I am so grateful to have had our team from Poulin for my kitchen remodel! I went in believing I knew exactly what I wanted, but with their technology to view a virtual finished product, I was able to see where the design and color choices could be improved prior to starting the project. They accommodated all of my unusual requests such as a counter area within the pantry wall, a mitered counter surface corner reflecting our matching slabs so the veining matched perfectly, and a window behind the range. Daniella, our design consultant, made the whole process fun! The team executed our project with expertise, professionalism, and cleanliness. We had a wall removed and flooring had to be matched between the two previous rooms using 16” travertine tile with no grout line. Michael spent hours grinding down the surfaces to level out where they didn’t meet perfectly. I can’t imagine anyone else in town caring about details like that! We will certainly be hiring Poulin again for our bathroom remodels.

Poulin Design did a total master bath remodel and we couldnt be happier. From start to finish every person on the team was professional and their work ethic was stellar. Our bathroom came out luxurious and spa like just like we wanted. We will definitely use Poulin again.

The job included remodeling an old garden shower & bath; making it safer without looking geriatric. Our home was custom built in 1979 and the bathrooms/shower were very dated. We ultimately completely tiled the shower adding updated fixtures, replaced vanities, and remodeled the powder room. Everything is gorgeous and will be a big selling point if we ever decide to move out. Moreover, we had so many specialists who walked us through every step. Marty for design, Chris for construction expertise and scheduling, Jason was our Project Manager and was here for prep work through the end of the job. In between we had tilers, trimmers, painters, counter specialists, etc. Jason is like a jack of all trades and was key to properly managing the whole job.

Poulin Designs remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. The project was completed in a timely manner with a team that was professional and courteous. They cleaned up after completing their job daily. They communicated daily as to how the project was coming with photos of their progress.I would highly recommend them for your next project. Pricing may be a little high but the quality in their work is worth the cost.

Everything went smoothly. When you start a project like ours, you cant help but get nervous on how things are going to go. I especially appreciate that they have everyone in house or work very closely with people like Arizona Tile. There is no waiting on subcontractors to come do their jobs. Our lead installer, Robert does excellent work. He is extremely experienced which is great because not every thing goes according to the original plans. Everything is done the way he would want it done for him. At the end of the work day everything is cleaned and put away. The GroupMe they utilize is a real asset. Everyone communicates with all involved in real time. We had a complete kitchen remodel and two bathrooms. It all looks beautiful. Even better than original expectations.

My design consultant, Marti Fernando, was amazing. She brought my vision to life with her knowledge and expertise, creating a lovely, updated bathroom with a beach theme. She was able to incorporate some of my materials into the design of our new bathroom. It is so elegant and stunning. Robert Jr. was our expert installer, and he got the job done professionally and neatly. It was worth the investment to have the job done right. We are very happy with the results of our bathroom remodel during a challenging time for business.

I had an appointment today to convert my bath to a shower. The sales person Albert G. was at my home maybe 5 minutes.He did not bring any samples with him, He stood in the bathtub without measuring and gave me a quote without any details as to which I needed, When given the middle price I informed him I was not interested. I used Re-bath in the past and the sales person was very professional. I guess this is the way the company does business today but not with me. So disappointed

The main project we had done was the conversion of our 1965 bath/shower combo into a new walk in shower. This team is great. From sales to installation to follow up, we could not be happier with the end result. Their pricing structure is crystal clear. Not inexpensive, but you really get what you pay for and there are no hidden fees. There was a delay between our signing the contract the work getting started. This was actually a good thing in my opinion. They cited the lack of quality installers in the area. Rather than send someone new or inadequately trained, they delayed the start date until a fellow with 10 years of experience was available to lead the project. He was a true craftsman, and made sure we were completely informed along the way. We recommend them highly and will use them ago.

Driver of a branded vehicle was dangerous. They were weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, and slaming on their brakes. Happened at 7:30am on 6/18/2021, they got off of i40 east at Louisiana.

I used Poulin Design to remodel/update both my bathrooms. Both times they did an excellent job. They have an good selection of products which made the design process easy. I am very satisfied with the results.

Marti Fernando was the design consultant for the bathroom. The results were amazing. A double sink vanity and tub to shower conversion were completed beyond my expectations. UPDATE:A couple days ago Mr. Poulin called to try and find what caused our unhappiness. We really appreciate the time he took and his dedication to his company and making the customer happy. Though we might have had a bad experience, I believe we may be of the minority and most likely came across a disgruntled employee. I am very confident that the problems we experienced below are not how the company normally operates and even more things are being created to further minimize these issues. Due to this, we are updating our review to 4 stars. As mentioned below we love how things turned out. P.s. if you get Robert, you are in great hands! Hopefully that man can get a nice raise a little paid time off, he deserves it.-----I am so very happy with the product, it is gorgeous but the path to getting here was more headache than what I would expect from any sort of construction on a house.The Poulin team has poor communication, high prices, and over worked contractors which could cause further delays and problems (and it did).At first we wanted floors, master bath redone and new counters. When they quoted us 30K on just the floors (about 2k sq ft) we changed it to just the bathroom and counters. I think the worst part about the quotes, Im told all the contractors do this, they dont give you a full break down of the prices so you cant come up with a more affordable decision and have to trust the team isnt ripping you off.The way the process was presented to me gave me the impression there were going to be a team of guys working on our house. I also expected the project manager to be significantly more involved but was later told he was just in charge of pre-construction.... which makes no sense to me. The project manager failed several times to keep us updated, pushed back our time without letting us know after he had already given us a fairly hard date. I had called a week prior to our first date to ensure I had everything they need and to get an idea of when and how the contractors would be working in my house to find out they pushed back the date. I also asked them about a change to our design and wanted to know how much it would add, the project manager pushed it off on to the contractor to give us an estimate when things started. The contractor provided it on the first or second day and due to lack of communication they failed to update a change order and causing further delays later on. A project that was suppose to take 2.5 weeks took about a month, with adjustments to that finished product in the following weeks.Our project started a week and a half later than expected and only because we fussed about it. They pulled one contractor to completely gut, retile, install a shower, install a vanity and new counters and sinks in the house. ONE!!! Im still baffled; we had a sliding door placed into our house (as there wasnt a door there before) and they had two people and completed it in 2 days, had a door installed from our kitchen to garage and they had three people. These contractors are heavily over worked and on top of that the contractor was the onsite project manager which I believe took him away from the task at hand several times.The whole job was a headache and for them to have been doing this so long this should have been a lot better organized and managed. The only real thing I am happy with is Robert, he was knowledgable and a hard worker. He was very polite and did an amazing job. Too bad he works for a poorly organized and managed company.

Poulin has not been very responsive to our calls. Remodel postponed twice — a month from the date they gave us. Supposed to start remodel on Monday, today is Saturday but still have not got confirmation. Quick to take money but slow with their service and professionalism!!!

Did not have what we were looking for. They mainly sell design and installation.

This was by far the best group of folks I have ever worked with...detail oriented and very professional! Always gave a written update each day about what was completed along with pictures! Would never work with anyone else ever!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Our design consultant, Terry helped my wife to design the kitchen of her dreams. Our lead carpenter, Chris, was an artisan who used the plans to skillfully rebuild our kitchen perfectly.He also was wonderful in always keeping in constant contact with us regarding his schedule, new ideas while working on the kitchen and asking us daily if we had any questions or concerns.As I write this review, I am looking at our beautiful kitchen and am so happy with the results.

I had a scheduled appointment to meet with a design specialist today. When I arrived there was an employee behind the desk and a second employee speaking to him on the other side of the desk. Neither employee was wearing masks. The female employee that was in the waiting area was coughing, and blowing her nose. I find this complete disregard for the safety of their customers to be incredibly unprofessional and will be going with DreamStyle for my bathroom remodel instead.

Sam is an excellent worker, pleasant and courteous. The nicest contractor to work in our home that we have ever had. Were very pleased with the way the job turned out.

We had our Free Design Consultation with Daniela today and it was a joke. She was obviously rushed from the start. She never even asked us about our ideas for our project before she was asking us to choose between different types of tile within the first 5 minutes. We were then taken for a hurried tour of the building which only included showing us several shower tile options before we were taken back to the conference room where we sat for 20-30 minutes simply watching her type on her computer to come up with a ball park cost estimate, for a project we hadnt discussed in detail, so who knows where that number came from...She obviously had more important things to be doing and we will not be bringing our business back here. We came in hoping to get more information to feel like we had a better understanding of the process and an appreciation for the one-stop shopping they advertise, but we were appalled by the unprofessionalism and left feeling more lost than when we walked in.

We hired Poulin to remodel our two bathrooms. It was nice to have everything in one place. It was also nice tonhave the same person working at the house. We had all questions answered and were asked at the beginning and end of each day if we had any questions. The on,y think that would have been helpful was to see what it looked like before hand to make sure we would like it.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. I loved the design center and being able to pick out everything in one place. Taunya is a great designer and put together the most beautiful kitchen for me. It was fun picking out products and having Cole show me what my kitchen would look like on his computer. That process was so much fun and a very cool experience. Chris and Robert were very professional when they did the install and I felt very comfortable with them in my house. They are both very skilled at what they do and my kitchen looks amazing. When I called a few weeks after the install to complete my punch list they responded that day and completed the punch list the next day. Philip completed the punch list and even noticed some items I missed and fixed those along with checking to make sure everything was functioning properly. The quick response was very much appreciated and I was very impressed. The entire process from start to finish exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with my new kitchen.

Our designer, Terry Rose, and the construction team of Phillip and Chris were very cordial and professional. They were meticulous about the details and went over the project with us before they started, to make sure we were all on the same page. They were very responsive with the few minor concerns that we brought to their attention, The quality of the work is exceptional. After the work was completed and a couple of problems arose, they promptly fixed them. I highly recommend Pouliin.

The remodel for our two baths was good. However, when we needed warranty work down on the bathtub drain, the sales department would not respond. When I finally got through to a repair person (Jason Hubert) he responded quickly and got the proper parts and installed the system the way it should have been done in the first place.

Poulin was an excellent choice in contractor. The design process was smooth and all our questions were answered. The project itself was smooth and with the exception of the floor issues (older installation) the job was completed on time and there was minimal small corrections. Alex was an excellent point man on the job and would highly recommend Poulin to family and friends.

The design consultant, Terry Rose, was wonderful to work with. I had very definite opinions about what I liked and wanted. She offered suggestion where appropriate. The workers were on time, courteous and professional in their work habits. The end product was beautiful and completely functional. I had one small problem that I discovered after the end of the project and they came out promptly and resolved the issue.

Our initial contact was with our Design Consultant, Ruben Cabrera. He was considerate of our requests, and open to design options. Ruben is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. His background in remodeling gives him the advantage of understanding the entire process. Our rating for our experience with Ruben and the design process is 5 stars.As for the actual work itself, we rate this 4 stars. While the work was completed, the attention to detail was less than what we expected. We pointed out several of these details to the work crew. The bathroom does look very nice, however, there are still minor cosmetic flaws that we will eventually attend to ourselves.Based on our entire experience with Poulin, we would recommend their services to others.

Poulin Design Center remodeled my whole house and everyone at the company was great to work with! Every remodeling job has issues and unexpected things happen but I was kept informed during the whole process of all details and changes to the schedule. The company did an awesome job with all of the work and everyone was professional and had expertise. After a few years I hired the company again to replace carpet with tile in a living area and again I was extremely happy with the process and the outcome! In the future if I decide to remodel bathrooms (the only rooms I didnt remodel the first time) I will absolutely call Poulin to take care of our needs. I totally trust this company so they are probably not done with me yet!

After moving to New Mexico, we needed to have a bathroom transformed into a handicapped accessible bathroom. We also decided to upgrade the master bath which was in poor repair. Poulin Design Center replaced the tub and shower in one bathroom and replaced the shower in the master bath with RE-BATH products. The estimate was done promptly. During the remodel, they were careful in their plans to always have a bath available. They were accurate in their estimate and prompt in their service. Their installers were always polite, timely and performed wonderful work. Both baths are exactly what we asked for in the time that we needed them. Wonderful company – We highly recommend them.

We contacted Poulin Design to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. They met our request for an evening appointment, and arrived promptly as scheduled. We were very impressed with the presentation and all questions were answered. When it came time for the installation all aspects were explained, and concerns met. The installer, Rubin, was very professional and friendly. The installation process was completed within the time frame promised, and the quality of the product and installation were both excellent. At the end of each day of the install, Rubin, cleaned up the work area and explained how the install was progressing and what would happen the following day. We highly recommend Poulin Design and look forward to using them for our next home up grade. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.

Poulin design let me know that their time was important, but my time has no value.When you come in have to set up appointment to meet with designer. Then pay 450 dol design fee if interested to insure that their time is not wasted Terry Rose. Then wait another 2 weeks for measure. Then another 3 weeks for a design ( this was for a partial kitchen remodel on a small kitchen). After that had another issue which was still eating up my time so decided to quit with them.Respectful asked owner for half of design fee back due to my time invested and was referred to contract ( i signed so am owed nothing basically told).My money ended up going elsewhere. I got my kitchen done ahead of the schedule that Poulin would have been able to do and got my bathroom redone with the extra money I saved in cost.

Joshua was extremely courteous and very professional. He kept us well informed on the progress of the installation. We are extremely satisfied with is attention to detail.

Not good for their word. Very poor at communicating. Poor at estimating costs. Our flooring was finally put down at a fraction of the estimated time and with surplus of materials all of which we paid for. My bad for trusting them. However, the job wasnt complete as the moulding was backordered, then lost they said. They asked for payment after laying the flooring and assured us that theyd be back to finish the job. Dont ever pay them until you are 100% satisfied and the job is complete. So far weve been stood up three times on the moulding installation, still no show.

We couldnt be more pleased. Installations completed ahead of schedule. All products purchased were exactly what we ordered. Installation was above and beyond. Courteous, clean, helpful and just good.

We didnt wind up using them, but they were very off-putting about coming out to do an estimate; one lady was almost downright rude on the phone once. Then when they did finally come, they gave us a very rough figure, but then wanted $450 to do a formal estimate with 3D rendering. Um, no thanks. If theyre that difficult about just getting an estimate, I will bring my business elsewhere.

We contracted with Poulin Design Center to do a complete bathroom remodel. The installer knew everything about the redesign, had very good suggestions and did a very professional remodel and completed job on time and very clean. Didnt have to do any cleanup at all.

If I could give a minus 10 stars for this company I would. I signed a contract based on what the sales person thought I wanted to hear as to when the installation would occur. It wasnt going to happen for 4 months after what I was initially told. I had to call them for information because I never heard from them once they got my down payment. The owner didnt back his sales person & told me he shouldnt have told me that. When I cancelled the contract I was charged for things that NEVER happened, the list being to long to mention. RUN, do not walk away from this dishonest company! If you are willing to be lied to and ripped off, then this is the company for you! The owner Tom C. Poulin has attitude not becoming to anyone. Being unprofessional starts at the top! Do NOT use this company EVER! Im not alone in my review! Other dissatisfied customers are here & on YELP! Wish I had seen them before I had any contact with this deceitful company!

Everything looks great. It exceeds the plans I had in mind. The only thing was that I had asked for 3 weeks notice but received only a couple of days.

Overview: About $16,500 (plus customer-supplied toilet) to rebuild a guest bathroom that had been demolished to the support beams (except for two in-wall medicine cabinets and the large mirror between them) in the course of mold remediation. Design process: excellent. Contract negotiations: unreasonably stressful. Installation: Seemed competent at time of walk-through and final payment, but turned out to take another 6 weeks to get a fully functional bathroom.Initial signing of contract: mid-January. Walk-through and final payment: mid-March. Actual completion of project (delivery of a fully functional bathroom): end of April.The experience:Other than sticker shock, the process of choosing materials and having Ruben come up with a design was as stress-free as we could hope for. It was the showroom, with samples of all the materials available for viewing side-by-side and Rubens assembling of those materials and guidance in picking ones that went together well that “sold” us on hiring Poulin. (We could have had a general contractor install materials we chose locally for about a third of Poulins price.)The contract “negotiations” were another matter, given the many provisions of the form “Were not responsible for damages or accidents, even if we caused them” and the incoherence of some of the text – e.g., an incomplete sentence of the form “If certain conditions are met, the customer may.” (No indication of what the customer may do if those conditions are met.) We canceled the project when Poulin insisted on no changes to the contract “boilerplate”, but a few days later the owner sent a message agreeing to at least complete that sentence. (All of our contacts with the owner were through staff except for a two-minute appearance to sign the contract and invite us to call him with any questions, as did the “Welcome letter”. None of our 3 or 4 calls were ever answered.) Once we had signed, Josh came out to take final, more precise measurements and then gave us a tentative timetable for the project.There was a long wait (of which we were forewarned) for materials to be manufactured or ordered and gathered together at the Poulin showroom. When the materials came in sooner than expected, we were able to start the installation almost a week earlier than the initial, tentative start date.We were a little surprised that the installation staff consisted of one person (except for the morning that the countertop for the double vanity had to be carried up the stairs and maneuvered into place), but Lawrence worked diligently and was good about letting us know when he would (and would not) be there. Initially he would work until 3:30 or 4, but as a deadline we didnt realize had been set approached, he put in a couple of 8:30 nights, including the last one. That time pressure had, I believe, a lot to do with a few mistakes made along the way, including one (inability to select whether water was directed through the tub spout or to the showerhead) that was not caught -- or not acknowledged -- until after a cursory walkthrough and our final payment. Getting that fixed and the bathroom fully functional took another six weeks and a total of three Delta spouts.Fortunately this was a guest bathroom with no guests scheduled to arrive anytime soon, so the long road to getting a fully functional bathroom wasnt a major problem, though it was inconvenient to schedule other activities around. And were quite pleased with the final result.Recommendations to potential customers: Dont hire Poulin if you cant do without use of the bathroom (or other facility) for a few months, or if youre confident about putting together, on your own, materials (flooring, tub, vanity, countertop, etc.) that go together well. But if you have the out-of-service time to spare and really need design help, Poulins showroom and their sales staff are a great asset. (This is, after all, Poulin Design Center.)

This company gave me the worst home consultation. Brent stayed of all 5 min. And did not measure anything. And gave some complicated paper with prices for me to fiqure out my self. Well because of this consultation, I am going to go with full measure kitchen and bath.

We are very happy with our kitchen remodel that was done by Poulin Design. The remodel included minor changes to footprint, new cabinets, granite and flooring. Our contact, Rande Broyles, was incredible to work with. While we had many ideas of our own, Randes expertise and suggestions resulted in the custom touches that make our kitchen wonderful. The entire project was done according to timeline and within budget - and the team working in our kitchen was exceptional - always on time and never leaving a mess. We would highly recommend Poulin Design to our friends and family.

Installation was excellent! Installer was efficient, timely, courteous, & professional.

A friend of mine recently had a brain trauma and needed a minimum of grab bars on his tub. Poulin returned my call HomeAdvisor and stated they could install them but the grab bar installation alone did not meet their minimum. They would, of course, provide a free consultation that would get the work above the minimum. Vultures - avoid!
