Dont rent here, theyve moved but never informed to the customer. We had to spend more money using an Uber to get to the Albuquerque airport and rented from there. We had to pay double for renting (airport fees and so) and the car Budget gave us was disgusting. It was dirty, smelly, the chairs had stained all over, wasnt vacuum it, no car wash either. Terrible experience for such a nice place like Albuquerque.

The car we rented was great I loved it but the prices for everything was wrong u read one thing on line then they pull more prices out at u thats not right if ur going to rent a car online the place where u are renting it should tell u everything

Do not rent from the budget. I had tried to rent a car on January 1 and they did not inform me that I needed a major credit card. And it has been a huge hassle every single day begging them to give me my money back and they You’re making me wait the max amount of time.After informing them that my father is dying in the hospital they still said sorry there’s nothing we can do you’re gonna have to wait until next week to get your money.

The management of this company is hands down one of the nicest man I have delt with in a long time. Awesome customer service and GREAT RATES. We kept extending our trip in Texas because we found so much to do and they kept giving us great rates.

If you ever need a truck rental, this is one of the very best, my experience was sooner great from the start, CARMEN, the reply who howled me, was exceptional and professional and extremely helpful, I did the whole contract with her over the phone while I was filling it out, she helped me all the way, just make SURE, YOU HAVE ALL THAT YOU NEED AND CAN PROVIDE THE RIGHT INFO TO HELP YOURSELF. the truck did leak a bit up towards the front of the cab, nothing badly ruined but it needs to be checked out, the leak inspection was waaay past due. But, all in all, this move was better than any because of their help, thank you very much Carmen.

Budget is the WORST company EVER! I WILL NEVER use them EVER again. I asked if they had an all wheel drive WITHIN by current rental agreement. She gave me one and up-charged me without telling me. Never a single word was said that I would receive an extra $150 charge. When I called in they wouldnt refund my money because I signed an agreement. SHADY! Disgusting theyre using a bait and switch on people.Im going to blast this on every platform possible! DO NOT USE BUDGET!

Roaches in the vehicle and no apology or willingness to exchange vehicle upon first request. After I requested a full refund, another truck was suddenly available. Would have been satisfied with just an apology and easy swapping out of vehicle, however instead of satisfying an unhappy customer, they appeared to be committed to amplifying an already unpleasant situation. My initial $600 bill was decreased to $30 charge for the usage of the vehicle when I drove to my house and drove back with filling up the tank upon finding the bugs. I would be happy to remove this review if I get the full refund as I requested in first place. Manager was not on site or available during throughout.

Ugh, car rentals suck in general in my opinion, so this isnt fully directed at this location, except for the fact the dude talked wayyyy too much, wanting to share his stories of being in the business for 15yrs. Cool guy, but we got places to go! But in general, the whole debit card debacle is terrible. A person with a major debit card shouldnt have to be subject to a credit check, deposit, or flat out denied for not having a credit card. And the price for needing to drop a car off at a different location is craziness. The Ford focus was nice though.

Rented a truck one way from El Paso, TX to Albuquerque, NM. The pick up was great. However the drop off was a bad experience. I had called a day before returning to see if there was a late night drop off, which there wasnt, but the gentleman who informed me there wasnt was very rude and seemed to threaten me saying If that truck stays here over night and it gets stripped by someone, they will charge me for every little thing they can see. I understand its under my care but Im sure there is a nicer way to explain. The next morning I go fill up the truck which I was told has a 32 gallon tank. The gas gauge on the truck was stuck on 1/2 even after putting 30.888 gallons in. So I took in the truck with the receipt in hand to show them it is full b/c I had a little under a 1/4 tank before filling up. The rep goes and checks the truck and then comes back and says if they go try to fill it up, and anything goes in, they will charge me $30 extra! SO even if .25 cents went in, I would be charged $30 extra. I told her it was ridiculous and she was basically playing with my money and I told her she and Budget were not authorized to charge my card especially since it was due to a mechanical error in their truck. So I am waiting to make sure they do not charge me at the moment.... VERY disappointed.

Wanted to charge me $100 for excessive hair (what they explained is its actually any loose hair that wasnt there when you took the vehicle.). Richard took good care of me when I got the car (although the system overcharged me and it was a pain to get it fixed). Branch Manager waived the $100 but apparently he cant promise what theyll do at the airport when they clean it so I still may be charged.

Worse rental car company ever!! Every time I have rented from them I have been screwed out of money. I have followed all of the guidelines to a tee and I still get ripped off by this company!! Never again will I go here!!!

This was our drop off location and the customer service was low grade. Rude employees that did not care to help us out. Spent over 600 bucks and was sent back to refuel the truck for 2 gallons. Or else we would have been charged $30 plus price per gallon.

If I could give LOWER than one star I would!!!! These people are CROOKS and the owner is a self righteous A**hole!!! Tried to charge me $100 EXTRA on a reservation that was booked and ALREADY PAID FOR!!! I will NEVER EVER do business at this location ever again and I would NOT recommend these people to ANYONE!!!! CROOKS!!!!
