I love this place! One of my favorite places to wash my car! The stalls are always clean and Ive never had to deal with the machines running out of soap, wax or clear coat like alot of the other car washes Ive used before. Always recommend to friends and anybody that asks. Ive never been disappointed. Great car wash!

Decent place to quickly come get a contact free car wash.Works great on cars that are dusty.It doesnt do too good of a job for alot of mud.

I have 2 vehicles that I wash at this establishment and have bee a regular since it opened. However it had completely gone downhill. Today I went and tried 2 stalls both had leaky hoses, one was the main hose the other was the clear coat hose.. it is not maintaine as well as it used to be. This is mt last time using this car wash.

Everything was in good working order. When we were there it wasnt too crowded, like it has a tendency to be...( not really a bad thing)...no complaints

The stalls that do work work very well. Theres not many issues with this car wash, sometimes the machines do not take the quarters & the selections for different soaps do not change when selected but when it does work properly its a good place to go.

Great place to wash your. Vacuums, spray guns, and brushs work. Clean and well kept. I did have an issue with the card reader,; may have been an operator issue. Lol

The inner-most washing bay, the power washer hose had a nice slit in it so the entire time I’m trying to wash my truck I’m getting soaked and there’s water on and soap going out the side and front of the washer. Seems like a decent place but that made it extremely difficult to wash my truck.

I love this car wash! Ill be out there cleaning out my car and the man that works there half the time brings me a water bottle If hes there.

Turn up the pressure on the wax. I stopped coming because it seemed cheap. I went tonight and every trash can was stuffed to the brim. My hose was leaking soap everywhere. Use to be a very nice place. Sad cause it seems like someone stopped caring.

Convenient location and the property itself looks as though they make an effort to keep it somewhat clean. I stopped by here once a few months ago and used the automatic wash- It didnt do too great of a job so I did end up pulling into a do it yourself wash and that got the job done. In fairness, I probably should have done that to start with since I know touchless washes arent as thorough.Decided to try this car wash out again today and was really disappointed. The machine that dispenses wipes ate $2 in quarters, did not dispense the product, and the coin return button did not work. Then I used the automatic wash, and since my car wasnt too bad I figured it would be sufficient. Unfortunately it didnt clean it well and left spots everywhere. I then pulled out to a vacuum and it was out of order and had the slots taped over where you enter your coins. I pulled around and sure enough the second vacuum had the same issue. Finally, I went to a machine not marked out of order. I put in a dollar of quarters and the vacuum started. I then went to vacuum the car only to find that it wasnt sucking anything up. Wasted money and time here. Hate to leave bad reviews, but the experience was pretty awful and I left feeling very annoyed by having to go through a lot of trouble and a small amount or money for a car that looks halfway cleaned and not vacuumed. Hopefully they will get their equipment up and running.

Ive been here several times and generally its been pretty okay, not fantastic. This time nothing was working right. I stopped in one stall ran my card started to wash and then realized the brush did not work without the brush you cant get your car clean. So I moved to a different stall where the brush worked. This time there was barely any water pressure and the hose on the brush had been shortened to the point where it would not wash the entire vehicle. When I pressed rinse it did not work! My car was covered with green foam from the brush. No one was on site to help me. Finally I tried the button again and rinse worked and I was able to rinse the car off. Paid too much. Dont think Ill be back.

Now my husband and I love to go in here at least twice a week as we wash our vehicle its a newer 2019 kicks Nissan made we truly enjoy this economy vehicle so we make sure it stays clean often after all I have to use it for my job God bless you all

Took our money and never gave us time. Had to use quarters. Then find out a coups day later they still charged us. This place is a thief. Don’t trust their card machines. If I could give 0 stars I would.

There vacuume was broken and spewed gross old wet crud on my seat..

I have used the car wash located at speedway on 528 many times and never had a problem. Today, I pulled in, purchased my wash and waited for the bay door to fully open. It never did so I went into the gas station and they told me they couldnt issue a refund and couldnt do anything about the wash itself. They said I had to call the number (btw...I checked on all of the signs and machines and couldnt find a number.) Another car pulled in and was able to use the wash, the driver told me she had to get out of her car and push the bay door up for it to work. I googled the main office phone number and when I called it said the number was unavailable. If someone will contact me to get a refund I would appreciate it, thank you.

I did not have a good experience there today. I put money into 2 of there vacuumes and they both turned on but didnt pick up anything.

Charges your card but does not dispense code to actually turn the car wash on.

They service their equipment vary poorly. 2nd time Ive came and either have issues with the foam brush or spray gun. I liked coming here to support local business but if I come back and have issues Ill take my business else because you dont find the issues till youve already paid.I tried to give them a call to give them a heads up about my issue and the phone number on here is out of service or something which left me no choice but to put in a review.

The automatic wash, didnt give me a receipt. Also, not a very good auto wash, for the fact that once out of the washer, vehicle WAS STILL pretty dirty! But NO receipt for proof of purchase for the services of the establishment.

I pay for wash and dry...the dryer is Horrible...i dont mean it Dosent dry it does just not Good at all

I love how the brush uses different bright colors rather than one color. (Matches the pictures displayed there.) Very clean. Great change machine too. XD

DIY option is great here! Stalls are usually well kept, and pretty reasonably priced especially if you dont own a high pressure washer.

Hi - I live close to the car wash and have used it from time to time - this is more a comment than a review - I have noticed that, and appreciate the fact that there is an attendant at the car wash during the week and on Saturday - that being said, there is no one there on Sundays and the trash is becoming a problem - I took the photo below this morning - and this is the norm on Monday mornings - not sure if there is a solution, but I did want to make you aware of the situation. When the trash over flows like this a lot of the trash ends up in the street or in neighbors yards - Thank you for reading my concern - have a good day.

Nice place to get your car washed they have a vacuum / shampoo/ scent machine. My only problem is the change machine never works so bring your own coins. If you do not bring your own coins you will not get your car washed.

It was great except the change machine was out of order which caused me some delay.

Just a car plain car wash but after seeing the owner responses to these reviews I wont go back. Being defensive and making excuses is a bad look and not the kind of people who deserve my money.Edit: they replied defensively, because of course they did. Way to prove me right!

Overall has always been a good place. I went there today and the automated car wash stopped while in use. It did 2 rinses and then just stopped and the lights turned off. O waited a few minutes and nothing happened so I pulled out, and it still didnt start back up. A little upset that I paid for the car wash and left with my car still dirty. When I tried to call the number given it didnt work...still a good place, this is the only incident Ive had here.

The car wash was filthy. The trash looking like it hadnt been emptied in weeks. And two of the stalls were out of order. Not sure if the owners have given up on this place since Covid-19, or what. This used to be one of the best and cleanest car washes. Not anymore.

I come to this car was literally every other day and the owner is the nicest, and most respectful gentleman Ive met in this state thus far. Im here temporarily for school and the people Ive come across are not so pleasant out here; however, This guy is extremely welcoming and giving. He politely came up to me and offered me free car scents and cleaning pads for inside my car wit hi but even knowing me. Thats how nice of a person he is. Not to mention, this car wash plus his other 4 cash washes in the surrounding area are always kept clean , never out of order, and very reasonably priced! Im very satisfied with my experience here and hope for others to check this car wash out and see for themselves the experience I have here!! I know Im speaking high on praises on behalf of a car wash business; though I feel this place deserves this review and more. 😇

This is a great do it yourself car wash. It is good cheap car wash. It has easy controls and you can figure it out very quickly. The customer service is great. They have everthing you need to wash the car effectively. It is an open car wash but you are not exactly right next to other people. One of the best car washes in the state.

Needed to get a pretty thorough car wash but had limited time. I used the auto car wash and was astonished how well it cleaned my car! Used the $10 option and still amazed how well it worked! Also, the 24 hour option is great. Had service done at 5am. Will be going back again. Live in the NE Heights and more than willing to drive for the service! Great job!

Pay to much for 1 minute of water but it is ok

I have washed my truck here once every week or 2 for the past year because of the great pressure washers they use. The tire cleaner also works very well, however one gripe i do have is that a couple of times that i went to use the pressure soap no soap came out! Either way its still a really nice place especially for the money.

Great neighborhood car wash that has everything to meet your needs. Everything works as expected. They have an automatic carwash that has a dryer, you may need to still dry by hand. They also have self serve with high pressure that works great. Way better value than Mister Carwash. Great way to support local businesses.

This car wash is about the same as every other DIY car wash Ive visited. However, the equipment seems to be well maintained. Ive washed my car here several times and never run in to any issues with the sprayers, brushes, or vacuums.

Used my credit card for wash charged me 4.95$ suppose to be 2.00 and cant contact anyone to get a refund

I love the drive thru car wash, the typhoon (highest level) is $10 with a free vacuum. Last time i went a nice gentleman gave me a free towel and armor wipe.

Wash equipment is decent. Vacuums dont work. Ever. Its actually how little they pick up. You can remove more dirt from your car by driving around with your windows down.

I frequent this place. Most of the time the equipment works, but sometimes they are out of a detergent or wax. Many times the bay floors are grimy, which is why for now I rate this three instead of four stars. Also, the clear coat protectant hose was very leaky (just last night) - fortunately I wasn’t going anywhere that stains on clothes would matter afterwards.With that being said, if you’re looking for a decent manual car wash in this area, this is a good bet.

This was my first time taking my car to this car wash. I never liked the brushless drive-thru washes, but this one was pretty good! Thumbs up!

3rd stall gave me the wash sprayer broke brush squirted soap all over me. So went through the auto wash wasnt spraying dry shut off after 15 seconds. Wont be back

Typical car wash. However sometimes the coin op machine for shop towels and such does not work properly. And sometimes the car wash stations go down.

This car wash does a good job puts out a lot of soap which most dont the sprayers work well. The best automatic car wash we have been to.

Just annoyed because I put all my quarters in the first stall and the hose for the brush was broken after I used 5 bucks. My car didnt get clean at all.. Other than that its a good car wash to go to.

This used to be great for a quick budget-friendly wash. The last 2 times I tried it, the machine took my money but wouldnt let me wash my car because it claimed there was another car in the wash (there obviously wasnt). I hit cancel and the machine said my card hadnt been charged, but it did and a refund never appeared either. I tried calling the phone number advertised on the building several times. The first time it hung up on me. The other 3 times it sounded like a baby had gotten ahold of the phone. This happened both on January 18th and on January 27th. Im disappointed since I was a frequent customer at this car wash.
