I really needed to have someone come in and do a deep cleaning. Well along comes the Black Team and all I can say is I will have them come in every 3 months for a deep cleaning. Everything was shining, everything was back in its place and we have a very busy house. We collect. I would recommend them without hesitation. Great job and what I consider to be a very fair price. Terrible experience, which is still not resolved. I had a crew come for a one time deep cleaning, and found my stove broken afterward. I called to have a supervisor come out and review what repairs are needed. She advised All-Tech service company would contact me for repair completion. Their service person came, said a repair was needed with part replacement and confirmed part would be ordered, which would take 2 weeks. It is now 4 weeks after the fact, and I have yet to be contacted by anyone for the repair. I called the Maids for status, and after further research they said All-tech charged them already and assumed the repair was completed. She called All-tech, and they werent even sure if the part was in their warehouse. At this point, there is no resolution. I asked for reimbursement of the sub-par maid service, as well as the repair, and it was not acknowledged. I paid $300 for a home cleaning, and was not happy with the overall completion. The stove was not cleaned well (in addition to being broken!), they failed to vacuum the stairs, polish chrome finishes, dust the headboard or bedroom furniture, or clean the shower walls. Overall very disappointed in this experience and would not recommend to anyone.

We have been using the Maids for well over a year now and have had very positive experiences with them. If you have any specific issues that need doing (ie the refrigerator etc.) they have always been very accommodating. They call the day before and confirm the appointment and have always accommodated any schedule changes we have requested. The staff are polite and efficient and do a thorough job.

I only called “The Maids” because of the commercials from Jackie and Tony. I was expecting an excellent clean since I asked for the 22 step Whole Home Deep clean and the price is definitely high! They did not clean the baseboards, left high light fixtures and ceiling fans dusty, unscrubbed tub (just wiped down), left dust on furniture, did not vacuum couches and left dirt and debris on my kitchen floor!! All these items were supposed to be done. The black team nor the company deserve even one star. When I emailed my dissatisfaction they offered to return with the same team to clean what was missed or give me $50 off. Neither one is acceptable. Like I said the prices are very expensive! They lost my future business and the business of neighbors who were waiting for my feedback....

The Maids have cleaned our home for more than 5 years, and, needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with them! They come every 2 weeks at the same time, and with a team of 4, they have our home gleaming in under 2 hours - especially kitchen and bathrooms. The house has a natural clean smell after they leave. Weve also hired the Maids to do one-time cleanings of real estate to sell. They have their standard list of tasks, but also take care of our special requests. Weve found team members to be friendly and professional, and team leader to be proactive in making suggestions or asking questions. The Maids cost is comparable to other friends cleaning costs. Would highly recommend them!

I live in Arizona and was in Abluquerque visiting family. At a four way stop one of their cars ran a red stop sign and almost hit me. I am a pregnant women and they put me and my unborn child in danger! I pulled up next to them and the four hispanic women were laughing in the vehicle. Ive called several times to speak with a manager about this and have yet to get a call back!! Very disappointed with the management.

If I could give 0, I would give 0. Where do I begin, they quoted my $145 a visit and would do their special $300 clean for $145 bc I was interested in continued service. They promised to clean the whole house top to bottow getting all the furniture out of the way, cleaning the base boards etc. I come home and there are still stains on the toilets, range, and bathrooms. In addition they promised to clean all the blinds which at least 50% were untouched. I called to get them to come back bc they say if you arent happy they will reclean, which they cleaned the range but there was still stains on the toilet, no blinds, same issues. I call to cancel and specifically tell them they do not have permission to run my card and that we will be going our separate ways. I check my bank account a few days later to find they charged my card for almost $500!?!?!? It took several more heated phone calls including a phone call where one of their employees hung up on me. Eventually by escalating to the head honcho, I got my money back. I am shocked they are still in business. They overcharge, overpromise, and leave pee stains on your toilets.

I had their service for over a year. They do an okay job cleaning, but they do not live up to all of their promises. For example, they agreed to schedule my clean for the mornings, but their definition of morning is often after 12pm (they have arrived several times after noon) which makes it impossible to make plans for a day when my home is supposed to be cleaned. They also make several promises about the products they will use to clean, but then forget to bring those products or run out of them.When I asked them about these issues they did not care at all.

Run! Dont walk but RUN! Where do I begin. We have a 3 bedroom 1 bath home that we needed cleaned for an appraisial. When we called we got a quote to get EVERYTHING done. From baseboards, to windows, to cobwebs in the corners. The gave us a quote range of 250-300 dollars. When I spoke to Rebecca from the ABQ location I informed her that we started the cleaning and that the only thing left where the WINDOWS, FLOORS AND BATHROOM. Everything else was done. Thinking that would help our overall cost of the service. After the service I found out that the WINDOWS did not get done, they broke a light fixture and the bill was $481. Yes you heard it, $481. Called Rebecca and they charged the card on file anyway. I offered videos and pictures of the poor quality work. Rebecca did NOTHING. Be CAREFUL THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
